I Wish That I Would Have Listened! Even after reading the many reviews and listening to my neighbor talk about how terrible this place was, I still decided to buy from them. The sales person seemed so nice. We even got the extended warranty and other benefits. My issue is with their policy that they do not stand behind. We were told that if the price goes down within 60 days, we would get the difference. I knew that Memorial Day was around the corner. Sure enough they had a sale. The sectional that I bought was discounted by $100. I called customer service, talked to the store manager and the sales person and got the same crap. They said that since I had a bundled price it did not count. That is ridiculous! The price was reduced by $100 and they refused to honor their policy. I highly advise anyone reading this to not buy from Rooms To Go! I am hoping that the furniture holds up, but believe all of the bad reviews out there now. I wish that I would have listened! I would give 0 stars if able to. Absolutely horrible customer service once they take your money and you leave the store. Waited over 2 months for delivery, and they brought the wrong couch. Then after the delivery drivers requesting refreshments (I mean seriously) they jumped in their truck and took off with the only explanation that someone would call in 5 minutes. That was Saturday so of course no one called at all. I call Monday morning and no one had any answers, just I had to wait 24 to 48 more hours so they could check the truck. Nonsense offer. Then afte a lot of yelling tehy finally tell me that it will be another 16 days before delivery is available because they don't even the couch--after 2 months now! And this was a favor as I should have to wait till October according the man on the phone. I of course cancelled my order and now must wait 2 weeks for a snail mail check because they have an ancient POS system that doesn't do returns. We purchased a recliner in leather, we also got the "protection" plan. Well, the protection plan covers not much, no springs or support items. The "leather" is actually pathetic, cow hide. I guess in Viet Nam, they don't have many cows. The retract unit is poorly made, the support system is of low grade spring material. After about six months, it began to sag, and pops. I only weigh 206, so you would think it would hold up a bit longer. Stay away from this outfit, I have found out from an employee, that the folks building this stuff use anything they can find for the frames, you may get two or three different kinds of wood in your frames, not a good thing.They also use the cheaper Sinuous Springs for support. These are not the best because they pull loose off the wooden frame, and sag. But they are cheep to use and install, just remember, you get what you pay for in this place. Their sales are questionable at best, they use an idea, if bought separately sale system. You are not getting a sale price, just cheaper than if you bought each piece individually off the floor. Most items come from overseas, in third world countries, like Viet Nam. Go look for a good domestic company, there are a lot of them around, most use good materials and frames. read more

However when my husband and I were going to purchase a dining room and living room set, the sales man tried to scam us into buying the protection liquid which was $130. We said NO. Then he said he would include it for free and free shipping aside from our downpayment, but when we saw the paper bill it turned out he charged us for all of that. Extremely disappointed at how this store and Rooms To Go customer service handles problems. My family and I have been buying all our furniture from RTG for the last 12 years. Four full bedroom sets, two dining room tables, two sets of couches and this time we came in to purchase a small kitchen table, shelf and two sofas... Everything was delivered in time but the delivery men left the kitchen table and self in the boxes on our floor. They did not put anything together. Once I realized they did this I called the customer support centers. I first spoke with Mariza M.- a young lady who was giving me attitude. She said she would try to get ahold of the driver for me. I waited on hold for about 6 minutes.. she came back and said she could not get a hold ahold of the driver and told me someone would call me within an hour. I waited the hour and no one called me back. So I called customer service back again and spoke with April A. She said she would try and call the driver but same story.. she could not get ahold of the driver. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that they would have to get my number and the supervisor would call me back before the end of the day. After that I called the number where the delivery man had called me to let us know he was on his way. Much to my surprise the phone rang 3 times and the delivery man answered. (Funny how I could get a hold of them on my first try and two customer service representatives could not). I explained the situation to him and he told me to call customer support once more.... So I did. Here I could calling for the fourth time. This time a lady named Onekkia was on the line. She told me she could not get a supervisor and that they would call me back before closing at 6pm... I made this call at 5:43. After 4 calls to the customer service support line and one to the driver I decided to call the manager of the Durham Rooms To Go store. I called and spoke with Jim Johnson, who I may say was not nice at all. He was not apologetic and called me presumptuous because I told him that it was "interesting" I could get a hold of the driver but customer support could not. He said he would have to email the manager of the delivery guys and highly doubted someone would be able to help me that same day because it was so close to 6pm. I asked to me refunded the amount of delivery .. close to $200 but they only be willing to refund a portion of it. This morning I called their "Corporate Office", thinking I could speak to someone that would be willing to help me. I asked for a manager and was transferred to a Jan. I thought Jan was a manager but after explaining my whole situation for now what, the 6th time she told me she would have a supervisor call me back.. really? I called the corporate office again and this time I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak with a manager NOT a customer service representative, She was very nice and put me on hold twice but she could not get me ahold of any managers this morning. She transferred me to Michelle Lucas's voice mail. I left Michelle a voicemail and hopefully she will get back to me soon. I am about ready to return both sofas, the table, chairs and shelf. It is appalling the way these people talk to their customers. I could write a whole review about our store experience the past two times but I won't get into that now. Please stay away from this store.. and if you go PRAY and HOPE that nothing is wrong with your order. Sad to say, she works for an independent finance company, and not even a Rooms to Go employee,but took on the task of saving this disaster of a sales team. The delivery squad was amazing. The sales team consisted of approximately 4 guys walking around aimlessly making fun of who had the great pleasure of closing up with a specific salesperson. On 02/20/17, we went to the Rooms to Go location in Durham, NC to purchase a new bed. The salesman that assisted us seemed to be very knowledgeable, or so we thought. Along with our new mattress, we also purchased 2 Twin XL Adjustable Bases so that we can sit up when watching TV, as well as a new headboard, footboard, etc. since we were upgrading our mattress to a king - all together a sales transaction of a little over $4,000.00. We decided to purchase the rails that came with drawers that offered extra storage space. All the while, the salesman assured us that the rails would work with the adjustable base we were purchasing. It turns out, he was very much wrong, and our experience from there on out only took a turn for the worse. On 03/02/17, we were set to have all items delivered and installed. The first group of delivery guys showed up to our house, brought everything inside in boxes, and somehow concluded that they weren't going to be able to make any installations because the rails cannot sustain the weight of the adjustable bases. The guys proceeded to tell my husband that the sales reps in the stores are like car salespeople, they're only interested in making the sale. I thought that was a very unprofessional thing to say about their fellow Rooms to Go work colleagues. Whether you're doing sales or deliveries, you're all working for the same company. My husband called the store manager immediately after, and the store manager assured us that these adjustable bases do work with storage rails, and that the delivery men were not doing something right. He arranged to have the delivery men return the next day. On 03/03/17, a different group of delivery guys came by the house, who seem to be very disgruntled that the delivery men from the night before left everything in boxes. They proceeded to set up the headboard, footboard, and rails only to then inform me that once again the adjustable bases we purchased would not work with the storage rails. And again, proceeded with bad mouthing the people that work in the stores. It was at this point that my husband and I realized that there seemed to be some bad blood between the delivery people and the sales people, and we were pretty much caught in the middle of it. After this installation attempt went down the drain, I received a call from the delivery manager asking me how the delivery went. When I expressed how unhappy we were with what's been going on, he had nothing else to say other than "sorry to hear that, have a good day." The store managers at this point were working aggressively to have this delivery manager prioritize our installation, but his response to them was that they had other deliveries/installations to do as well. Really? Your crew cannot even complete one delivery/installation, and somehow that makes it perfectly okay to put us on the bottom of the list. No, we should have been a priority since they have not completed the work. The delivery manager is by far a completely unprofessional individual who does not comprehend the basics of customer service. On 03/04/17, at about 7 PM (because apparently, our situation required no urgency none whatsoever), the delivery guys that came on 03/02 came back and finally installed our bed only to discover that they were right. The storage rails raised the adjustable bases and the mattress so much that I needed a step stool to get on the bed. Plus, the adjustable bases turned out to be defective. The manager arranged to have another group of guys come and exchange the adjustable bases, the rails, and footboard. On 03/06/17, another different group of delivery guys came to take the storage rails, headboard, and footboard (the headboard couldn't stay because of safety concerns which is understandable) and switched out our adjustable bases for bases that work. Finally! We had a working bed! Since the rails and footboard were on backorder, it was going to be a couple of more weeks before we can finally say that the installation is fully complete. On 03/28/17, another group of delivery guys came, and what happens? The headboard was not on the order. At this point, I'm at a loss for words. We've been going on with this dilemma for almost a month now, and they still can't completely install the items we purchased. Finally, on 03/30/17, another group of delivery guys came, brought the headboard, and completed the installation. We can now officially say our delivery/installation has been complete. While we really appreciated everything the Durham, NC store managers did to try to get this situation resolved, we will never purchase anything from here ever again. I strongly caution anyone who wants to shop at Rooms to Go to tread lightly, especially if you're looking for bedding. The sales reps need to be more knowledgeable on what they're selling, otherwise others will have the same issue we did. read more

What a terrible shopping experience. If you are looking to buy your dream furniture, do not come to this store. The rooms are very disorganized so if you are looking for a sofa or a bedroom set, they are literally scattered throughout the entire store which is extremely frustrating when trying to compare. Our salesman, Dan, was extremely slow and took over 30 minutes to get us checked out and paid, and we paid cash! Did I mention that most of the items that we ordered were on backorder for almost 2 months!? The delivery pricing is completely overpriced. My mom bought a small chair for her bedroom. When it was delivered, the chair had a big crack so we told them to take it away and they did but they also left a hole on the wall. When I went to figure out what to do so they can fix it. After 2 months of me calling, they send me a package to fill out and send it to them. As soon as I got the package I call them to make sure that was all I needed to do. After 4 months of me calling again waiting to see what was happening. The claim department lady FINALLY talked to me and told me my case was declined a long time ago because there were no pictures send with the package. I told her NO ONE informed me of this and she said You were declined. Maybe if you email me the pictures I can see what to do. My mom decide it to fix it and pay for it herself since it obviously seem like they never planned on fixing it and will not fix it. When they do talk to you they are really nice, but about a return or claim like mine they will avoid you. They delivered the wrong sofa for our game room. then would not take a credit card to deliver the correct one at a higher cost. Had to drive 45 minutes back to the showroom in Dunn NC. Then the delivery people put a foot long gouge in our painted wall. Not a scratch but a gouge. We filed a claim with the company. 3 months later after several calls we have never heard a word. I bought a couch through this showroom last week. The salesman was a bit pushy at closing, but gave us space to look around while we were there. When the couch was delivered it unfortunately was far too big for the space (we had measured, but the look was all wrong). Terrible customer service when a problem popped up! Ordered a chair for our new office, over a month before our planned move. The chair showed up with a horribly scratched leg. The delivery man did not want to take it back, and his communication skills or command of English were terrible, making the interaction more challenging. Called the problem in, 2 weeks they say for a leg to replace it. I know nothing about furniture, but did not look like a replaceable leg. It wasn't! So its over 5 weeks now, new office open, still no new chair. Did I mention the damaged chair is sitting in the middle of my house in the same place they delivered it? Rooms to go has a switch and bait delivery service customers are offered next day delivery only to be pushed out for delivery a week or more. Express delivery is an all day sit at home and wait scam designed to hood wink consumers into thinking that they will receive a fast timely delivery. This is how it really is people the truck is precooked before your delivery is booked your on the tail end of the delivery meaning last stop. Pray that your furniture is not damaged by delivery. My furniture was set up and damaged by delivery men who tried to cover up the wrong they did. Everything looked good until my 2900.00 furniture had a box rip on the bottom side of the mattress and my dresser cherry wood finish was scrubbed off the corner. The strap on my king size mattress was ripped off from the seam and was staged to look as though it still attached. Trevor, the salesman was helpful. I did find what I wanted to buy and so I want ahead and purchased the furniture. Delivery was set up for Monday, August 8. I was told delivery would be between 7 AM and 11 AM. Delivery did not come in those designated times. I called the store and they said oh no it was changed until 1 o'clock to 5:00 PM. But no one notified me, the customer. So I have been waiting all day and canceled appointments in order to stay here and the furniture is still not here and it is 4 PM. I called again and they swear it is going to be here by five. But of course it's going to start raining now so the furniture will probably get all wet. So far I would not recommend shopping at this store other than the fact that I did find furniture that I liked and the salesman was nice. But delivery and management are not good. Trevor had to call management over during part of the sales process and the manager didn't even look at me and was not friendly and did not greet me at all. We were given a option similar to the cable company, morning or afternoon. They eventually showed up at 9 pm. I bought a table and I will never buy anything here ever again. They don't give you a delivery time until 2 days before delivery and they don't deliver on Sunday. If you work during the week your only delivery option is Saturday and those are booked up. Oh, and it's expensive, we paid over $100 for the delivery. We had to wait 4 weeks for our table to be delivered. Then they brought the wrong bench. They ordered the bench to a different table. I spent 2 days trying to get an answer on when I would get my correct bench but everyone from the delivery company, store and costumer service kept blowing me off and telling me they would call me back and then wouldn't. Then they scheduled a delivery for a Tuesday which of course we couldn't do because me and my husband work during the week and didn't tell us. So we had to reschedule the delivery for a later Saturday. So that day is today and my bench still isn't here. They just called to tell me they won't make the delivery time. They won't bump up my delivery and the manager wouldn't even credit what I paid for delivery. So it's been 7 weeks and I still don't have all the pieces that I paid $1500 for. We have purchased many things from Value City in the past and I wish we had gone back to them. They have always delivered our stuff in a timely matter and never sent us the wrong thing. read more

There was no delivery available for three weeks. For some unknown reason my delivery was ( bumped) to the day after the agreed upon date!I couldn't be home on that date so I went back to rooms to go were I was told I could set up another delivery date for 3 weeks away. Do NOT buy furniture here. Look up the consumer affairs. I just bought a couch and it hasn't been delivered yet so I will update my review at that point but the actual buying process almost made me walk out and now I wish I actually had... For one thing: the sales guy was INCREDIBLY pushy about this coating for the furniture that keeps it from getting stained... I kept saying "no we are not going to get it" and he KEPT pushing for about 20 minutes. It was ridiculous. Then when it was finally established that we were not getting the coating, he said "if the couch was on sale in the recent past, I can honor that price, do you want me to check?" Obviously I said yes... Then he comes back and says that the couch was $11 cheaper a couple weeks ago but he can only honor that price if we buy the stupid $70 coating we didn't want which doesn't seem right... BACK to constantly repeating that we didn't want the coating. Then finally we were working out the shipping... We selected an express delivery which means you have to be available 7am-10pm. We recently went to Rooms to Go to return the mattress that I had bought 3 years ago, but which had significant problems within the first year. There is a 10 year warranty, so RTG let us have a credit towards a new mattress. While there to choose a new mattress, we got wonderful service from the sales woman, Corrie, and we also bought a couch and coffee table. The problems arose with the delivery. They tried to mash the couch through the door without first removing the large pillows on it that were making it difficult to push through. They could have damaged both the couch and the door if they had continued, but my wife stopped them and removed the pillows to make it easy to bring in the couch. During that same delivery, the coffee table was delivered mashed in on one corner, likely because the delivery man rolled the box up our steps and across the deck rather than carrying it. Also, the two pieces of the top that were supposed to raise up like tv trays didn't even move or work. We had to take off work, again, to have the replacement coffee table delivered, and when the delivery man asked me to sign for the delivery, I looked at the new table and, again, there was a side mashed in so that you can see the raw "wood" (particle board) through the dark finish. I showed him the damage and he said, "You just need to sign that it wasn't damaged during delivery and then call and arrange for a replacement to be delivered." I asked him to just take it away, but he said "I just deliver and replace things, you have to call the sales person in the showroom to arrange a return." So I have two choices. Take off a THIRD day of work to wait for them to come and replace the second damaged table or take of a THIRD day of work and wait for them to come get the defective piece of furniture they delivered and give me a refund. Given how apparently easy this table is to damage, I just want it out of my house. Had I known it was this poor a quality table (which you wouldn't expect for $300 for a small table), I wouldn't have gotten it in the first place). On top of the fact that the new mattress is terribly uncomfortable, but has a required 30 day trial period before I can return it, I now have no coffee table, and already got rid of my old one. I am so dissatisfied with Rooms to Go that I will not shop there in the future. read more

I am beyond disgusted with the customer service we have received from Rooms To Go. We purchased a living room set at this location nearly a year ago and the love seat portion of the set was broken upon arrival. We were ensured that this would be fixed. We filed numerous complaints about this sofa and we were always told "the part was on order". We had to have someone come out to fix two tears that were noticed as well and each time they were fixed... they would tear open again in less than a day. During one of our last conversations with Rooms To Go we were told that the part needed to fix our love seat was "on order" and should be delivered in July. July came and went and still no part....that was supposed to be delivered to our home. So, we call again today and now they say that they cannot fix it unless we have an extended warranty!?! I didn't mind the experience in the showroom, while the employees are clearly working on commission and a little anxious because of that, they were nice. however we had to wait over a month to actually get the order. We noticed a problem with the cushions on our love seat (way softer than on our sofa) right away but it was still comfortable. less than 4 months into having the sofa and love seat we can feel the springs through the love seat cushions. I contacted customer service who sent out a "technician" who agreed that there was no frame damage but something was certainly wrong with the cushions and he informed us that he would tell rooms to go to replace the cushions. when rooms to go called me 3 days later they informed me that it was not a manufacturers defect and they would not replace the cushions and that the tech told them nothing was wrong. when i disagreed with them they offered to send out another technician-- for what? so they could lie to my face again?? I asked for the manager and they said that a manager would have to call me back in 48 hours! what kind of customer service is that?! I have never gotten such a run around in my life. Too bad the local sales people will now miss out on any more commission from us due to their crappy customer service call center. If things aren't fix i will make sure no one i know ever shops there again. Let me just say the only reason we even purchased anything here was because my spouse fell in love with a living room set and had to have it. We walked in and were not greeted at all. We walked around and looked at furniture for an hour before anyone even said hello. I guess we didn't look rich enough? I don't know this is Durham NOT Cary LOL. Then we spent another half hour trying to find someone to help us after we had made up our minds as to what we wanted. We finally found the one person who said hello and they helped us but we were there for another hour and a half because apparently every customer that came in only wanted to speak with our sales person, obviously because she was the only friendly and approachable sales person in that building. She definitely forced the stain protector crap on me, without asking first, just put it on my bill... she also tried to force the stupid designer club crap on me as well without asking. I literally have never seen such sneaky sales practices which I'm 100% sure RTG is teaching their sales people. I'm only hoping that I have no issues in the future with this furniture, warranty, or financing. Also, they offered no discounts on ANYTHING even after we were spending over $5k on furniture... they didn't even offer free delivery! This company has seriously gone down hill in the past 15 years, when I was a customer in South Florida and they actually VALUED their customers. I bought two couches about 3 years ago from Rooms to Go- both frames were poorly constructed and broke within 3 years of purchase in the same place. I should have known better, but I went back to Rooms To Go to get a new couch, maybe its the great financing, but I already regret it! Delivery on the couch was scheduled from 5pm-9pm and they gave us no choice to pick an earlier time or date. When I called customer service to advise that it was my birthday and I was having a party at 8pm that night because I had never imagined they would be delivering that late, they advised there was nothing they could do to change it. They told me if I wanted to get a different delivery date it would take at least 2 business days for them to reprocess the order and then I would have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery! I had already waited 4 weeks! Needless to say this company couldn't careless about their customer service or the quality of the furniture they sell in the store. Notice they only have a 1 year warranty and there is no option to buy an extended warranty....very telling. read more

We bought sofas and a dining set here. I just got a sales flier for the table set we got which is called Julian. I wanted to warn people to consider that if the stools scratch their floor they will be out of luck. We had a furniture repairman come and take pictures and the chairs and our floor and it is pretty clean the metal on the bottom of these chairs have ruined our floor but corporate response was that the chairs are not defective so I guess it is my floor. I would think they could remove the metal if nothing else. We can't cover them with felt very well because of the metal tips on these chair legs. Our sofas wer fine. We got zippered cushions which I thought meant washable. The fabric looked pretty warped after we washed it once so maybe we were wrong on that one. The filling was all loose stuffing like the furniture outlet sofa we bought so you get what you pay for I guess. The outlet sofasa were hundreds less than rooms to go though. read more

I made an order about 3 days ago. They told me my order would be delivered within a WEEK. By the end of the first day, no one had called to schedule delivery (something that usually happens WHEN you place an order). I called, asked to speak to a manager, of course was gone for the day. Called the next day, asked to speak to a manager and he was apparently helping a customer and would call me back. Never called. Called the third day, same garbage. They called this morning to tell me my order would be delivered AFTER THE 29TH OF THIS MONTH. This was my first and last time dealing with Rooms to Go. I wouldn't recommend this establishment if it were the last furniture store on earth unless you particularly enjoy horribly rude customer service, lax sales service who obviously only care about the sale, and stress etc. I would much rather spend the extra money to go to Havertys.. much higher, incomparable level of professionalism than Rooms to Go. If you're looking to spend the same price, travel to Ikea in Charlotte. You're better off. 0 STARS, F-. Learned my lesson. Will never return, the absolute PITS!!! read more

Don't waste your time or your money here. Run to any other furniture store but this one. Sales people are rude, they only care about sales. Management is rude. I purchased a living room set from them set up to be paid off in monthly installments. Upon making two payments they made me feel like they were very unappreciative of me being a valued customer. Every time I went in to make a payment at rooms to go as soon as I stepped foot in the door there were pestering sales people trying to sale me something else right away. Every time I made a payment I did not have the sales clerk undivided attention. The last time I made a payment she mistakingly put my payment under someone else's account. I am all about giving and receiving good vibes. There were only bad vibes received here. I was able to take my business down the road to Ashley furniture where they value their customers and treat you better than this place. If I could give them a negative star I would. Their service and everything as a whole is not worthy of receiving this one star that I had to give them. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was bait and switched at this store. I went in to purchase a king bedroom set. I was greeted by Corrie, who gave me time to browse and wasn't overly pushy. Got my choice narrowed down to two. Discussed Corrie's recommendation between the two. We added a chest and the upper sleigh foot board which gave us a total of $2900. We agreed. We scheduled a delivery date (ended up being two because the dresser wasn't in stock), swiped, signed, received our paperwork, and left happy with our purchase. It went down hill from there. On the first delivery, the bed frame looked small after being built. Asked delivery men if was a king, they didn't confirm. Second delivery date had to chase after the delivery men so they would attach the mirror to my dresser. After they left, bed still looked small, so measure it. It was a queen. Called customer service, order was put in for a queen. Called store. Attempted to confirm that the additional $215 they were asking was part of the original $2900 I was quoted (I thought I was quoted right, but order placed wrong). They told me the next day it would be $45/month under the financing deal. Didn't add up. Asked a bunch of questions to confirm correct, sounded right, so let it go. Went in to pay, found out wasn't included and was basically forced to pay $65 additional for a bedroom set that I wasn't quoted properly for to begin with. They gave me $150 credit out of the goodness of their hearts, since, as I was told by corporate, by law since I signed the receipt with only the Queen, they didn't have to do anything. I couldn't even check because I didn't get the paperwork until after I signed! So yeah. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. read more

My husband and I purchased a bed and paid for delivery from the RTG showroom in Durham, NC. When they arrived the hardware was not included in the packaging so the team could not put the bed together. Being that we already removed our old bed, I wanted to get something resolved before the delivery team left. I called and spoke with the Manager, Brian, and his suggestion was for ME to drive out to their location and pick up a bed frame so that we werent sleeping on the floor, until they could order the hardware. To me that was unacceptable. He also told me there was pretty much nothing he could do for me and that I needed to realize that I was calling him at 5:45pm. After telling him, I needed this to be resolved asap, he told me to give him a few minutes and he'd call back. When he did, he advised me that HIS cst service rep was already gone for the day(it was 5:45pm) and that I could call the 800 number but HE WAS NOT ABLE TO!! I was completely taken aback that a store manager would speak to a customer in that manner. My husband became involved and when he called, he was told the manager was busy and couldn't come to the phone. My husband called back and advised them to send the delivery team back out to pick up the furniture because at that point, we didn't want to do any further business with them. the 800 customer service number shuts down at 6:00pm and when my husband called them, the person who answered the phone advised, "they were leaving for the evening so it would have to be looked into tomorrow." This matter was reported to the customer service supervisory team. I am baffled as to how people like this work in customer service. A simple solution to our problem would have been for an employee to bring the bed frame out to us, so that we were not inconvenienced any further and set up for a service tech to come out with the hardware and put the bed together the next day. Room to Go in Durham, NC on Chapel Hill Blvd has the WORST customer service. The manager was condescending, arrogant, and spoke as if he could do nothing for me. Having experience of being a retail manager, I know all managers have the autonomy to make their own decisions that work in the best interest of the customer. All of his suggestions were convenient for him and not to us. For a company that states, "We are committed to your satisfaction," they were not. I would never recommend this location, as long as they are under the same management, to anyone!!!!!!!! Companies need to understand that when people spend their hard earned money, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. That's not asking for much!!!!! read more
