Same week, on Thursday, my left hand thumb popped off first, then my index the same day. Next day, Friday, my right nails started popping off, thumb, pointer. Saturday morning, my middle finger popped off. I noticed when they popped off, the builder gel had a lot of air bubbles, which was probably the reason why they popped off so easily. Mind you, I would've came back to get them fixed, but I was out of town up north for a wedding for Saturday 8/1! So I had no choice but to use nail glue to pop them back on myself. Not once was I even playing and picking my nails off, I wasn't even being rough with my hands during the days they were popping off. I just feel bad since my sister treated me out and she spent so much money just for my builder gel:( My sister's nails (regular polish) are still very nice though! But I guess I just wouldn't really recommend the builder gel from my experience:(

Today was my first time trying them and I was very happy. The salon is clean, the employees are friendly, and the music is quiet enough to encourage people to also keep the noise down, which helped me relax during my pedicure. Each of the employees was extremely helpful, polite, and, most importantly, hygienic! I was relieved to see how thorough everyone was while they cleaned up stations between clients. I didn't wait long to be called and I noticed they scheduled people well, so no one had to wait more than a few minutes. The prices are fair, the service was excellent, and I'm very glad my nails look and feel amazing! I can only speak of the pedicure, but it was an enjoyable experience. I'll be back again for sure! We came back and we knew exactly what we wanted, through their Instagram. It took an hour but they detail and work was awesome, they made sure the nails were even length and so smudges. I noticed a mom and child enter and the little girl was seated in a special chair. It's very cute and she really was having fun. I do feel it is a little pricey but CRN has similar prices to other salons, so it does seem standard. I don't think I will ever get used to working with people talking to me and each other in English and also talking to each other in a different language moments later and while still working with me right there.
