This is a fraudulent business and I would advise anyone to beware contacting them or outright ignore if they've contacted you. My boyfriend was contacted by RoofBoss in November 2025 by text message saying they were offering free roof estimates in our area. He accepted the free offer and one of their employees Ricky Hardman came out to our house and inspected the roof. My boyfriend sat on the porch after the inspection was done, called insurance with Ricky present and was quoted a price for getting a new roof with the claim agent. About a week or so later, Ricky as well as his boss Brandon Eugene Morton of RoofBoss came back to the house while we picked out all the details, shingle color, whether they'd change drain pipes and gutters, etc. etc. Our roof installation was originally scheduled for Dec. 4th, 2026. As of writing this review, June 3rd 2026 we still do not have a new roof. After the first installation schedule, they claimed weather as a delaying factor, and that has pretty much been their excuse ever since. We have contacted their office, and spoke to a representative Bernadette who assured we were in line to get a new roof. Brandon has contacted my boyfriend personally through both email and text message that all is okay and the project will be taken care of. Roof Boss has rescheduled the installation at least 5 times, throughout Winter into this Spring. The most recent time we have tried to contact Brandon his email and phone number were defunct, along with Ricky's and Bernadette's. Nobody who we've previously been in touch with will return any of our phone calls. Several thousand out of a roof that never came to be and this "company" is not and has not tried to remedy in any fashion. Do your own research! A simple google search shows these guys doing other schemes in the Northern Virginia area. Don't do business with them. read more

As new home owners, I dont know if we were prepared for the water damage we received over the passed couple of summer storms. Once we realized we were really in trouble we were referred to roof boss. As soon as we spoke to Brandon we felt taken care of. We filed the claim after thorough conversations and initial inspection.
