Had a slow leaking toilet; water would rise high in the bowl and drain super slow with air bubbles rising up. Searched Yelp for Plumbers near 92129... Of the five that I requested quotes, two couldn't schedule me until Thursday, two were $120+, and one said I was out of his service area but he was nice enough to recommended Brockmire Plumbing. I called Brockmire Plumbing and Alyssa was very helpful letting me know that Brockmire prices start at $89 and go up from there depending on the job. Long story short, Brockmire was able to schedule me in today and get the job done in a matter of minutes and all for $89! (I just had a clogged toilet.) 5 stars for GREAT customer service (called and spoke to Alyssa four times before the tech arrived and she was super sweet and helpful each time); Brian (the tech) was very personable and did a good job... Router man was recommended to me when our rental had waste line breakage. It was quite an emergency since we had to displace our tenants for over 10 days. Overall they did their job at a reasonable price but I would not go back to them because their operation manager was very unprofessional. Alex Gomez was rude and treated our questions with belittling answers. He was antagonistic towards my wife when she questioned the work. I hope the owner can rectify the situation because his business will only suffer by having this man. read more

They worked on the drain for over 2 hours and was unable to unclog the clean out drain that was backing up the kitchen sink and I was still charged $99.00. I believe a customer should not be charged if the problem was not fixed. read more

I had a leak in the main line coming in to the house. Called this great team Wednesday morning, and per my timing request they scheduled an appt. for 2:00 that same afternoon with Alex. He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me two options and estimates how to proceed. We decided on the way to go, and he said his team would show up between 8 and 9 the next day. Sure enough the team of Jose, Luis and (another) Alex showed up right on time and got to work on what I thought was a pretty major repair job. They worked quickly, always keeping me informed of what they were planning, were extremely courteous, and finished the job perfectly by 2:00 pm! I had a drain issue that was driving me crazy. My shower drain operated well but when we showered, a horrible odor would fill the room. We were embarrassed to have people over to our home. I previously hired two other plumbers (not Brockmire) to remedy the problem but they failed miserably. They "snaked" the line, poured bleach into the drain, and even used an acid down the drain but nothing worked. Ultimately, I spent hundreds of dollars without success. Finally, I hired Brockmire for their Rooter Man service to hydrojet the drain lines. They sent two plumbers, Brian and Jose, and the guys knocked it out of the park. The smell that plagued my bathroom for months is gone! They cleaned my entire drain system from start to finish and repaired a bad sink installation, all within two hours. Their dispatcher, Alyssa, was incredibly helpful and professional. I received text messages that notified me of when they were en route to my home and it included a photo of the plumbers before they arrived. When they got there, they showed up on time, they worked cleanly and dressed professionally. Their service is cheap and I would have saved about $700 if I had started with these guys. read more

I've been meaning to make this review for months, but just never got around to actually making an actual yelp. So here it is finally. My wife and I had a slow leak in our bathroom and thankfully a friend of mine recommended brockmire plumbing services. I called and immediately got great customer service with the woman who answered the phone, and not to mention they had some of the best prices to come out and look at it. So they made there way to my house in a very reasonable time span, and they fixed the leak no problem. (It was just some type of leak in the toilet). The two guys that came had great customer service, and I had really no complaints and would recommend them. The one downside was that one of the guys did smell like smoke, and it wasn't just cigarette smoke if you know what I mean. My wife was a bit bothered by the smell, but the overall experience and how efficiently they got the job done, made up for that one downside. read more
