Unfortunately, I have been in the position of needing a locksmith. When we first moved in, we had all the locks on our house re-keyed. That was the first time I used Ron's. A few years later, stupid me locked myself out of the house. Oh, how embarrassing. This was pre-cellphone too. I forget how the call was made, but it was. I had an infant with me too.
