I called Oceanic 6 times trying to get them to repair my door and was told that Danny said they did the recall and were not responsible for the door. I called Viking back and explained the problem and was given the name MG Appliance Repair. Wilson came to my house and after 2 hours fixed my door. Sean came out and said I needed a new electronic control unit and charged $355 for the repair. I just had the same problem and this time called Ron's Appliance Service because I had always been uneasy with Sean's quick diagnosis and costly repair. This time, also had an issue with water trickling back in the washer after the cycle was complete. Ron fixed the water problem and just waited for the ECU to reset itself. This confirmed my suspicion that Sean either didn't know what he was doing or was dishonest and replaced a unit that didn't need replacing. Either way, I'll never use All Major Appliance Repair Service again.
