Excellent company! Blower motor went out and and after getting a couple of bids, Jeremy came in the lowest and the fastest...by far. But the the whole system was undersized and showing it's age so we explored getting a new system. Once again, Jeremy was the best at explaining the options, and at a very good price. He even offered to deduct the the blower repair from the total cost. So we had Renner install a new heat pump system. The system didn't want to keep up with our large house, but Jeremy was right there with solutions to our problems. A few months in and the system is doing it's job great. The control valve on my water tank stopped working. Once I got in touch with Justin, he was very helpful and responsive in explaining the next steps. He first asked me to check if the water tank parts warranty will get me a replacement part, so that I will only have to pay for labor. After determining that I could not get a replacement part from the manufacturer, Justin helped me purchase the replacement part (to make sure we got the right one), and then came over the next day to do the replacement installation. I am a construction inspector and know good work when I see it, and their work is A+. He was on time for the initial assessment of our A/C, which was old and seemed like it was going to fail soon. Justin took the time to explain all the issues that he saw with our current A/C and ducts. He also took the time to explain each and every system that he recommended and the benefits of each and was able to answer all of our concerns. Prior to Justin coming out, we had 2 other companies, give us a quote for all the work to be done. One of those quotes was almost $20,000 more than what Justin quoted for the same work. We were roasting upstairs because our AC just wasn't strong enough to cool the whole house on a hot day. Justin recommended several options. One of them being a separate unit upstairs. He installed the upstairs unit which required moving the ducting around and adding a vent in the master bedroom.
