We hired Lucy's Cleaning for a move-in cleaning after completing renovations on our home. We were initially quoted around $300-400, but once they arrived, the price was increased and additional charges were added for window cleaning. Unfortunately, the service did not match what was advertised. We specifically paid extra for the windows, but they were not cleaned. Their listing also advertises deep cleaning and cleaning/wiping of cabinets, but none of our cabinets were cleaned. Most of what was actually done appeared to be basic mopping and wiping down of the restrooms. I needed a rental move-out cleaning. George was great to talk to, and they helped me learn that there is no cleaning company who does the real deep clean that leaves no dirt or dust behind. They all promise that they do, but when I showed the prior company (The Cleaning Authority) the dirt they left behind after cleaning for 4 hours, they said their cloths got dirty enough and proceeded to show me their dirty cloths $488. Lucy's with Kelly +1 attempted to get into the door and window tracks, as well as the crusted on dirt left by a roomba around the flooring edges. Both companies said it would take hours to get the deep cleaning I am asking for and cost much more. George gave me a flat rate of $160, and after 2 hours charged me $190. If anyone has any ideas for building in regular housecleaning into a lease agreement that includes windows-doors-tracks, mildew from bath tiles, ceiling fan dusting, etc, please let me know! read more

I've never been so dissatisfied in my entire life. The worst cleaning service overall. When I called and I spoke with George and I told him exactly what I needed which was a deep cleaning in my room and bathroom and the kitchen. I was told that they do deep cleaning on the walls windows etc. I had an exterminator in the day before and that I had been dealing with a carpet bug issue and that I needed everything sterilized. I was told they would be coming at 9am so I got up super early and they were not there so I text George and said that he texted me to see if they could come at 11. I didn't answer back so that meant no I needed them to come at 9. So waiting around until 12. 3 ladies came and as I was watching I realized that they were just using a dry mop to clean the walls etc. I called George to let him know that they needed to use an actual sterilizing solution like vinegar or something. He said that they didn't have anything like that so I gave them vinegar to clean. She just sprayed it on the walls and did a gentle wipe down. I then looked at my shower and OMG. It looked dirtier than it was before. The kitchen was not cleaned up at all and the floors were not cleaned or vacuumed. I was upset and George said that I had a clean house already so it didn't really need to be cleaned. First time ever that I was told that. I've had cleaning services multiple times and it was just one person cleaning. They did a better job than the 3 ladies. My roommates came home and they asked if the cleaning service came and I said yes and they were shocked because the house was not cleaned and they made more of a mess than cleaning. I spent the next 6 hours cleaning and I'm still not done cleaning. I expressed my concerns and I was told that they didn't do any deep cleaning unless I asked them for it to be done and that would be extra cost. NEVER EVER HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY. I got half of my money back and I have my attorney working on the remaining that I paid. The work was done George says but if it was actually done then why am I still cleaning??? read more
