After receiving 3 bids for a new roof and gutters, we selected Tony's Roofing. We are so glad we…read moredid, they did an amazing job from beginning to end. Erick worked with us on the estimate and was helpful and patient with all of our questions. Marco is the onsite lead worker and is very knowledgeable and is perfect at getting everything done right. We chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Cinder Black) because they make a very dark black shade that we wanted. Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! The cleanup after was great and they did a sweep with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. They were a pleasure to work with. All & All; I would hire Tony's again in a heartbeat. The hardest workers EVER. Erick and Marco top notch professionals. Thank you, Tony's Roofing !

DO NOT USE these people. I made a huge mistake in trusting this company to replace my roof. I have…read morea small 1176 sq ft home. Hired Bliss and then my regrets avalanched. Day 1) 5/22/26 I had to babysit the crew and stop them from putting the shingles on BEFORE removing the bad plywood. All day I had to tell the crew what was / wasn't supposed to happen. Apparently, no one told the guys on my roof anything. Shingles added and my roof came out looking "warpy". ripples that were not from tresses or the shingles themselves. I was told to give it a month of warm weather "hopefully" the shingles will relax and warpy effect is alleviated. (tick tock). The crew left their lunch trash & roofing debris for me to clean up. Lucky me. Day 2) 5/23/26- Again, no real clean-up effort and my roof looked terrible. They also failed to do items outlined in our contract. *I called the office* Quentin came out 5/26/26 and agreed the roof was not to "their specs". 6/2/26 Different crew sent to the house, redid ridge line and flashing that butts against the house, and added the vents and secured the insulation as in our contract. Had to stop this crew from leaving before they "fixed" other issues done by prior crew. I.E., The first crew used very long nails EVERYWHERE. So my eaves now have large nail holes & cracked wood where they had used the wrong nails. Before Bliss, the eaves were fine - now I have nail holes/cracks that look like trash. Bliss feels "its fine" as they clipped the nails from stabbing anyone. It looks horrible and I expected my home to look better not worse. Again, clean-up of small debris nor putting on roofs is in their skill set. They went over property (up against house) with magnet & completely missed a bunch of nails & staples that fell 2-3 ft away from house. I have dogs. Today 6/17/26, I found 4 roofing nails just outside my living room windows, where my dogs like to lay down. My "amazing roof" cost just under $20k (WAY More than the other companies I'm learning) and it looks like crap. The valley ridge lines have me concerned for winter and also - I had to call to have them adjust my invoice to remove sheets of plywood they billed me for, but were not used on my home and Quentin took with him (as the crew had left them behind-again no clean up). After Crew 2 was "done" with my trash roof, no one came out to check the work. I did get texts from the office regarding payment however. "The guys signed off that everything was done". Bliss does not understand that just because a worker says it was done does not mean it was in fact done or done correctly. NOW, I'm having a different roofing company come out and give their opinion and possibly "fix" what bliss did. Yes, there's a "warranty" but honestly - I do not want these guys back out at my home. Please note, last year (different area) I had a diff company replace my mom's roof. It was gorgeous-worth every penny. My roof and all of the work Bliss did makes me want to cry. Its nice to drop $19,600 and having your neighbors and other contractors come to your place and ask you whats up with your roof and point out alllll the defects and errors with it.... and then have no input from Bliss other than "lets give it a month" and "please don't post a review". Yes, they asked me what they could do to stop me from leaving a review. ha ha ha FIX MY ROOF!!!!! But alas, Bliss & I may end up in a court room over my "Simple job".

We had TGR design and install this pergola, and the experience was excellent from start to finish…read more Martin took the time to understand how we wanted to use the space and designed something that fit both the layout of the yard and the style of the house. This wasn't a pre-fab or generic solution, it feels custom and well thought out. The installation was clean and professional. Posts are perfectly set, the structure is solid, and the attention to detail really shows. Everything feels sturdy, intentional, and built to last. This pergola completely transformed our outdoor space and turned an unused area into a functional and inviting gathering spot. Communication was easy throughout the project, and it's clear Martin takes pride in his work. Highly recommend TGR and would absolutely use them again for future projects.

This is a mixed review since there is good and bad to mention. I contracted with this company to…read morereplace my siding and double decks. This wasn't the lowest priced bid, yet it also wasn't the outrageously high quotes I received from other companies. I was very excited to finally get this work done. At the same time I was working with TGR, I was also contracted with a roofing company, a painter, and a gate company. In the end, the only company I had problems with was TGR Construction Co. There are things I wasn't prepared for in this process, such as my pictures falling off the walls during the siding tear off or the cracks in the ceiling and walls created with the tear off, of which they tried to tell me all these NEW cracks (I live in this home) are due to normal settling of my home and said all houses settle with time and this is normal and not due to the siding job. I know it's not a coincidence these new and sudden 'settling' cracks appeared with the siding work. They broke through the ceiling upstairs and they did own up to this, maybe because it's hard to justify 'normal' settling with sudden stucco all over the floor. There were structural issues that arose during the project, at nobody's fault, that ended up costing me $11K more than my contract. Then I was also charged $4900 more to remove windows and have them reset. Btw, three other companies included the window removal and reset in their contract. It was considered standard for other companies. After the siding and decks were done, I was left with HVAC refrigerant lines on the ground and blocking doors and windows for my tenants, wires dangling under the deck staircase, the Radon remediation system wasn't reattached correctly and sparked scaring a HVAC technician and me, a deck rail was reset too low, refrigerant line covers were accidentally thrown out, and my daughter and I each did double sweeps for nails left behind when work was done. It took almost two months of asking for them to resolve these unresolved issues before some things were finally done. Jan 20th, three months after the crew left, I finally had the last unresolved issue handled. As a consumer, when I contract with a company, I expect to have the job done right without unnecessary stress. That did not happen here. On the POSITIVE, the crew is hardworking and really nice guys. The siding and double decks look great now. My home underwent a metamorphosis and is now beautiful and I receive compliments. I had crappy, rotting decks replaced with sturdy decks. This is the only reason I give a 2 rating instead of lower. All the mishaps, repair delays, and stood up appointments made this extremely frustrating and stressful. Could I have achieved my desired results without the frustration? I'm sure I could have with a different company. Buyer beware! Educate yourself on all steps that need to be in your contract. Make sure the removal of your windows for proper flashing is in the contract. I know A LOT of people and all my other contractors received more jobs through my recommendations. I know currently four people who are looking for a recommendation for siding, yet I can't recommend TGR Construction.

One company flat out told me they couldn't help me as they only do roof replacements; another wanted to charge me ridiculous money to just come look at my roof, indicating that it would cost me additional if they needed to re-attach or replace the vent cover. Tom from JnR called me after I had provided them with my location and phone number. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Without hesitation, he took a look at my roof and pointed out that the cover came from my neighbor's home. He even showed me how I could see the missing vent from the sidewalk. When he was done, he told me my roof was fine and still had lots of life left. I asked him how much I owed him, and he charged me nothing! He even stuck around and talked to me about JnR, and about a project I was looking to do on my home. He was gracious and sincere. The only money that came out of my pocket was a voluntary gratuity for his time. JnR is now my go-to for any issues that should arise with my roof, thanks to the quality of their service.
