We got great informational service both on what was wrong with the vehicle and when to expect the work to be done. The cost of the work to be done was pricey, but what timing chain replacement isn't. We are happy with both the service and repair of our vehicle, and will bring it back there, if any work needs to be done in the future. We googled towing services in the area and K&R popped up. A quick phone call later and a truck was on the way. In about 15 minutes or so Shay showed up with a flatbed and got us loaded up and we were on our way to the dealership in Grand Rapids. He dropped it at the service department and it wasn't long before we were back on the road! Shay is a true professional and has a great personality. He went above and beyond what he needed to and made us feel safe and comfortable. Kudos Shay!!!!

First the driver asked me to get all of my things out of the car. I said no, I own the car need it towed to my house which was only 1.5 miles. Gave him a check when got to the house. He would not unload the vehicle into my driveway, I was specific that I will have it repaired or scrap it myself. Driver took off with my vehicle. Went town to their yard to get my car back and they claimed I had to sign the title over to them for the towing fee. I could not get the car back. This is FRAUD!!! Charged me $219 for 1.5 miles of towing and I could have scrapped it for $550. If the police ever call you a tow truck do not use this company.
