They were wonderful. I'd searched a bunch of local companies, and based on good reviews and BBB and a good price in the lower end of the range, decided on roof solutions. I had water coming over the gutter in the middle, so I knew it was probably more than a straight cleaning. They came three times in all. They cleaned it each time, about a month apart. They had re-sloped the gutter which is what I thought it needed, but also put in a debris guard that tended to back it up. As I expressed concerns they came back each time, without charge (and I didn't need to be home). The 2nd time to check the work. The 3rd time came just to take out the debris guard because I was sure their guy wasn't right in this case about using it (which was based on his experiences elsewhere). Turned out 3rd time was the charm, and the gutters worked for a year. They did think I probably need a wider gutter and to do that job, but didn't try to upsell me or insist that that is all that would work. I was happy that they responded to my concerns, took pictures of what they were seeing, respected me and my ability to think things through (based on my own observations of my gutter's history) , communicated effectively... and didn't lose patience or get dismissive that it wasn't just an easy job. ...a year later and now it needs cleaning out again, as one would expect, and I'll be calling them. read more

Best. Contractor. Period. I wish Artem and Roof Solutions did more then just roofs. I've never worked with anyone like this before. During last years earthquake my chimney collapsed on my roof and destroyed half the roof. After getting the run around with other contractors who were either over the top expensive or under qualified and sketchy, I found Artem with Roof Solutions. I had just bought the house so I didn't have a lot of flexibility with the cost. Artem showed up fast and explained what was going on, answered my questions, and gave me two options on the repair. They got it fixed before a coming hurricane and even came back to do some touch ups after that. About a year later we had a pretty serious leak (on the side of the old roof that Roof Solutions did NOT work on) during a strong storm. I called Artem in a panic as I was putting down pots and buckets everywhere. He showed up crazy fast, soaking wet (even took his shoes off when he came in) and gave me a temporary fix for the storm. They were back the next day to patch the roof. I feel lucky to have found these guys. They are the best. I will call them for years to come. Made appointment for 4/28/21 with Jerome Mullin for 10am. I called Roof Solutions and was told someone would call in 30 minutes. Mr. Mullin called at 11:00 am and stated that after viewing the pictures from an roofing inspector, he determines that I need a new roof. Mr. Mullin NEVER visited the property to inspect. Mr. Mullin determines from the photos a new roof was needed. "Two" inspectors stated that the roof was in need of repair, NOT A NEW ROOF! The inspectors circled where the areas were in need of repair. Mr. Mullin decided to sent me an estimate of over "$25,000" for a small home. This is poor business practice and apparently Mr. Mullin was smoking something. A real representative would make an assessment "AFTER" viewing the property. Do not use Roof Solutions if all their employees are like Jerome Mullins. I'm glad I used my commonsense when making a decision not to employ Roof Solutions. Beware! read more

We had used Roof Solutions before to rehang our gutters and add downspouts. More recently, we found a few shingles in the yard after the big wind storm and Roof Solutions squeezed us in the next day and put the shingles back. Reasonable price and delightful​ people to work with. read more

During this Summer's storm, a tree fell on our townhouse. Roof solutions was able to come out and put a temp tarp on at a time when most were not even answering their phones, and provided an estimate for insurance. Artem Chanturiya even worked with our insurance company. Artem was very helpful in helping schedule the repair work, and sending a tech out to secure a board before the job was supposed to start. The roofing repair was done properly and they even took out an old sat dish in another area of roof that could cause potential future leaks. Although I was not satisfied with some of the wood/trim work initially, Artem arranged to send someone out to make it right. Artem followed up on whatever was asked. I would recommend this company. I called Roof Solutions and JP had someone out to check my roof pretty quick. His team identified a couple potential causes, sent photos of the roof issues, and presented options for fixing it. During a follow-up inspection and gutter clean, he saw an additional issue and had it fixed - saving me a ton of money! JP was prompt, honest, and an overall nice guy. Very impressed from start to finish. Had a leak which was caused by a really subpar flashing on a porch roof by prior homeowner. Darron and team gave me a quick fair estimate, arrived right on time, and you can just tell that they are professionals based on the quality of their work. Roof Solutions came recommended to us from our plumbing and AC company. Jerome Mullin was our main point of contact. He are highly responsive, very professional, and reasonably priced. He was friendly, got back to both voicemails and emails promptly, and did exactly the work that he stated that he would do with no hassle or fuss. He repaired a sizable rotted area on our roof, installed a roof vent, and did a number of small jobs within a few days of getting his estimate. He's not out to sell you extras or add on features, he just wants to get in, estimate, do the job, and get out. Roof Solutions just finished our roof. They really did a fantastic job. They underestimated how long it would take (4 days instead of 2), but didn't charge us any more for the mess that our roof was in originally and how much longer it actually took them to fix things. So I really appreciate that. Also, we had a wonderful experience with Jerome Mullin, our contact at Roof Solutions. He walked us through scheduling (things have to be scheduled when there's enough days of dry weather), and he was always easy to reach and documented things very well. He even saved me several times from the annoyances of our condo association -- by responding directly to the email chain and assuring them that debris would be swept up by the end of the day so that it didn't get into the storm drains. Really positive experience. They were slightly more expensive than the cheapest estimate we got, but we had heard positive reviews from our neighbor who also used Roof Solutions, and decided that their reputation was worth the extra expense. I'm glad we went with them. The roof looks great, we had one big storm and nothing leaked so far, and the whole process was as smooth as could be. Plus, aside from the new roof, there's no evidence that anything was done to our building -- i.e., there's no mess, there's no trash, everything was cleaned up -- which is pretty impressive for a job of this size! read more
