Great experience from start to finish, except for the drain clog that made us call them. They have a person answering the phone who booked us right away, applied a generous coupon for drain cleaning, and kept us updated on Romeo's arrival time. Romeo was very nice and professional and fixed the problem right away. I asked Romeo about their repiping services since it's something we know we should probably do since our almost 50 year old pipes are in the slab, but we're dreading it. He called their repipe guy, Alec, who actually came right out to see the situation. He spent a long time looking at every little detail and walking us through the whole project. Unfortunately, it was just more than we could stomach at this time, having JUST smoothed and painted the walls and ceilings 8 months ago (and that was awful, too). This company is completely untrustworthy. They misrepresented the CIPP sewer lining work they claimed to complete, left the job unfinished, and what they did do was sloppy and negligent. They installed a pipe with no proper slope, so water is just sitting in the line--an obvious failure that any qualified plumber would know to avoid. Their prices were outrageously inflated, and now I have to pay another professional to fix their mistakes. They count on customers not knowing their rights. Don't fall for it--always get multiple quotes and use your 3-day right to cancel if anything feels off. He diagnosed our issue as a blockage and went on to try and get it repaired. He went above and beyond after some complications to get us cleared out so it wasn't backed up. So I changed my appointment to noon to 2 pm today. It's 2;20 pm and no one showed up. I called the business again and the woman said she can't find my record again! She said she could send someone between 3 pm and 5 pm. I said no thanks. They are so unorganized. Don't waste your time talking to this business!!!! read more

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. My dad booked an appointment for a free estimate to fix our balcony drain after another contractor was fixing the leak. So the estimate person came and inspected the area where our contractor identified the drainage pipes at. He then gave this ludicrous offer: $500 to open the ceiling at two places (both are 12x12 inches max), $2000 to replace and connect the pipes, another $2000 if there's any blockage. Instead of going along like a fool my dad brainstormed for a while and remembered we had a plumber that did a fantastic job for us a few years back. Called that man and after inspecting everything he fixed the connection issue and securing the pipes for $500 combined. Seriously people, if you're going to use this company at least get 1-2 second opinions from other companies as well. Wow! What amazing service! Gil showed up Friday afternoon to help retrieve a pair of eyeglasses my dad thought he'd flushed. The glasses were elsewhere but when Gil took the toilet off he found a truly impressive number of roots growing up the drain. We set up an appointment for the following Monday to get the work done. Gil cleared the line and installed the new toilet. Three guys were involved including Kristian, a division manager and they were all so polite, patient, and professional. My parents are elderly and tend to ask the same questions repeatedly. These guys were so kind and gentle with them. The technician snaked the line and said he couldn't get through... and a field service rep showed up. They tried to sell me a $40,000 "plumbing repair" which was out of the question I said sorry I'm just going to have to live with clogged plumbing. I paid them $64 and they went on their way. I received multiple messages from the marketing office, wanting to know how was satisfied with their service. Well the technicians were nice and friendly and if the $64 had actually done something it would've been a bargain. The next day I had a different plumber come out who was local and for $125. kudos to management for doing the right thing and stating they will refund my money in full. last week i was given an assessment with seeer camera picture services. and was charged for those images. i was told that my main line the pipe that connects my home to the sewer line is icast iron had full of holes and will close up soon due to corrosion ! i was also told my shower vent is also closing up soon as well ad as the vent in the bathroom. what these people did not know is that the main line the pipe starting from the sewer and deep into the home i will not disclosed how deep. was replaced by a diff plumbing company from cast iron to abs plastic and a way bigger diameter to endure preventions of future clogs, i saw that plumber (bless him.)dig a 8 foot hole with a bobcat and then jumped in it after. i contacted them and they said not to worry for they will vouche for it if needed. all i asked the office if rooter solutions was if i can please have the pics of the vents they assessed was closing ion so we can show them to whoever we hire to start the repairs . i was told that will receive a full refun instead.so thank you kind sir. i thank you so much that money i can use to buy food for me and my elderly mother. it's hard to make ends meet for 2 people on just a disability check. i want to say that this second review (please read previous review below this. )is factual ,had no bias with no exaggeration or emotion involved. so FIY to everybody. don't forget that their are local and nationwide non profit organizations that will go above and beyond to make sure that the disabled. elderly and helpless are protected from any entity that attempts to take advantage of them . and mama didn't raise no fool! so i'll make sure o rate 5 stars if i do get my money back. Kitchen sink was draining slow. Standard issue on an older home. Grease accumulation over time, regardless of how careful you may be, adds to the clogging of the pipes. Scheduled a 2 hr window and the scheduler called right at the end of the window to proactively say the guys in the truck where on the way. Very courteous. The guys showed up were respectful, courteous, proficient and took care of the problem at the special ad rate. I had some other non-urgent fixes they gave quotes on.
