While they did do what they promised and cleaned off the flat surfaces (driveway, etc) with a blower, they do so by blowing the debris from your gutters all over your lawn and flower beds. Having been in the gutter business I am well aware of the challenges associated with the job and in my opinion their performance was lack-luster at best.

I had a disappointing experience with the estimator this morning that makes me not interested in working with All Surface, at all. After looking at the exhaust fan ducts/vents - the estimator told me that 2 of the 4 other vents we have on our roof are placed in the wrong spots and that they want to remove those 2 vents, patch, re-shingle, and install 4 new vents on the other side of the house for a total of 6 vents (2 existing and 4 new) as well as adding the 2 stem vents for the exhaust fans. I asked what the purpose of relocating/adding those 4 vents would be as we are not experiencing any moisture issues in the attic. The estimator explained some airflow/air pressure dynamics which made sense. I then asked if we could look at replacing the aging vents in their existing locations as an additional option to what he proposed and that's where it escalated. He responded with an annoyed "We don't just throw shit on people's roofs". and continued to say that they're the experts and they're going to do things the right way. This was a completely unnecessary response to a genuine question. I'm not trying to get you to do things the wrong way - I was asking if there was a way to minimize the level of work needed when there are functioning ventilation penetrations already in place. The response was not friendly, educational, or good customer service in any way. This experience really soured my opinion of All Surface and don't plan on working with them. I hope others do not experience the same type of interaction I did.

Today (a month after I first requested a bid) they email me and say sorry, due to the small scope of the project (45' of gutter) they don't have time for me and turned down the job. Now I'm at least 2 months out into the rainy season trying to get on the schedule for the other company. If you don't want the job, don't bid it. What a waste of my time. Don't count on them to follow through, they may come in cheaper than the other companies but clearly you get what you pay for.

This company has been a nightmare to work with. Getting a quote was very simple and we were quite…read morehappy with the price. Our project was a small deck roof so they said they could do it in a day in a half and wanted to schedule it for the next week even though we were in no hurry to get it started. We were scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. On Monday someone showed up scraped off all the shingles and left. On Tuesday nobody came so we contacted the company and we were told we were double booked and that someone would come Wednesday, Friday and Saturday to complete the project. Nobody came Wednesday. We contacted the owner on Thursday and he said he would for sure have someone come Friday. On Friday by 11am nobody had come so we started calling the office and finally someone came around noon and worked for the full day. When he left our backyard was a complete mess and unusable. All the old roofing and materials were left behind in large piles. Our yard was then left like this for all day Saturday and Sunday as nobody showed up. On Monday we started calling all the contacts we had for this company unable to get ahold of anyone until 930 am when the receptionist who had no idea about who we were or our project finally got us in contact with the second owner Antonio. Antonio had someone come over on Monday to clean up their mess but there were unable to finish our roof until Wednesday and Thursday of that week. Unfortunately we had to be out of town when they finished project but when we got home we found more trash that had been left behind and the gutter they had promised to seal was still leaking heavily. They also sent us a follow up invoice for $400 more then originally quoted because they had to use more materials.  This whole process has been super frustrating and stressful for just a small deck roof that we just wanted to get done at somepoint this summer.
