No if you don't know about Inferno wings, you should know that the heat is in the meat per their slogan, and the breading is what contains the heat. When cooked properly it is one of the better pre-cooked and reheated Wings you can ask for. Tonight I had a craving as I do occasionally and rosati's delivered a dozen delicious wings with two gratuitous sides of ranch within 30 minutes. I've only ordered pizza here once and it was a three at best but a based off of their delivery of good, good, hot, hot wingage. I've been patronizing this establishment for a while. I received the usual coupon booklet that we all get in the mail. I called to order a pizza using the coupon. The receptionist gave me a price that was $5 more than my coupon. I asked why such a big price difference. She stated the business increased prices. My initial thought was: By more than $5?! However, I was more concerned with honoring my coupon. The phone receptionist told me she would not honor the coupon b/c it expired. I called back and asked for the manager. He echoed the receptionist. I asked to speak with the owner. I explained to him that I had not yet received the new coupon and my opinion was that it would be good business to honor my existing coupon (and keep my money from going elsewhere). Ordered pizza last night because my neighbor ordered it before and I tried it and it was good now it was supposed to be ground beef, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms on the pizza. However, the pizza I got it was delicious. I'm not saying it wasn't but something seemed off. The meat that was on the pizza did not seem like ground beef instead, it seemed like maybe steak hamburger patties maybe some kind of sausage I'm not sure what it is that they put on the pizza call me crazy but that just doesn't look like ground beef. I called down there to try to let the manager know that maybe somebody made a mistake and he was very rude to me and his name is Imron. He assured me he's been in the business over 30 years and he could guarantee me that nobody would make that mistake. OK that's fine so I posted the pictures here below now tell me that this looks like ground beef it doesn't and I even posted my receipt to show that this was a valid purchase made yesterday highly disappointed, considering I order from them quite often and then was told by Imron the manager that he would refund the $2.50 that it cost for the ground beef that's not what I called for again. Rosati's is a chain of pizzeria's in Chicagoland that is well known for their thin crust pizza. This particular location is located right off of Gary Avenue in Carol Stream and offers a wide variety of menu items besides pizza. First off, I'm going to go over the pizza here. I've only had the thin crust pizza here mind you and it's a very cripsy crust that crunches like a cracker. The application of toppings is around average, not too light but not too generous either. The biggest problem I have here is that the sauce is very lightly applied and you don't taste too much of it. I'd also say that it doesn't re-heat very well. So if you decide to try the pizza eat it while it's fresh. I recently learned that this Rosati's also has hot dogs. In fact Jumbo hot dogs, I decided to place an order for two of them (this included fries and a can of pop). The hot dogs I received were thicker than normal dogs. They came on a regular non-poppy seed bun that was mostly soft. The sausage itself was skinless and tasted different than the usual Chicago brands of hot dog. The only ingredient applied to the dog was tomato in a salsa-like form with mustard and relish packets in the bag itself. With a simple hot dog like this, it's definitely difficult for me to rate it, as it didn't have many condiments. Despite this, I'd be more likely to order their hot dog than their pizza in the future. Overall I'm not a big fan of Rosati's pizza, this is not a problem unique to this location but a problem with the 5 or so different Rosati's I've tried over the years. The hot dog served here is very simple, and for the money isn't a bad deal. (And I've already redeemed 12 of those coupons once.) Rosati's is a formerly-Chicagoland, now-8-state chain of pizza places, but this particular location has less of an attachment to the chain than the others, based on the fact that if you look at the official Rosati's website, this location can't be found. Fair enough. What matters is the pizza, and in the five years we've selected Rosati's as our preferred take-out pizza place, I can safely say it's been very good every time. Lately, the pizza has been been getting more and more greasy, than anything, but the tomato sauce base is still wonderfully fresh and tart, and the crust is flavorful and well made. I'm not exactly sure what's in their cheese blend (probably some blend of parmesan and mozzarella), but it's really good as well; no tasteless cheese here. I've noticed that their pizzas get better with the more stuff you put on them. Their veggie pizza is worth 5 stars. Unfortunately, my wife does not eat vegetables.
