My one comment was that during the restorative yoga class, the class that got out before in the other room came out and were chit chatting outside the door and while the door to the yoga room was closed, they were sill quite loud and even after the instructor asked them to be quiet, they not only kept their volume at the same level but didn't move away from the door. That is not a reflection on the studio but common courtesy notes that you should whisper when other classes are in session - I wonder if they need some signage as reminders? Other than that, the class was phenomenal. I was there on a day when there was a sun and I would never had known because Traci was AWESOME!! From her calm demeanor to her great narrative during the class and her hands on assistance - I was resorted, rejuvenated, and relaxed... If you are looking for an amazing class to replenish your day/week/life, I highly recommend a class with Traci or a restorative class. However, the class hours often don't align with my schedule. (no big deal) However, my 6-year-old has been wanting to try yoga, so I decided to attempt to sign her up. As I walk toward the door I am greeted by patrons who have just finished a yoga class, which made me feel more optimistic about this studio. However, when I got inside things took a turn. There were a few ladies in line, who appeared to be making a purchase. (no big deal, I can wait my turn). Honestly, it felt more like friends chatting after a class and making a few purchases forgetting that there was a first-time customer in the store. Yet, I noticed that I was never greeted nor told I would be assisted shortly. In fact, the individual behind the counter didn't acknowledge me at all. Red flag #1. I continued to wait and once it was my turn I walked up and the individual once again did not look up to greet me. Red flag #2. She asked me if I was here to check in and I answered no I'm interested in signing my daughter up for a yoga class. We discuss the yoga class and she still has yet to make eye contact with me as her focus appears to be solely on the computer screen. At this point I'm annoyed. I give my information for the yoga class link, knowing at this moment I am not signing my daughter up for a class here. It was not until I asked what they do during the class and how much it costs did she look at me. Needless, to say this made for an uncomfortable, awkward, unprofessional, and unwelcoming experience. Based on my interaction it made me think how my daughter may be treated during her visit. The sole positive takeaway from this encounter was that the studio decor presents well, other than that I would pass. I received more customer service and friendliness from those who were leaving a class than those who worked at the studio. This has been a failed attempt to find a safe and relaxing space. To say the least, I am disappointed, but not shocked. By presenting my concerns, I offer a solution. I suggest your front desk staff take a DEI class as well as a customer service training course. Based on my experience, it appears to be needed.

Class prices are reasonable, and are cheaper if you buy a class package for multiple classes. I took a spinning pole class with Kreea. She was an amazing instructor and tailored the class so that it would be challenging for me. Kreea is good at talking you through each move, giving helpful tips, and showing you how to avoid injury. I learned so many new things and got in a great workout! My one piece of advice would be to bring a towel and a water bottle because you will work up a sweat! If you are new to pole, I highly recommend trying a class at Vertical Dance. It's an excellent way to build strength and confidence. I can't wait for the next time I'm back in the area and can attend a class.

The staff was polite, all smiles and willing to answer any questions we had(it was a few of us taking the class). They inform you before coming to sign a waiver and to bring grip socks. No worries if you forget them the day of class, they have many options to choose from, for purchase in the studio. I got mine from Amazon beforehand. The studio was neat, clean and organized. If you have ever wanted to try pilates this is the studio to start with if you are in the area. Good vibes here.

He quickly responded within hours and welcomed me. I arrived to a spacious, clean studio that had a warm feeling to it. Brenda, the instructor leading Saturday morning was excellent. Since it was my first time at the studio she took the time to talk with me before class to find out more about my practice, any restrictions I may have had and where I was from. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable-she really made me feel welcome. Her cueing was right on, she really made sure we were mindful of our alignment, had a great pace for flowing and kept the atmosphere light and joyful. All-in-all a great place to visit or practice regularly. It really helped my kick off my weekend right! Highly recommended.
