Let me start by saying this was first time ever coming to a roof top bar so my expectations were very open. I tried to make reservations for a table but they were all booked. When we got there, the bouncer at the door checked our IDs and let us go in--no wait. We arrived around 9 PM. The lobby where you wait for the elevator is small but super cute and perfect for a photo op. Once you arrive at the 22nd floor you are greeted by the hostess. We walked in and went straight to the bar, the place was packed but not overwhelmingly. We started with ordering the Mexican Kiss cocktail. It was delicious and the presentation was there. We saw a couple of tables open up and were told that they were for reservations. However, the hostess later found us and gave us a table. The tables have a minimum spend of $50 per person. Overall the drinks are delicious. The ambiance is casual but there is music playing and a lot of conversation happening. The views are spectacular. The food was meh. We ordered the tuna, picanha skewers, and fries. The tuna was okay, the skewers were tasty but portion wise ridiculous, and the fries, well they were fries (they come with 3 dipping sauces). I would come here again for the drinks and views. The views are truly beautiful and with one their cocktails makes for the perfect night. Came here just to check out the bar because we had reservations elsewhere and happened to be staying in the hotel below and we're leaving the next day. I did not want to miss out on this place ! Glad I got to experience it, the views were amazing! The drink were super good as well. I probably had one of the best espresso martinis here. It was very crowded for a Wed night, but the vibe was on point. I do wish however that they had a variety of songs, maybe bring in some Reggaeton. There's a great happy hour, even on Saturdays, where several specialty drinks and appetizers are 10$. Highly recommend to go early as there can be a line outside as the evening goes on. Came here with my friend from Broward. We decided to check out this place since it was a hot new spot that opened up I wanted to try their cocktails. When we arrived there was a line outside so we had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes. While in line they ask us for a debit card information to keep on file with a $50 minimum per person charge that can go towards food and drink. Finally we were escorted upstairs in the elevator that has ceiling decor of pink cotton and flowers. The hostess then escort us all the way to the bar where our bartender helped us. However it was so crowded we wanted to sit down and there was no space so we asked for a table instead. We ordered the chilled shrimp which came with four pieces of cocktail shrimp with yummy cocktail sauce and Keylime mustard sauce, we also had the Cuban cigars which is very delicious especially with the mustard aïoli sauce. For drinks we had the Rosa sky cocktail which in my opinion was pretty weak not enough liquor for me so I end up ordering the rosa mule which was better. The music that Friday night was electric/house music, which I totally love but tonight we was in the mood for some Latin reggaeton, so we enjoyed our bites and drinks and went elsewhere to dance. I saw a lot different people come in here from young to older adults. Some Dressed casual cute and other dress fancy. I love this place!! The music is really chill and the overall vibe is really cute! This is definitely a couples place. But I went there with a few girlfriends and we had a great night. Their drinks were really delicious and the view was incredible!! They had a binocular sort of thing where you can use to watch the sky. A weird thing about that is that you can look into the windows of the apartments across so that was a little uncomfortable but it can be redirected to the sky!! But overall, love this place! The view is the reason people come. The food, drinks, and attitude is why people probably don't come back. I'm very surprised at the 4+ star reviews. Maybe Millennials think this is special. If you want a table, you need to commit to spending at least $50 a person and you have a 2 hour limit. All that nonsense goes away if you make a reservation. The cocktails were plain, and unimaginative. The Panda Monium was good and it was served in cool Panda Bear ceramic cups that we ended up ordering on Amazon. We ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip and I honestly don't know what we ate. To me it tasted like pulled pork or a taco dip. To my wife it tasted like tomato sauce. If it wasn't for the view, I'd honestly have no problem giving this place 1 star. It was a bit crowded but there were areas/pockets you can find to hangout with your friends. I was excited to try the Rosa sky cocktail from looking at pictures. The ice cube is the shape of a rose. I was a bit disappointed to have gotten my drink in a normal glass cup vs a stemmed glass for the esthetics. The drink was delicious but I'm not sure how much alcohol was in it. The building itself offers valet parking, or you may park across the street in the Brickell City Center parking garage. You may walk in or set up a reservation (you must put a "downpayment" per person for a table/sectional area) . Once you take the elevator up to Rosa Sky, it opens up to a "terrace" setting complete with outdoor tables, a bar, a bathroom, and a beautiful view of the city. THE FOOD: On my visit, I tried several items (pictured) but my favorite were the empanadas and the cuban cigars. My sister booked Rosa Sky for her 40th birthday celebration. She had reserved 2 big booths for our party of 25. Located in the heart of Brickell, the views are amazing, no matter where you are. Our hostesses for the night were Katie and Kim. They were awesome and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Both ensured our drinks were always refreshed, food was delivered promptly and that we were warm (it had the nerve to cold that night, LOL). There were heating lamps illuminated that kept us warm. Everything was sooo good! I highly recommend the Rosa Sky and Mexican Kiss cocktails. The Buffalo Chicken empanadas, Rosa Sky Fries and the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese were absolutely delicious! Great place for a date night or hanging out with friends. They had a live DJ, that wasn't so great. However, the music was decent. So, if you're looking for a chic place for a party, happy hour or a quick bite; make sure you check out Rosa Sky. The entire staff were kind and professional. I went here for my birthday, I had a good time but I definitely expected more. Each reservation was $50 for 2hrs and it goes towards your bill. Once your 2hrs are up you can hangout by the bar which to me it's extremely uncomfortable it feels like you're getting kicked out. Do not go on an empty stomach because all they have are "bites" and "drinks". Drinks were good and food was good, they do get creative with the presentation. Next to the bar where there's just a bunch of people standing around they have a DJ mostly playing house music. I'll start by saying WOW! If you're looking for a chill rooftop with a live DJ, great views, great drinks and awesome food this is it! The server was friendly and attentive and made suggestions. We ordered a few drinks and appetizers. The food is decently priced and delicious! We had a $50.00 minimum per person per small table that fits 3 , the other tables with the cushion chairs had a $100.00 per person minimum. The few things I'd say were negative are the minimum per person to sit at a small table, the automatic 18% gratuity for a party less than 6 and the parking... we tried to valet, but they are charging $35.00 for 4hrs, I didn't know companies could charge to valet a handicapped spot.... So we decided to take street parking at $3.75 an hr and walk. Other than the above mentioned negatives it's a really chill spot with great food and drinks! However, beware that the tables are reservation only and there's a minimum amount you must spend for that. If you're planning on a night to cherish forever, maybe go here only for the clubbing/ drinks aspect at the end of the night. AMAZING VIEWS! I visited this rooftop bar and that is absolutely the main takeaway. All the food and drinks I had were pretty good (especially the Pao de queijo and the tequila cocktails). A couple of things, Inconsistencies - they have a dress code that's implemented depending on who you are ? Which I found a little different bouncer told my wife she couldn't go in, in shorts. They were black tight knee length - it was day time and she was wearing a pressed button down. We explained that we had called and asked for a dress code and that was not shared. He let us in. Already in the place we're girls and guy wearing shorts. Throughout the night, more girls with short shorts were being let in. I was confused. But hey, they let us in at least? Gorgeous views with a five star location! Rosa Sky is located at the new AC Element in Brickell and has a gorgeous view of the city. I was greeted by friendly bouncers at the main entrance then greeted again right outside the bar before going in. There is one main bar, plenty of outdoor seating, bathrooms and a DJ set up. The ambiance was wonderful, I loved the music and the layout, it was easy to navigate. The bartenders were also wonderful and friendly. I ordered a Night Owl but unfortunately it was extremely sweet and I didn't drink it. The bar kept getting busier so it was hard to get their attention to let them know. The views are the only thing that is nice about this place and you can find better views in Miami. We reserved a table which required us to spend $50 per person. This was a big mistake. When we arrived, they tried sitting us at a table that was right next to the bathrooms where everyone keeps walking by. Plus in that seat, there were fans that were on full blast blowing right at the table. We asked the server if we could move to a different spot, which they accommodated and the table they gave us had a pretty good view so I thought everything was going to be ok and I was excited to try the food and drinks. However, I was sadly mistaken. We ordered the charcuterie board and it was terrible. It was low grade lunch meat and cheese. I think Oscar Meyer has a better charcuterie board. We also had the Cuban cigars. They were ok, but nothing special about them. The drinks were not very good either. They were very sugary and did not taste like any fresh ingredients were used. The service was ok, but it seemed like we were a bother to her. If you are wanting to enjoy a good roof top bar, this one is definitely not it. Go to Sugar, everything there is 100% better!
