This is something I have always struggled to find among many personal trainers that often do not know how to listen and/or cater to your body type. Not here. Everything I mentioned was validated and more importantly, suggestions given to invite more mobility into my body and release any pent up stress. All the instructors are very experienced and each brings a unique work out every time. No one work out is the same. The instructors are very helpful and will give you alternate moves if you have a problem with any certain body parts. My favorites are flow and center and balance. This is a great way to get yourself in shape and toned without much risk to injury. I usually take a 1.0 or 1.5 class. If the 1.5 is a little tough, you can adjust to your own fitness level and instructors are great at observing if you are struggling and will give you tips on adjusting the moves to meet your level so you can keep up. They will also give you more challenging options as well if you are able. There is never any pressure or embarrassment if you struggle. Unique thing about Club Pilates is it is good for all age ranges. I'd like to say I have a favorite instructor, but they are all excellent and each brings their own unique style to the table. I frequent Sherry, Kerry and Andrea's classes because they have timeslots that fit my schedule. Sherry's flow 1.0 class is one if my favorites. She works a little tai chi in at the end of each class and offers great stretching, strength training and helps you work those teeny little muscles you didn't know you had. I have pain in my lower back, but her class really improved my condition and I don't have the pain that I used to have when I sit down and stand up. I walk out of there feeling energized and stretched with a slight ache in my muscles --but the good kind that help you know you are toning and gaining strength. Andrea's classes are awesome. She is very skilled at ensuring you're applying the proper technique and excellent at communicating the moves. She keeps the lights on so she can see that you are applying proper form and working the correct muscles. Some people complain about the ceiling lights, but I appreciate them for the reason she is keeping them on. I just close my eyes when I'm laying down on the reformer table. Her instructions are so clear you don't need to watch her. I really appreciate her style because I feel it's important to ensure you're working the muscles as intended in her workouts. Kerry is another of my favorites. she makes her workouts fun. She's bubbly and funny. She too is great at communicating the moves and ensuring you are using the right form. Kerry really challenges me and I walk out of her class feeling awesome and too with a slight muscle ache that helps me know my workout was effective. I also feel really stretched and refreshed after her classes. Bottom line... Every instructor I've ever had at Club Pilates has been top-notch. you're always greeted with the smiling happy face when you arrive and you leave feeling great.

Class prices are reasonable, and are cheaper if you buy a class package for multiple classes. I took a spinning pole class with Kreea. She was an amazing instructor and tailored the class so that it would be challenging for me. Kreea is good at talking you through each move, giving helpful tips, and showing you how to avoid injury. I learned so many new things and got in a great workout! My one piece of advice would be to bring a towel and a water bottle because you will work up a sweat! If you are new to pole, I highly recommend trying a class at Vertical Dance. It's an excellent way to build strength and confidence. I can't wait for the next time I'm back in the area and can attend a class.

I took advantage of a free trial with my first class in 2019 and now I've been to 900+ classes. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, from owner to staff to members are literally the most welcoming, encouraging, challenging and fun group to ever support this girl's fitness goals. I came to improve my flexibility. I got that and strong and tone too. There's no way I would've stuck to it without my PBK girl gang.
