I don't know how they pulled it off but they did, and for a fantastic price!!! We just moved into a new home that needed a good deep cleaning. I messaged the owner on yelp on a Sunday (when it appears they are closed) and he responded promptly within minutes and arranged for two cleaning specialists to come out the following day at 9am!! They duo arrived 15min early to do a walk through and then spent their time for 4-5 hours cleaning the home and it was immaculate at the end, smelled great too! I can't say anything about the service since we didn't receive a cleaning. We were set to have an appointment window between 11-12. By 12:30 nobody showed up. I texted the person who was in contact with me and they said they mistakenly sent the text to the wrong person notifying them the ladies will be late. After a few texts back and forth, I was notified they would not be there until 1. We waited until 1:15 and nobody showed up so we left the house. I received a text later stating they were at the house waiting (1:25). I'm not one for dealing with middle-men or waiting an hour past a scheduled appointment. Look elsewhere for your housekeeping needs. I shouldn't have to clean after I hire 4 women to do it. Four women came to clean my house. Before they left they asked me to look around so I did quickly and noticed they didn't clean around the kitchen faucet and another area behind it. I asked if they could do that and a lady went over there. After they left I noticed it was still dirty. A little later that day I noticed they didn't move some small rugs so there was dirt underneath that I then had to vacuum and mop. Then there was dust, went over the normal spots with a duster and it was covered in dust by the time I was done. I sent the person I scheduled with a message and asked for a refund. He said they would come back tomorrow to fix it. I already had because I am hosting a party tomorrow. I asked for a partial refund and he said that wasn't fair and offered a discount for my next service. Why would I want to use them again?! I asked for a refund again and he has not responded to me. I will not use them again. If you do not do the job I PAID you to do, I expect at least some of my money back! read more

Hired to DEEP CLEAN after tenants moved out. They sent three people that barely spoke English. Paid the extra fee to have all the inside windows cleaned. Horrible cleaning on the windows that were smudged and streaked. Didn't clean Crome bathroom fixtures, shower and sinks. Left dirt in the shower. Didn't clean light fixtures as requested. I would not recommend hiring this company to do deep cleaning. read more

Ricardo is very prompt at answering any requests via Yelp and is very accommodating with scheduling, as I tend to wait until the last minute to request their services. Both times the team did an excellent job cleaning my house from top to bottom, the place looked spotless and smelled wonderful. The ladies arrived on-time and took the exact time allotment of 3hrs that was estimated to meticulously clean my whole house of 3600sq ft. They worked non-stop with no breaks and were very professional and nice, they even made up all the beds and folded all the bathroom towels and displayed them so lovely for my guests. They were efficient and got the job done. They did leave some pet hair behind, but I believe that can be fixed with a little extra communication on my part. Great post-construction cleaning! I used Rosa's ProCleaning in February 2019 for a total cleanup after a major house renovation. They cleaned the walls, floors, wood blinds, bathrooms, windows. I love and appreciate the work the women did for us. I do however have an issue with what truly felt like shady practice on the organizer's part I hired rosa's ProCleaning for a deep clean and was given an estimate for 2-3 hours of work with 2-3 workers. All of the work was done between 11:45-2:45 with three workers and everything was finished. I had pre-cleaned my home a bit (put dishes and laundry away and made sure there was nothing gross). Let me repeat: the work was finished within the parameters of the estimate. Here's my issue: less than ten minutes after the women got here, I got a call from a man (I apologize, I forget his name at the moment) and he tells me the "house needs work," and that he's going to charge me $100 more for the work. The women had already started cleaning and I felt backed into a very awkward corner. When we said we would like to stop the service (because this felt shady as hell), the man texted me back and said they were willing to "make less money" and only charge us the original quote. Let me say that if the women needed more time here, we would have paid for their time. This felt like a very thinly-veiled ploy to overcharge just for the sake of profit. I don't like to review businesses, but I "don't take kindly" to being ripped off. And this is in case I get a reply from the business calling me cheap: we made sure that our cleaners were tipped well directly for their excellent work. read more

I was shopping around for a move-out cleaning of my condo, and Rosa's was very quick to respond on the Yelp app. The cleaning team showed up promptly, and we discussed an overview of what had to be done. They were up front about the pricing and adjusted my quote a little before starting work, since they could tell my condo was going to take more time than they expected. I came back very impressed by what the ladies had accomplished in two and a half hours. I've never used a housekeeper service before and was not sure what to expect. I made the appointment and was impressed with the prompt and friendly service. It was weird for me as I sat in my backyard while the ladies worked. I told them what my specific needs were and they met them. It only took them 2 hrs to clean my entire house. The kitchen bathrooms looked amazing! I only had two issues that I thought would be done, but weren't and I think that was more my fault for expecting it and that was the one ceiling fan in our dining room and the blinds in our living and dining room windows. I will be scheduling them for regular visits and will ask that those things be done. The other thing was that Ricardo had provided me with a list of the things they do and one of those was to wipe down cabinet faces and that wasn't done in either of the bathrooms or the kitchen. read more

Our dad lived in his house for 30 years and although he was a great surface cleaner, he didn't do much heavy cleaning. When he passed away, we had an estate sale and then needed the house thoroughly cleaned once everything was out - basically a move out cleaning as the house was going up for sale. Two women beat me to his place, the appointment was at 9:00 and I was about two minutes late and they were already cleaning the windows outside, no waiting around to get started! The window cleaning was included in my very reasonable quote. I had to go to work, I left them a check and gave each of them a tip because I knew the work they were in for, left them to their cleaning, left them a key, asked them to lock up when they left. I came back at the end of the day and I was extremely happy with the work they had done. This house had dust bunnies on the walls, the window sills were very dusty, the cupboards/drawers needed a good cleaning - well, they did a fantastic job!
