At first I was suspicious of bringing my car here after a pretty big accident. I was telling almost…read moreeveryone I hoped they would send my car to Toyota's repair place off Sawmill Road. Although sometimes you can't always have what you want and you have to compromise. So I listened to the guy's insurance that was in charge of covering my vehicle and they sent me here. After reading these 5 star reviews I knew my car would be in good hands. All that suspicion started to go away. The customer service was great, they explained everything they would do to repair my vehicle and a time estimate when it would be done. The reason they are getting the five stars though is that I did not expect my car to be done by now and in very good condition after they completely fixed the damage done to my rear end of the vehicle. I expected to get a call like next week. The reason I'm ecstatic is because you might not know but I did not take a rental during the time my car was being repaired by Glassburn. I was offered it by the insurance but because I had 2 other vehicles I said no thanks. I sort of regret not getting that rental now, since I went through 2 cars that had so many issues in the three days my car was being repaired. So as you can all imagine, when I got the news my car was completed today I jumped for joy. Ben at Glassburn surely made my day by letting us know the vehicle was done earlier than expected. Plus it looked brand new and they really took care of it. They cleaned the car inside and out and my wheels were all sparkly. I highly recommend coming here if you have an collision repairs needed. They will take care of you and make sure you leave happy. Take it from me who did not expect to get her car in the best shape possible in 3 days.

They dealt with the insurance company for me and even had my car back a couple of days earlier than expected. They did a fantastic job and detailed it in and out to perfection. Right after my car was all beautiful again, a valet company damaged my paint on the hood by parking it under dripping rust for 3 days. I brought it back to Glassburn Body Shop and Ryan took care of it at that very moment. What a total unexpected surprise and amazing service. Thank you!!!! I hope I don't have to go back. But if I do, I'm going back here.

I had a run in with our Jeep and the garage door... after lots of research on BBB and here, I…read moredecided to call Phil's. They got me in for an estimate right away, had parts ordered and were ready to complete repairs a couple days later. The repairs took less than an hour, we're reasonably priced (he even buffed out some other scratches free!) and ultimately, you'd never know I lost the battle against the garage! Our Jeep looks good as new!

Best way to describe my experience at Phil's today is with following example. Car shops in Columbus are like going to the hospital, the places are neat clean, with waiting rooms even popcorn machines and soda fountains. Before they do any actual physical work they always have to do some kind of "diagnostics test" and that is $100 up front before they even open their tool box. Then comes the long wait with a list of other things they think need to be done. OK, that said, I broke my drivers side car seat. I went to a local junk yard and got one out of a wreck. I asked the guy who took it out if he was interested in making a few extra bucks by installing it for me after hours. He said Yes, I said Ok and he never showed up. I then called the usual "big box" repair shops and they said they couldn't put in any after market products. I called the junk yard back and they suggested Phil's Collision in Galena. The seat had fallen completely backwards so I knew driving it up there from near Polaris was not going to be fun so before I did I called Phil's and asked if they could do it for the same price as the guy at the junk yard. Without hesitation he said he should be able to. I felt a little uneasy at the "should be able to" thinking, nuts it could be a lot more. This morning, I loaded the new seat into the back seat to help keep my front seat from becoming another back seat and headed for Galena. Now I come from a very small town in NW Ohio and spent more hours than I can remember in small repair shops so when I pulled up to Phil's I felt very much at home. Phil came out, took the keys, told me I could either walk on the nearby nature trail or sit in his office. Being exhausted from trying to load the seat into the car plus the agonizing drive up there I decided on the latter option. It didn't take long at all and when he came in he said, "How does......$ sound to you." I did a double take. I said, "I agreed to pay $X and thats certainly worth it to me' and he said, "No,$X is fine." He then said he'd dispose of the old seat. As I was driving home I knew I was relieved the job was done and I had saved some money, but there was a feeling/thought I just couldn't shake. It finally dawned on me, it wasn't the fact the job was done or I'd saved money it was sort of a realization that for the first time in a very long time, I'd just done business with honest man.

Was anyone injured in the accident?"; all the way through handing me my keys and making sure that I was completely satisfied with the experience. Not only did Christina take very good care of me, and kept me well-informed and walked me through the entire process; David did an excellent job as well. Upon my initial drop off he walked around my car with me and did the entire inspection. He also asked if I was ok. He gave me some advice about how to setup everything and what I had to do to go through my insurance. He asked if I had a rental car and I wasn't aware if I did. He called me back a few days later and he had actually looked into it himself and found out that my insurance did cover a rental car! He was calling to make sure that I was aware and to see if he needed to help me with booking the rental car through Enterprise. That was such an amazing thing that he did. It really helped me to adjust my schedule and make sure that my life wasn't as impacted as I thought it was going to be to get these repairs done. The company worked really well with my insurance. Not only did my rental meet me at the collision center to get my car but I was also able to drop it off there with Caliber, so pick up and drop off took almost no time at all. The final product on my car looks perfect, like nothing ever happened, it's awesome. On top of that I was extremely pleasantly surprised to notice that my car had been wiped down and vacuumed and cleaned while it was being taken care of. I didn't expect that and didn't notice it at first to say thank you. They really just go above and beyond to make the experience as laid-back and easy for everyone in the situation as possible. Thank you again for exceeding all my expectations!

I chose Caliber because they had good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely…read moredisappointing from start to finish and I regret that decision thoroughly. I was originally told the repairs would take about one month. Instead, my car was in the shop for over two months after they told me they had lost one of the parts to my car either upon taking it apart or putting it back together. During that time, I was unable to use my vehicle for Uber, costing me significant income, and I also had to pay for rental cars, Uber rides, and other transportation expenses. When I finally picked up my car, I paid my $2,000 of my $2500 deductible expecting the vehicle to be fully repaired. After getting home, I discovered numerous issues that either should have been repaired or were caused during the repair process. These included: * They failed to replace the rear tire even though it had a dangerous bulge on the sidewall caused by the accident. * The front grill they replaced repeatedly pops loose and will not stay properly attached. * There are scratches from the original accident that were never repaired. * There are also new scratches that appear to have been caused while the vehicle was in their possession. * They never cleaned the dried coffee that spilled onto my front seat during the accident. * Despite paying for repairs, I had to return because additional issues were found, leaving my vehicle deactivated from Uber even after I picked it up. I expected a professional repair from a shop that is part of Progressive's network. Instead, I received a vehicle that still had safety concerns, cosmetic damage, poor workmanship, and incomplete repairs after waiting more than two months. I paid $2,000 out of pocket for work that was not completed to an acceptable standard. My 'tech' CJ admitted to me repeatedly that they are way understaffed and that they already have a lot more jobs than they can handle. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Check in was very fast. I waited less than 2 minutes for Zoe. At reception, they have a pretty wide selection of hair products for sale. The salon was set up nicely and was clean. Although they were busy it didn't seem too loud so that I felt I was able to communicate with Zoe about what I wanted without a ton of distraction going on. She was was very friendly and efficient. She was talkative but not gossipy. She gave me exactly what I asked for and edited the cut where I asked with ease. If there were any criticism to be made it would be that I wasn't recommend any products or informed of what was being used. But that may be a plus for you if you don't like feeling you're being "up sold" during your visit. Another was that this salon offers levels of experience with their different stylists at varying price points. I found this out through their website. Reception didn't inform me of this when I made my appointment. Checkout was fast as well. Although they do take credit/debit cards you can not attach the tip to your payment for service. You must use cash or if your stylist has square you can tip them directly. Over all, I very much enjoyed my experience and will definitely return.
