I hired Rimoun and his contractors to remove the bath tub and do a shower install. They did a horrible job. I think they took advantage of my elderly age and tried to get away with things. Perhaps they thought I wouldn't notice. The grout was overlapping the tiles, they left two chips in the tiles and, most importantly, when I took a shower, the water was going all over my bath room floor with the shower door closed. The excuses I got from Rimoun, were: "since you selected wavy tiles, it is hard to get the grout exactly right". They replaced the tiles that were chipped but only because I complained. As far as the water leaking out onto my floor, he said "Oh, didn't I tell you, you have to use the other sliding door". I said, "No way. Look at the frame of the shower door? It is slanted to the right. It was not installed straight up and you left it like that". They did fix it but they would have left it if I didn't say anything. I work so I had to leave the guys in the house. They put all there equipment on my new vanity and scratched it. They damaged my new wallpaper with there tools. They charged me for taking out the vanity but they did not do it. They would have had more space to work without the vanity and there would have been less damage. they did not do as promised. Rimoun said he would pay for the damages and he did not. He actually blocked my number. I called Kelly at the office and she lashed out at me. So small claims it is. read more

I had Roofing Plus re roof a portion of my house due to a leak. It has still been leaking ever since. They have come out numerous times to find the leak but have not been able to find it. I called & asked them to be sent out when it is raining so they can see the leak, but I was told they don't send their roofers out in the rain. So, when they showed up they wanted to run my hose for 2-3 hours over my roof to find the leak! They thought they found it & patched it, but this year it is still leaking. I have now been told it is out of warranty & they want to charge me to fix the roof they put in. I set up an appointment with them & they did not show up. I was told she would call me back with a new appointment- that was 3 1/2 months ago. Very disappointing. Not good quality or customer support. read more
