I bought a Nissan leaf from Nick- excellent service. He gave me fair pricing, and helped me get an electric vehicle in great shape. Come to this shop, if you don't want the dealership runaround.

We were looking to purchase a suv with a third row seat , after seeing the advertisement for a Hummer H2 we decided to go test drive the truck . The salesperson tony was very helpful and showed us all the service records on the Hummer & the car fax that showed it only had one owner & that it was serviced regularly We asked them if we can have our personal mechanic look the truck over & tony said no problem... everything checked out perfect & we end up buying the truck last night They also were able to give us a 5 year / 100,000 miles extended warranty as well . I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to buy a used car or truck for a good price ...they are honest & treat you like family !

walked in and met Nick and he helped out a lot with offers. Great and funny guy, ended up buying a Tesla, definitely coming back for more.

Wow !! This place has an amazing inventory of luxury & exotic cars I was looking to buy a bmw but after seeing all the nice clean cars they have i might go with the red mercedes benz SL AMG I recommend anyone looking for a pre owned car to check these guys out A++++

I've been here three times now, and each time, I've had a different service advisor. At Acura Fremont, I always worked with the same service advisor. The personalized service and attention to detail kept me coming back. At Acura Stevens Creek, my first service advisor was new. He was friendly, but he was slow and didn't seem to understand the system. It wasn't a huge deal, but I prefer to spend less time at the dealership if I can. He definitely won in personality points, though. He expressed genuine interest in my cat and even walked me to my car after my appointment. My second service advisor was more efficient. He was experienced and knowledgeable, and he made some small talk about plants and cats. He also walked me to my car after my appointment. My third service advisor was helpful and efficient, but less personable. I don't need to be best friends with the person helping me, but I appreciate friendly banter. When I picked up my car, I checked out, and he told me it would be out in a minute. I waited outside in the sun for several minutes, but my car was nowhere in sight. I walked back inside, but I didn't see him, so I let another service advisor know that it's been a while, and I don't appreciate waiting in the sun when I was told it would be a minute. He was not helpful. He looked confused and didn't offer any assistance, so I went back to standing outside. The most frustrating part of my experience was the poor follow-up on the tires I ordered. During my third visit, I was informed that it was time to replace them. I had texted the service advisor about specific tires, and he told me that they would order them and provide an update once they arrived. After a week and a half (five business days), I still hadn't received any response. I sent a text on Sunday asking for an update, but didn't expect a response until Monday since the service center was closed on Sundays. On Monday morning, I decided to call the service center, but the person I spoke to was unhelpful. I was eventually transferred to the parts center, but no one answered the phone. I sent another text after I hung up, but never received a response. Due to the lack of follow-up, I decided to buy tires from America's Tires instead. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. They even reserved a parking spot for me when I arrived, which was a nice touch after the disappointing experience at Acura Stevens Creek. While I understand that they didn't have the tires in stock, I expect updates and follow-ups while I'm waiting. Overall, I'm not sure if I'll go back to this Acura location for my future service needs. I might switch back to Acura Fremont, even though it's a longer drive, because I honestly don't think my usual service advisor Will would have let this happen to me.

Obviously the sales staff are paid by commission, which can create a rather cutthroat environment. However, at enterprise the staff work as a team. So the team that does the work for you split the commission. And it shows in the way the staff members supported each other. I also found out that Enterprise cares about its staff and has internal procedures to promote their careers Enterprise also has a no haggle policy, the price is the price and that's it. This made the car buying process so much simpler. It's one less factor to juggle around. All of the prices are below the bluebook value. Furthermore, enterprise does not sell cars that are more than four years old. Obviously the used cars that are available are from their rental fleet. I doubt they keep cars that are more than five years old. You can sift through the cars by here by make, model, year, and mileage. They automatically give you the Carfax report. They have enough in inventory that you have some choice. Both Pat and Kate help me decide which make, model and helped me narrow down my choices. I told them my first priority was reliability. Pat proceeded to show me a Toyota, a Nissan and oddly a Mitsubishi. I was not aware that Mitsubishi was in the most reliable car category. I was very interested in the Nissan Altima. It had a lot of bells and whistles, some neat safety features and was priced about $5000 less than the Toyota. After further research, it turns out Nissan has had a troubled history in the last decade and a half. Certainly cars from that era were less than reliable. However, seems like the company has turned itself around, and the cars are greatly improved. However, the turnaround has been recent enough that it's unclear if the new cars are reliable. they simply don't have the history to prove it. As for Mitsubishi... Before enterprise allows a car into the used car pool, it must pass inspection by their mechanics. You must obviously bring the car for an independent assessment from your trusted mechanics. My mechanics told me two of the tires needed to be replaced. I was rather angry because I had already paid for the car. Now the manager ( whose name has escaped me) send me to Pep Boys and promised enterprise would pay for the replacement tires. It was at Pep Boys that we discovered the tires were perfectly fine. I was totally confused. So I decided to buy a tire tread gauge. I measured the tire treads myself and the numbers agreed with the numbers from Pep Boys. I reread the report from the inspection by my mechanics. There was no indication that the tire treads were worn. This reinforced my belief that it was just a verbal mistake. There is nothing like having two silver Toyota Corolla's in the garage at the same time. Well, those enterprise mechanics won this round. Overall, enterprise runs a clean ship. The used cars all have a complete and documented history of maintenance. They don't sell used cars that have been in accidents. Overall, the experience at Enterprise was superb. Both Pat and Kate understood that I was still in the middle of trying to figure out the make the model and the age of the car which fit my budget. They carefully selected judicious choices for me to test drive. All in all I think I spent about 6 to 7 hours total reviewing their inventory and making my pick. Although I spent much longer than that doing extracurricular research. Compared to other used car dealers, the Enterprise buying experience blew them away. Pat and Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and brought forth the best fit . Another dealer were excellent, but they had small inventories. One dealership just seemed phenomenally rude. A third dealership seemed hell bent on selling me an SUV which was way more car than I needed. When I asked to see a four door sedan, they turned away and started to show me a Subaru Forrester. Finally, Enterprise completes all the paperwork for the DMV. The title, new plates, car registration will arrive in the mail. It can take 2 months or thereabouts but your temporaries are good for 3 months. Since I donated my car only thing I had to do was transfer the title for my old car. After all this, the tire pressure warning went off after driving 100 miles. all four tires were about 13 pounds below the recommended pressure. Now, if you under inflate a tire it gives a smoother ride. And if you choose to over inflate your tire the ride will be much rougher. So this is a dirty trick, played by the Enterprise mechanics to smooth out the ride . Enterprise mechanics, you have been caught red-handed. You lose this round.

He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car!
