I've been coming here for almost seven years and I am very pleased with my experiences. Bedside manner is great, everyone explains procedure's and billing, they always remember my name, even if I see them outside the office and they've let me pay monthly when I needed it. There is another perk which is they can cut about half of the crowns and some types of fillings in house while you wait! Some of the bigger crowns they still have to send to a lab to make it, but having the ability to cut a crown in 15-20 minute saves you an extra trip and brings down the cost.

From the moment I called his office, there was such an incredible attitude of caring, both from B.J. on the staff, and then with Dr. Baker, when I met him. It turned out that I was not going to be fully covered by my insurance to see him, and even though that was the case, he still took his time, explaining things, he did a scan of my teeth, and took one x-ray for the tooth that was bothering me, because we knew I'd need to get a full set of x-rays from the dentist I was assigned to the following week. I never felt rushed by him; he was always very patient, and explained things in detail. When we decided I wouldn't get x-rays, and I would wait for the following week, he filled out an authorization form, in case I needed to go to a specialist sooner than my scheduled appointment. There were a few other things I was delighted about when I got there; I was not accosted by a strong smell of disinfectant that sometimes reeks in offices, when you open their front door. Amazingly enough, there is a bidet water spray in the bathroom, for hygienic purposes. The office is painted a very soothing, healing shade of blue, and is done very artistically, and is aesthetically pleasing. I'm inspired enough to see if I can change my insurance so I can see him as my regular dentist, and I would recommend Dr. Baker to anybody!

He was cold and indifferent showing no interest in getting to know me as his new patient so he could understand if I was nervous, afraid or comfortable with him treating me. Without even giving me a chance to answer, his first words to me were "how are you lets get this thing over with." I was shocked. I didn't understand the rush and felt as though I was just another job he had to hurry and get done. Dr Konviser (never) held a conversation with me, He only spoke to his assistant and concluded I need a number of treatments. The first was a back upper molar crown. While administering the numbing shot, Dr. Konviser became annoyed as I squinted my eyes shut and in an angry tone of voice he said " hold still your not feeling this we put lidocaine on your gums." In no way did he try to make me feel comfortable nor say a kind word. During drilling, Dr.Konviser chastised me glairing down in my face and growling "You have to hold still. I have a drill in my hand you move it's dangerous, I could cut you". But I was trying to give him a sign there was too much water going in the back of my throat I responded, "I'm choking". Dr. Konviser just stated "open" and continued drilling without another word. At no time during the whole procedure did Dr Konviser ask me how I felt, if I was ok, show any kindness or word of comfort. Therefore, I will not request his services again nor recommend his services to enyone in the future.
