I couldn't be more pleased with Roques Plumbing - they will be my plumber in the future if I need any work done. I am remodeling my kitchen and must have gotten 4-5 estimates and most of them were outrageous. One told me the job would take 2 days and another said it was a 3 days job. Saul and his associate finished the entire job by 3:00 pm on the first day and it looks great. He showed up exactly when he said he would and moved and removed a huge set of pipes from one side of the room to the other. Took pipes that were running down a wall and moved them inside the wall and got everything set up for my new kitchen, plus discovered that the water tank needs servicing. Even showed me the dirty brown water in the tank. He was able to set a vent through the wall when others said they'd have to open the roof! Plus, he was the most reasonable bid of everyone that I asked. The complaints that I've read on here aren't reasonable and don't seem to have anything to do with the work that is done. You get what you send out. I am very pleased with the results. He will be back to install new sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal and set up ice maker when the cabinets are installed in two weeks. Roques Plumbing is absolutely amazing! I put in a request through Yelp and Saul, owner, replied within minutes with a no nonsense quote to install a new water heater. The price was very reasonable. This was about noon. I told him I would like to get it installed. He was finishing another job and said he would come over after. He showed up on time and he and his brother did an amazing job of installing my new water heater. They were done by 3:30 pm! 3.5 hours from the time I requested a quote to the time it was installed. Other plumbers were trying to have me schedule appointments for a day or two or three away. Saul new it was important to have hot water and did a great job to accommodate me. No one wants to spend money installing a new water heater at this time of year, but Saul took a good bit of the sting out of it!
