My husband and I spent the morning perusing the large furniture stores in the Stonecrest area, looking for a couch and a breakfast table. We looked at Haverty's (nice selection and variety, but $$$), Ashley Furniture (drabbiest collection in my opinion), Ben's Discount Furniture, and Rooms to Go. After seeing the others, we went right back to R2G. Rooms to Go had the best style wise, though not as many fabric options as Haverty's. R2G is also reasonable in pricing. We found the couch we wanted with the congenial and speedy help (not harassment) of Mike. It was a five star experience for sure. read more

Well- while I'm sitting in front of this store I just walked out of - let me go ahead and give the review. The store rep that approached me was very sarcastic and RUDE. Mid way thru the convo I told him I would look around then he asked me exactly what I was looking for so I told him then I asked abt the delivery fee. He said it was $189 and that was the highest amount I had come across today and I have been to 4 other furniture stores. I also asked abt the mattresses and he stated prices that were higher then all the other stores I had come across so to save time I told him I would actually just come back if I couldn't find anything else where. He then tried to insult me by telling me I had to be smart about the process and the money I'm spending. He said that they were def cheaper then everyone else and when I corrected him from prices I have seen earlier today he said that those items from the other stores were trash. I already knew the prices and that the items I wanted from rooms to go are slightly higher then other stores but I had not seen them in person. I am ok paying slightly more if I like the product. So when I told him that, he rolled his eyes and said well ok. So I just politely told him to have a great Sunday. And now I am taking my $1800- $2000 some place else smh. How do you give rude customer service and STILL expect that sale?? Any way, on to the next store- I will not be coming back here. read more

Buyer Beware ! Why isn't there a -star rating. Furniture doesn't hold up. The salespeople are as slick as thieves or used car salesman! Don't trust them. They can care less about you being satisfied only about making their sale. They do not warn you about the return policy. There basically isn't one. If you hate it.... So it yours!! It's not right to pay thousands of $$$$$ for something and you can't return it , if you find it isn't right for your home. So Buyer beware. My husband and I ordered a new bedroom set over 2 weeks ago and was told we had to wait for this period of tome because they had to order it because it was out of stock. Well yesterday they delivered it and had the wrong foot board. Went to the store where we bought it from and talked to Mr. Ski would sold us the set. He said there was nothing he could do because his manager wasn't there and we have to call customer service. Called customer service and the lady mentioned the Hurricane. I told her it wasn't our fault when they had over 2 weeks for our order to be correct. Her response was it wasn't their fault either. She said someone would call us back yesterday to deliver the correct foot board as an add on. No one called nor left a message so we decided to go back to the store to speak with the manager. All the manager did was apologized, looked up the notes on our order, and told us it will be delivered 9/9/2019. Customer service is horrible! We have been inconvenienced and they have not offered to expedite the foot board or compensate in any way. Oh yeah delivery guy didn't put the bed together either. He told us we have to wait til they reliever the correct foot board. If you want great customer service don't come here. read more

Worst customer service EVER!!!! They just don't care. I bought the California Cottage table and four Farm Side chairs. I ordered the chairs in four different colors. They delivered two red, a white, and a blue chair. I pointed out the mistake to the delivery person - I was missing the green chair and they had delivered two red chairs by mistake. He was nice enough and told me customer service would call the next day. They did not. I called them and the run around to fix THEIR mistake began. Still waiting for my chair. Of course, they can't deliver it to their own store, for some insane reason. That would be too simple. I asked if I could simply exchange the chairs at their store. Oh, nooooooooooo. I have to wait for them to deliver to my house and of course they can't even give me a time frame for the delivery. Unless you consider "anywhere between 8 am and 10 pm" a time frame. You would think I was the one that made the mistake. Oh that's right! I did make the mistake by shopping there in the first place. Never buying furniture from Rooms to Go again.... First and foremost, I had to wait almost a month in order to schedule my furniture to be delivered to my residence. No one called to inform what time in which my furniture would arrive at my house (I had to call them). They informed my that my furniture would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm... After waiting around, I receive a phone call at 4pm saying that my furniture would now be delivered sometime before 9pm.... Called customer service... CUSTOMER SERVICE = RUDEST AND MOST UNHELPFUL PEOPLE ON THE PLANET.... I'm glad they locked me into 5 years of my life.... FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO THERE read more

Absolute worse experience ever. I bought a 2 mattress and a whole living room set and I ask at the Store for a warranty that would completely cover my items. I paid hundreds of dollars for this supposed "warranty." I had nothing but issues with our Mattress to the point it had to be replaced because it was faulty and Now that my leather chair is falling apart I call to have it serviced come to find our I wasn't sold a warranty at all only spill protection. I was completely ripped off and I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the local news this is ridiculous. I called the customer service center and was told there was nothing they could do. Your store sold me a faulty warranty and now I'm stuck with a chair that is trash because the seams are falling apart and the leather is ripping. I will defiantly be taking my business to Ashley's furniture from now on where they value their customers and don't lie about what is sold to them. read more

they deserve zero (0) stars!!! do not go here!!!! do not go here!!!! i purchased furniture for over $2,000, on 07/10/2016, i was told that because i live in a rural area and they only deliver there once a week that i would have to wait until 08/03/2016 for the furniture to be delivered! that should have been my first clue that i should have gone somewhere else. so, fast forward to 08/03/2016 and the delivery drivers are delivering my furniture which includes 2 power reclining chairs, as they are plugging it in one of the deliverers states that it is not working and he doesn't understand why as when he usually plugs it in it begins working right then and there, well it wasn't even though the other driver stated that the saw the chair move. i contacted customer service and was told that the chair needed to charge for at least 6 hours, which is strange since it plugged into a working electrical outlet, but i said alright. well, eight hours later and the chair was still not working, so i contacted them again and was told that a service tech only comes to my area once a month...yep once a month! and the soonest that someone could get out there will be on 08/16/2016, i refused to have to wait, so i asked that the chairs be picked up and my money refunded to which i was told that couldn't happen because refunds can only happen within 48 hours after the date it was purchased, which was damn near a month ago!! so i am out close to $1,000 dollars for these chairs that don't work and am at the mercy of the piss poor customer service of not only rooms to go in lithonia, but the customer service at the corporate office. don't be like me, go somewhere else!!! never set foot in any rooms to go or you will be sorry....i sure as hell am!!! read more
