Not worth your time or your money, especially if you have wood floors. Ricardo seems like a nice guy, and he was very accommodating when we requested a reschedule on short notice. However they did not clean our floors despite TWO visits. We hired them for a move-in clean for $240. Since our home is mostly wood floors and we have an infant that crawls, we specifically asked if they will mop them and were told "of course". Within minutes of arriving home after they had completed the cleaning, it was obvious they had not cleaned the floors. Our feet were visibly dirty and we could see dirt and dust in several areas. We were surprised and confused because it was clear they hadn't vacuumed either. Ricardo responded promptly and personally came the next day. Two of his crew members came back as well. However I am not sure what they did because it's clear that they did not mop our upstairs floors. Here's a photo of my foot after walking around inside. Unbelievable and very frustrating! Really quick response time came the same week. They only have three shift 9am 12pm & 2pm. So I chose Saturday at 12pm. Two women came & got straight to work. Left our home spotless! However I think they were letting our master bathroom sink soak and forgot to clean it out.. I believe one of the ladies was Suzanne. Both women were efficient and nice. Took there time with my blinds and my shower glass doors that badly needed scum removal. I can see through the glass and am so excited. I would have given 5 stars if the timing were easier. They can only give an approximate time. They said 11:40 but showed up at 12:10. Later I sent them the date I needed their services and they confirmed, and were happy to accommodate me by noting my gate/parking situation and taking the number of the guest on premises. They cleaned all of the surfaces they had initially estimated for, and were right on time. Overall it was a great clean and they stuck to the estimate to the line. When the person there during the cleaning didn't have the exact $ for the crew they said I could call in with my cc info and it was super easy to get that process done with Ricardo, and he texted me a receipt right away. I had the pleasure of having Marcela and Amparo perform the move in/out service at my home. These ladies have an impressive attention to detail. They performed their cleaning in under the amount of time that I was quoted and also managed to get the oven, stove, and shower more spotless than I ever could. Every blind was wiped clean and all the baseboards were spotless. These ladies work hard and deserve to be recognized. I would use them again but unfortunately I moved outside of their area. We contacted them less than a week in advance as we realized that we weren't going to have time to clean like we wanted to for guests for the holidays, Ricardo replied immediately and found time for us. The two ladies who came and cleaned, did an absolutely amazing job - my husband and I have been so happy and relaxed ever since. They were super sweet, on time, and just cleaned our place like it has never been cleaned before. We rent, and the tenant before us had a Cat, we have never been able to totally rid the place of Cat hair, and in the few hours the Rosa team was here - all gone. Was really thankful for this cleaning and the speed at which they were able to book. I did a deep cleaning and WOW does it feel nice coming back to a freshly cleaned house. I was a little worried to leave the house but everything was perfectly in its place (or in a cuter place) when I got back. I walked around, running my finger on every ledge, picture frame, etc and was very pleased to find NO dust. The blinds were super clean too!. The one thing I was a little disappointed about was that they don't vaccuum the top of the bed before putting the sheets on (this is probably a me thing - not worth taking a star off for). I am very pleased with the end result. I needed my condo cleaned for selling, and they were very flexible and accommodating of the many times I had to reschedule them because the granite kept being put off. But eventually, I was able to have the cleaning people come in. They did a good job, but unfortunately, because the granite people were in their way, they did not quite finish cleaning the oven or fridge, and floors. I contacted them again about these areas, they came back and did a fabulous job on them. Everything looked great after that. I've moved 10 times in the last 13 years, and this company was definitely one of the best at their work. It was very convenient to be able to leave a key in the lock-box for them, and pay with venmo.
