    I honestly have mixed feelings about this location. The wide range of selection and the overall size of this store is amazing. However the outlet part needs a little work. I do understand that some off the stuff is slightly damaged but still charging 800+ for a bed that has a half chipped headboard is a little outrageous and the sales employees in the outlets are nice but you can tell they have a quota to make. Like if you wanted to shop with me just say so ! You don't have to hide around the corner a watch from behind the house plant.

    It's deceptively large. Venture west on I-10 to this Super Center -- stop at Bucees or In & Out Burger on the way for a bonus! When you pull up, you'll assume you'll be browsing and lost in a furniture wonderland for hours. It's not nearly a confusing jungle like IKEA. I knocked it about in 20 minutes. Gallery Furniture on Grand Parkway has a much larger selection of furniture. Salespeople were very low pressure. I was greeted by an affable gentleman who did not hover or follow me around. No other sales people attempted to "steal my business". The prices are clearly marked, and easy to understand, whether purchasing one piece or a set. There are some nice pieces. And the kids and teen area had some really fun options. There is a large closeout outlet warehouse floor that is worth a look. I took note of a chair and a bed that I was interested in. But feel like I need to check some other options first.

    Purchased a dining room suite on December 26, 2020. Paid for it in full. Scheduled delivery date of 01/12/2021, today. Received email with delivery window. Received a courtesy call earlier today to inform me of delivery status. Received text messages with updates. Delivery guy arrives, asks where I want the chairs? That is when I was informed that they did not have my table. He stated that he was told to leave without it this morning. No courtesy call to inform me that it would not be delivered!!!! I am livid!!!!!! I provide customer service exceptional EVERY DAY and I despise receiving bad customer service. I have now been on hold for 35 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Horrible customer service!!! They did not hesitate taking my money!! If I am unable to speak with someone today, they can come pick up these chairs!!!!!!! Pictures below *update* After speaking with a customer care representative I learned that the table is not available until May 3rd. Not sure if they knew this the day of the sale or when they knew!! Makes me even more furious. I pray they make this right and pick up the chairs on January 21st as stated and credit me all of my money back!!

    We were looking for a couch and thought we had found what we wanted. Four days later we called the store to be sure that it was in stock. We drove over an hour to get to the store only to find out we could not pick the couch up even though it was in stock. We were told that it was due to shutting the warehouse down for new orders because they were backed up due to the holidays. We talked to the manager and he said yes he would not be able to make an exception. I told him if we can't pick it up, they just lost a sale. his response to my comment was well, Have a nice day and walked off. I would not recommend or ever purchase anything from this company. This was the store in Brookshire, Texas. If they have, a pitiful customer service prior to the sale. I could only imagine what a nightmare it would be after I made my purchase.

    I ordered some couches from rooms to go two years ago. I was promised authentic leather couches that wouldn't depreciate in color or value but in less than a six months, the couch color has faded off and the leather is actually peeling. I tried to get in contact with rooms to go and even spoke to several representatives who gave me their names and callback contact number to resolve my issue. But my issues with rooms to go were never really resolved, and they just promised me that they'll send me a new couch which would also depreciate. One of the representatives (dayo), even told me that the leather was peeling off due to "wear and tear" . So then why would rooms to go sell fake unauthentic leather and lie to their customers ????. They even tried to send technicians to come fix furniture issues in my home only for the issue to still be prevalent. After spending ALOT of money on new furniture from their company and they kept giving me excuses and lies. The company sucks and has ruined my furniture in my home which is very embarrassing.

    My friend had a very awful experience. She is a huge fan of rooms to go so she felt like things were very unprofessional. Not sure if she will select new furniture and order again but I have attached pictures from what her experience was like.

The building is large and it seems like they utilize their space well. It's a family owned business, which is already a plus in my book. While I didn't notice anything cheap, I did see some really high quality items with reasonable prices for what you are getting. Several weeks prior, my parents made several purchases here with Debbie. They bought a stressless recliner and a new mattress, both of them referred to the mattress as the best they've had in their lives. I tested out the recliner when visiting and it certainly is comfortable and relieves pressure. When making a purchase for medical reasons, if you provide documentation from your doctor they will waive the tax. They also provide a free mattress cover with mattress purchase. Delivery on your initial purchase is free and they will remove your old mattress (always a huge plus). There is a 30 day window in which you can exchange or refund with just a $50 fee that I believe covers their removal. My father was in the hospital and was going to need a different bed with adjustable capabilities. My parents wanted to continue to do business here and since their purchase was within the last 30 days I found their invoice and called to find out what hidden problems might occur. Mike answered the phone and was extremely helpful and sympathetic and made the entire situation seem very easy. When I arrived with my mother, Debbie was there waiting and clearly had been briefed on the situation. She remembered my mother and was very kind and inquired about my father's health. She even asked my mother if she would like them to wear masks. Both Mike and Debbie addressed our concerns about the height of the bed and their alternate solutions and it was a huge relief. They made the exchange paperwork completely painless and were very patient with our exhaustion levels. Later Debbie called me to assure me they had the appropriate paperwork filed and would call when the mattress arrived to schedule the delivery. This gave me so much peace of mind, I'm really glad she took the time to give me that call. The way they treated my family during a difficult time means everything to me and I highly recommend this helpful and kind staff that sells great quality furniture. If I lived in the area I would gladly give them my business. In fact, since I will be visiting often, I will most likely go out of my way to purchase accessories or office furniture small enough to fit in my vehicle from this location.
