Roofsimple's crew did a fantastic job replacing our old roof 3 years ago. Our home recently sustained considerable damage to one corner and the front facia due to a large tree that blew down on it. Without hesitation I called Roofsimple and spoke to Anthony and Josh to get an insurance estimate, and schedule the repairs. Ronald was sent to put a tarp over the destroyed area and secure it so we wouldn't sustain further damage from rain ingress. The repair job was scheduled, and has now been completed. Ronald, Mauricio, and Jim just finished the 3 day repairs to the framing, roof,and front facia of the house. As with the original crew, everyone was informative, friendly, and totally professional. They matched the color of the 34 year old siding, and no one would be able to tell there had been any damage at all, and made sure the yard was cleaned up with no trace of any debris! Very pleased w the service, professionalism and communication with this company. Many of my neighbors were getting roof work done due to weather damage and I wanted my roof checked out too so I booked an inspection w Roof Simple. The gentleman I worked with, Michael, was very responsive when booking, easy to reschedule when I had a last minute availability change, provided real-time updates on his arrival window and was even willing to meet me after hours to accommodate my work schedule. Ultimately, I did not have enough damage to warrant a roof replacement and I was grateful they didn't try to sell me a new roof when I didn't need it. In future if I ever need roof work done I will absolutely work with Michael and his team and in the meantime will recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

During the initial install they worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was handled quickly. I remember how they anticipated questions and answered them - as if they were reading my mind. Yes, we made a huge mistake in hiring roof simple! we got approved for full siding and roof replacement from our insurance company, but roof simple could not secure the approval for both only the siding. So now we have to pay for a new roof PERFECT! I should have taken that as a complete failure on roof simple part and NOT used them YES! But gave them a chance. Roof simple has no inter communication because every aspect of the replacement is done by the cheapest crew of misfits they could find. I told myself years ago if I had a bad business deal I wouldn't run to negative reviews saving my energy and time for the good reviews. Todays world needs more positivity and businesses need to be lifted when good work is done. But in cases like this where I feel unknowing homeowners could be taken advantage of a business I would provide a review. This is my review of likely the worst contractor I've worked with in recent years. Sad that this job was to close out a major remodel from one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. I would've given them one star, but they did make an effort to resolve all issues even if the corrections themselves were only 90% satisfactory. Otherwise there was literally not one single part done correctly the first time. The project was re-angling a gutter, installing two new gutters and downspouts and roof vent. When I say there wasn't a single thing done right I wasn't exaggerating. The downspouts terminated below the ground surface and were lacking clamps in the lower 4-6 feet. The gutter along the back of our house could not be re-angled with potential damage so they did the job of complete replacement at a reduced rate, but one end was not anchored against the facia and instead bent the 5 yr old shingles. The gutter in one area was requested to drain to another gutter. Instead they just left off an end-cap which was intended to allow the water to run off into the roof and eventually down to the house gutter. The issue was it allowed water to wash back against the shingles at an overlap which would push water under the shingles and during heavy rains would pool the water there. When I pointed this out the contractor argued that it was ok. Finally the roof vent. Instead of cutting a 7" diameter hole as promised at the job they used what looked like a 3" hole saw and cut various other small holes ultimately too small for even the 6" vent hole. Plus after the job was don't they left about a half dozen nails, some wedged under shingles, on the roof. They also removed one of our gutters along the front of the house when they arrived since they thought they were doing the whole house. After what I would consider difficulty in getting the corrections made, mostly because of lack of a follow up call requested and no call after photos sent, I called their main office and was able to get the issues 90% resolved the next day (several days later). Aside from the debris they left in our yard and deck steps, the poor corrections were one gutter still has no clamps in the lower 5', gutter at the house was repaired by bending my 5yr old drip edge instead of re-securing the gutter against the house facia. The vent wasn't fixed as they would need to access through our closet and honestly didn't want them ruining our new stainless vent so told them I would take care of correcting the hole myself. I will also be correcting the clamp and gutter myself for no other reason than I don't want anything else ruined by them and fed up with them as a business. Finally after the work was done I feel I received an email invoice in very efficient time with no apologies or monetary consideration beyond an agreed discount on one gutter. I'm not sure how their roof work is, but if anything like this work I would never hire them. read more

Roof Simple is absolutely amazing. The process of them letting you know the date they would do your roof and the stellar communication of what they would need done to make the roof installation easier made for such a smooth process. They arrived at my home at exactly the time they stated. The workers made sure to secure the area with tarps to prevent any damage and also to make cleanup easier. Then they started on the roof removal and then placing the new roof. The workers worked all day long in the heat with minimal breaks. They had my colonial house's roof done by 5pm and started at 7am. They did an emasculated job of cleaning up any debris that may have fallen. I can't praise them enough and if you are on the ledge as to whom to pick to help with your roof, this company is the way to go. You will not be disappointed. Our experience with using Roofsimple to replace our roof did not go well. BUYER BEWARE! Although we were happy with the high quality of the GAF roofing material in the end, Roofsimple made huge mistakes in not covering our brand new TREX deck and patio for protection. Consequently, when they replaced the fascia, the Roofsimple team allowed a large amount of nails and other debris to fall onto the deck and patio. In addition, when they removed the existing gutters, Roofsimple dropped the gutters onto the deck and patio, scraping it badly. Overall, Roofsimple caused a significant amount of damage to our personal property, and we weren't pleased. We were surprised to hear that they told us it was not part of their standard business practice to provide protection to a homeowner's property when replacing fascia. Wow, we called that response extremely neglectful and disrespectful! Our deck isn't even two years old yet (built in November, 2022) and the fact that they didn't care about the damage they caused, they showed no empathy for our feelings or property. Their lead foreman (Nathan) eventually did work with our patio-deck builder to replace the damaged pieces. Kudos Nathan. However, when we raised the issue and dissatisfaction with their lead sales guy (Luke) and headquarters management, we asked for compensation for the trouble and they ignored our emails and phone calls. Crickets! Clearly, Roofsimple was trying to hide from their mistakes and failed to provide any just compensation for damaging all of our personal property. Stay away from Roofsimple! read more

But after no one taking my call, a central service took my number and I get an email saying they don't offer these services. It was very easy to work from end to end with Roofsimple. The initial inspection and quote plus assistance with the proof for homeowners insurance went well. Who KNOWS if they're good, they never showed up!! Nor called to say why/apologies/reschedule options. They must contract out their main line with an answering service because they had no sympathy for the delays and couldn't reschedule - all they could do was "send an urgent message for a return call" to me, which they said all 3 times I called over the course of 5 hours and I never heard a word. Utterly unbelievable, I'm in shock. This 'business' has the worst customer service I've ever seen in my Life! Forget it, I'll find someone that cares enough to call let alone show up. read more

They came around saying I had hail damage and that they would get me a whole new roof from my insurance company and i only had to pay my deductible. i did it. They did my whole roof in a matter of a couple hours. Then when it rained water came in onto my ceiling in the house. i called and they sent someone out to fix it. i called again to get ceiling fixed and they sent someone out and he took pictures of there crappy job they did with nails sticking out but then he came out again because his company wanted more pictures he changed to it was a window leaking from the first roof job. Mind you it NEVER leaked once and it was there for 15 years! They did offer to let me use their painters at their cost. I'm not normally one to complain and this is my first negative review posted.
