My house only had gutters along half of the roof edges. I contacted Pablo two years ago and left a message through their website. He got back to me later and told me that he has a guy (Steve) who only installs gutters and scheduled for a quote estimation. Steve came and gave me an estimate that was lower than all others and he gave me confidence that he could do the job perfectly. I have decking on the back of the house so installing a downspout would be challenging. I scheduled with him to install the gutters and he did an excellent job, he put a downspout through the decking as well which looks great and functions properly (reroutes the water to an opening). I am very satisfied with the work for the past two years. Recently I noticed some issues with my roof, no leaks but wanted to have Pablo check it out. He said he could only do verbal evaluation and gave me a very reasonable price. We scheduled a day and he came out with another employee very promptly that day. He did an inspection (they even had a drone to check) and found some issues that would be hard to fix but also gave his honest opinion that it could not be fixed reliably (my main problem is limited attic ventilation). He explained to me in detail how to repair other minor issues so that I can tackle them. I asked him about the roof remaining life and he said many more years due to its materials quality. At the end he didn't even take the money for inspection and suggested spending it on the materials to fix the minor issues. The last winter (2022-2023) storm disaster damaged our commercial facility's flat roof badly and caused a leaking problem. The entire flat roof needs to apply a new coating. After more than 6 months of searching for the right roof company, we were lucky to land with Roofs By Reveille. The main reason we picked them was the local references. The difficult part of our project was it had multiple connected subprojects: 1) The entire flat room needed to apply new coating; 2) There was a surrounding sloped roof (badly worn wood shake) that needed also to be replaced by new Presidential Shingles; 3) Top flat roof water drain system (clean all downspouts and replace new downspouts with the broken ones). It was very frustrating to find a roofing company that was willing or capable of covering all those areas. Most of the time, even if we found a good firm, the initial inspection could take a few weeks. But, the impression I had when I called Roofs By Reveille first time was Pablo, the owner of the company returned my call within a few minutes. He told me that he was out of town and he would arrange an inspection right after he returned. It happened as he promised. After he inspected, he told me that his company could take care of all the areas -- it truly released me (the other company required me to hire a separate general contractor to handle the other areas). The rest process went smoothly. Mr. Christopher Duke, who was signed to charge our project, also did a good job (always returned our calls, and answered our questions as soon as we called). The entire project started in early August 2023 and was completed by Sept. 5, 2023, within a month. We are very happy with the result so far. Two years ago our commercial warehouse with flat roof was leaking .I have consulted a few roof companies. Either some companies came to take measurements and never came back with a quote. Work was not done by Pablo himself (obviously... licensed contractors go about doing sales pitches, while work is done by non-licensed labor). Months later when doing another home improvement project, we found torn shingles that resulted from gutter installation. We fixed this issue ourselves because I was already in doubt of Pablo's labor's quality. Last month though, when we found faulty installation of the leaf guard, hubby insisted on asking Pablo to honor their 2 year labor warranty. Took a couple of follow ups to get a response from Pablo saying "I was informed that it was taken care of please check it out". WHAT??!??! So your guys came in without making an appointment, and you expect me to check my gutter EVERY DAY to see if your guys came??!??!?!?! Ever heard of the word "trespassing"??? What's worse, rainwater started dripping from the wooden beams -- meaning that water was not going into the gutter as it should be. What they did to make this happen I don't know, but now it's ABSOLUTE RADIO SILENCE from this company -- HELLO your 2 year warranty has not expired yet! I repeat, absolute garbage, do not hire this company just because the owner has a license, THAT MEANS NOTHING about the quality of the work. And you'd better be there every single moment to monitor the work, cuz who knows how many shingles they've torn and gutters they've wrecked, and YOU'RE PAYING THEM FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED YOU! read more

We called him to replace a decorative tile on our roof when our usual roofing company would charge us an insane amount of money for it. We had a good size hole through the living room roof and they went to work (even at off hours) to urgently cover it in time before the forecasted rain. They saved us! I am the president of our townhouse association in the heart of Santa Clara. Our roof was near the end of it's life so we put bids out and Roofs by Reveille was the most competitive in combination of price, warranty and product. I've seen Jeff's work on previous projects and he is quite the hard worker and handyman and is very knowledgeable on building structure. And most importantly is trustworthy. There were several units that we feared would leak during the pending winter months. The board voted to replace almost half of the roofs and gutters in the fall of 2017 and if the work was satisfactory to extend the contract in 2018 to replace the rest of the roofs. We had no complaints from any tenants during both installations. And the grounds were left spotless. Even a bag that was stuck up in a tree that I thought they might miss was taken down. One fear was any unforeseen excess costs of repairing damaged structure such as the eaves or plywood sheathing due to water damage or termites. This past August, Roofs By Reveille installed a new silicon 10 years coating on the part of my roof that is flat. The existing coating on my flat roof had worn off. I wanted to apply a new coating. Thanks to one highly rated contractor, who told me that the coating was damaged by the ponding water after raining. He recommended Metacrylics roofing coating. After extensive research, I learned that ponding water was a common issue of flat roof, and silicon coating was probably the best solution to withstand ponding water. I talked to another highly rated contractor, who also recommended Metacrylics roofing coating if I wanted to keep the old roof. But Metacrylics was too expensive for me. I found Pablo, the owner of the Roofs by Reveille on the Yelp and talked to him about my roof problem. After inspecting my roof, Pablo recommended another brand of high quality silicon coating at a reasonable price that was easier for me to afford. I was impressed by his knowledge on silicon coating and his experience working with it. I was satisfied that his solution would address all of my big and small concerns. The crew Fernando and Mike were excellent. On the first day when they power washed the roof, they were so considerate that they used a large board to block the water from spilling to my neighbor's yard (My house has a zero boundary with my neighbor). After the project was done, I checked the roof and was very happy with the quality of their work. The project was done in about 4 days. They implemented every item in the contract except a small item: Waterproof all mechanical Cooler lines. We recently had work done on a condo complex in Santa Clara, from start to finish Pablo worked with me and our HOA addressing all of our concerns regarding repairs on our tile roof.
