It's been a hot minute since I've had Rosati's and I'm glad that dry spell is finally broken. My husband and I had a busy weekend and were not in the mood to cook dinner for a Sunday night. This specific location brought their A++++ game. They sent us a free 16" 1 topping welcome pizza coupon that we greatly appreciated. We weren't able to place the carry out order online, however, they did accept the coupon over the phone. The staff member that took the call radiated with positive energy. He welcomed us to the neighborhood and got our order in right away. My husband picked up our order and said this location appears to be a carry out/delivery spot only. I meannnnn, I like to ugly face eat pizza in peace so I'm all about it, haha. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and devoured it. The crust was the perfect amount of thin and was cooked crispy. I really like how Rosati's puts their toppings in between the sauce and cheese. SO FREAKING GOOD. Everything was flavorful and we will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

Got some Rosatis pizza delivery for a game night with friends and thought it was alright. The pizza has the signature rosatis construction with a slightly chewy crust with light flavor, a light amount of herbs over a flavorful tomato sauce, and a generous amount of cheese. I have had pizzas and Italian beefs from other places and other Rosati's, but very few are better than this Warrenville Roast's. And THIS Rosati's is the best Rosati's in the Chicagoland that I have ever had, by far. Their pizzas have the correct crust (crispy) and great flavor (good ingredients matter). Their Italian beefs have great tasting beef (not too salty) and the bread seems fresh. Just ordered a pie w/grilled chicken sandwich for my wife. First thing I always say is " I would like to order a pizza for delivery ". Ordered at 5:29/pm, called at 6:58/pm to make sure driver was not in an accident. Was told it was written down as pick up. Now this place has been good to us for many years. And I will not hold this against them. But when I called to ask about the order was told it was a pickup. ( maybe they should record their orders). Was told they could rewrite the order and have it to us in 50/60 minutes, which was fine it was still early to which I agreed. 10 minutes later or order was here. Not good! They reheated my wife's chicken sandwich, and didn't even bother reheating the pie. 45 times out of 50 this place is good. Sorry guys, not tonight. read more

I have probably been to about 25 Rosati's around the Chicagoland area over the years & I will have to say this is by far the greatest & best Rosati's pizza! and not just with pizza, but all their menu items are great! Then they have their pizza slices for lunch with a pop at around $3-$4 & you cannot beat that! If you are ever in the area you can not eat inside, but grab a pizza slice or a whole pizza. Every time I call they are so friendly. You can tell customer service is important to them. We order from them regularly and have been for years. The wings are some of the best out there! The pizza is also fresh with great cheese to sauce ratio, but we always get extra because we live cheese. A little note in the box makes you feel like they actually too that one extra step to make you smile before you eat. The delivery is usually fast and if we have to wait longer due to them being busy, they are honest when you put in your order that it could take longer. The one time they messed up the owner reached out to us and made everything right! Anyone leaving a bad review must have just had a bad night and didn't try to contact the true manager or owner (I would never deal with teenagers to make something right in general). read more

Placed a $100 catering order on Thur 2/13 for pick up on Mon. 2/17 at noon. Went to pick up the order on Mon and it was not put into the computer for pick up on this day. I was told it would take an hour or so to prepare it. This was for factory workers which have a specific lunch time. Talked to the owner and all he could say was sorry kitchen had some problems. NEVER got a call saying the order wasn't placed in the computer. My company went without a lunch. Could have offered a lunch for my workers because of their FUCKUP but No, all I got was sorry! I was with Kate P at Store #11 at 11:10AM on Wednesday. When we walked in the the young person behind the counter had an attitude. He was extremely rude to Kate P. When we questioned his rude customer service skills he went on about how he has worked since he was 14 years old now note he looks about 20 years old so his career spans 6 whole years. When we asked for his manager he ignored us and threatened not to service us. Is this how Rosati's treats customers and women! Will no longer frequent this location. Young guy working the front counter for takeout today was incredibly rude and verbally assaulted me and my coworker and threatened to not serve us. We asked for a piece of pizza to go. He told us he will give us whichever piece he wants to and for us to deal with it. When asked what his problem was, he went on to say the customer is rarely right and to take what he gives us or he can always just not serve us if he wants. I work at a nearby lab and a ton of the lab employees come to this location; I will pass on the interaction I had today and recommend never coming to this location again. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks! Totally disgusted by the rude behavior as well as the complete disregard to the fact that there is a global pandemic going on. There are a lot of reasons I love this location. 1) Super convenient when heading south bound on Rt 59. 2) They have the world's easiest phone number 630-393-9393 so I remember it anywhere and don't have to look it up 3) They are fast, I can usually pick up in 15 minutes. 4) They offer buy 20 get one free on the pizza boxes 5) With an 18 inch you get a free 12 inch cheese 6) They cut in perpendicular lines not radially making for more slices 7) The sauce is sweet and the crust is crispy (a matter of taste, I know) 8) I've never had an order go wrong in 5 years 9) They store your details in the system for future reference 10) They put nice little messages on the pizza box 11) They deliver even in hellish Rt. 59 rush hour traffic 12) It is delicious. We ordered a pizza to pick up for game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals at 6:40pm and were told it would be ready in about 40 minutes, or 7:20pm; no big deal since it was a crazy night with the rain and the Hawks were playing for the Cup. I got there around 7:15 expecting to wait a little, but it turned into a 35 minute wait after getting there! We didn't get the pizza until 7:50pm, and after letting them know my frustration at the wait (I basically missed the entire first period!) I was told by the kid working the counter that they would take care of the pizza because of how long it went over the quoted time. Well that never happened so I called back 10 days later and a manager apologized and said that they would look into it and make sure that the charge got reversed. Now its July 18 and I'm still being charged for the pizza. The manager that I spoke to today pretty much brushed me off, said that refunds were not their policy, he would "run it up the chain," and didn't take down any of my information. Start with my cell phone wasn't clear when calling. We ordered: 2 large fries 2 Cheefs 1 Italian Sausage We were charger for 2 Italian beef versus the Cheefs. I attempted to call and they were willing to make new sandwiches. I didn't want them to be in that situation and the wife wanted the cheese. So I went back and asked if they would just put cheese on the sandwiches and charge me the difference for both sandwiches. They made me new ones and didn't charge me. They are so wonderful here. Every single time! We always order for pickup and the person on the phone is always kind and always gets our order right. Whoever makes the pizza always gets it right too! We actually ordered a couple weeks ago and did not realize they closed in 5 minutes and they insisted we still order and that they would just look out for us when we got there?! Such great customer service I love this location. The sauce is too sweet and they put too much on the pie, other then that the pizza is ok, nothing special. They do have a deep fryer so you can get all them yummy deep fried goodies on the side. I don't know what the person is talking about saying they use cheap ingredients...I know for a fact they actually use Rosati's authentic ingredients just ask them, they'll show you the cans and packages, some Rosati's however, do not use these, but this one does. This review is just on the Italian beef, good size and full of meat. The sandwich itself looks and smells delicious. The meat has a flavor to it but it's a bit dry for my liking. This Pizza place has been the only place I've ordered from for the last four years. We've had small mistakes here and there but nothing too bad that I felt it was worth writing a review about. Until tonight that is. It started a few weeks ago when I ordered a pizza for dinner. I was told it would be delivered within the hour. It was delivered in an hour and 20 minutes which wasn't too bad. What was bad was that it wasn't my pizza. I called Rosatis's and they offered to make me a new one. We had already waited over an hour to get the wrong one so we decided to eat the one we had and they said they would comp me for the next time. Well tonight is the night that I wanted my free pizza. So I called and ordered it and as you probably guessed they are telling me that there is no record of me having a free one. Even though I've been a customer for the last four years with no complaints on file the manager does not believe my story and will not comp me. I'll have you know I used to work at the Rosati's in Warrenville, and the staff although seemingly nice, is extremely fake. They may seem nice at the counter but they will mock you the second you leave. Nobody washes their hands unless Johnny (the bearded pizza/oven worker) tells them too. Things constantly fall on the floor but they still use them anyways. "Everything is made fresh" HAHAHA no. We get everything supplied by Greco and Sons food supply and everything is frozen and pre made. The only thing we hand make is our salads. The coleslaw used to be made fresh, but since everyone complained it tasted terrible we started purchasing tubs of it. There is nothing genuine, and fresh about this place. read more

So I have order atleast 2 chicago deep dish pizza's a week for like the past month... Then 4 days ago I order the usually with moz sticks and frys per usual and it took and 1hr and 45 mins to get to me and they didnt call or nothing i called them and did they apoligize no but gave me a free 2liter thats i had to ask for not offered now today just called and order a cheese frys regualar fries chicken strips and cheese ravioli so then he tells me the price and hung up so i called back $27 bucks for that makes no sense on the menu i just got 4 days ago on my pizza says 3 bucks for each fry 5.49 for chicken strips and 7 bucks for the ravioli and a 10% off coupon but then they tell me the ownser fault for changes prices last month but Then you give me a menu thats not right a few days ago and we originally wanted fried cauliflower but they dont make that ether even though its on the brand new menu they gave me a few days ago. Foods always been ok thats not the issue here and like i get it usally its a bunch of stoner burnouts who work a pizza places but thats not the case here maybe 1 or 2 but most of the ppl that work there are older middle aged men that seam to have there sh** together....so dont know if the owner doesnt know whats going on at this location or if he just doesn't care but this is absurd just checked all my recipts past have spent a totaly of $524 not including tips and thats recipts i have found guess ill just have to fund pizza hut or arnies.... I called and ordered Chicago style pizza and canolies. Took me 3 tries to explain to the less-than-enthused employee I wanted Hawaiian Chicago Style crust pizza. He kept being vague. I had to struggle to keep him on the phone to ask if they had soft drinks. Had to explain to him again. Said pizza would be there in an hour. Fine. Pizza arrived hot and canolis arrived fresh with great presentation of garnish. Driver was very nice. Tried to pay with card and driver was unprepared said he'd have to call me when he got to store since it was not rung up that way. I paid him cash inside after explaining the guy who took order never asked payment method. I complained to driver about my experience with the employee on the phone.
