Some Pizza Huts have buffets or at least they did. We were actually in the mood for a pasta dish and not necessarily pizza and thought we'd stop at this Pizza Hut. Only one other table had guests seated. It looked like a buffet had been here at one time but was taken out. There was a big empty section in the middle of the floor is what gave a hint of that. Our server was friendly. We ordered the marinara pasta. Menu said the dish served two. Good price we thought. However, when it was delivered we were quite surprised. We were sure we were being served a TV dinner -- metal tin and all. We could have done that ourselves! We were very disappointed. Even though we realize it's not the fault of this Pizza Hut location and probably just what Pizza Hut does now, we will not be back as TV dinners are available in the frozen section of every grocery store. I order from here often. There is always some type of problem but it's minor and when I've called they've always done something about it. For example multiple times in a row the pizza wasn't cut all the way but there was somebody knew some of the hot wings were very chewy and they should not have been messing up on orders here and there that stuff happens but this last time I ordered there was something on the pizza it was not food it was something very hard and it almost broke my tooth. read more

I used to like Pizza Hut, but, tonight I had a pizza that looked like a 5 year old threw it together and they left off several ingredients . I ordered ham on my pizza and it was left off. The other side was supposed to be a supreme and it looked like a pepperoni pizza with a few sprinkles of sausage, a bite of mushroom and what looked like it could have been a tiny bit of green pepper. We ordered a veggie pizza, a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. Pizza's either are missing cheese or red sauce. Kinda bland pizza anyway. The marinara sauce for the bread sticks was FERMENTED. I have to agree with the other reviewers on their views of this pizza hut. It's a real shame because a real pizza hut where that you can actually sit down and enjoy a pizza with your family is becoming a rare thing indeed. Many of them have converted to the take out/delivery only format. I was thrilled to see a sit down pizza hut in Casa Grande. Unfortunately the service quickly tamed any excitement I was feeling over the location and style of the restaurant. Every time we eat here we are greeted by consistant rude and unprofessional service. My wife is a huge fan of pizza hut so we deal with the terrible service because we have to...it's the only pizza hut in town. NEVER AGAIN!! I was there and we ordered delivery. I got a large pepperoni and some wings. They have an insane delivery time...it was over an hour. Fine, I can live with that. However, after I took the food upstairs, and after the guy left, I noticed the pizza box was open. I opened it all the way, and it looked like it fell on the side of the box before it was delivered. The pizza was smashed up against the side of the box. Not the lid...the side of the box. Additionally, the wings looked the same. There was sauce all up the side of the box, as if it was carried on the side. And Mr. Delivery guy: When I pay with a credit card, and I am required to sign, you should bring a pen. Come on. Finally got a pizza from here since moving to casa grande. It was really good but the prices are a little up.

First and foremost let me say that I order a from Pizza Hut very often and I pretty much get the same items. Tonight I was so excited I haven't had it for a week or so due to working out so it was my cheat meal! I ordered the pizza deal with 3 topics and boneless wings 8count. The delivery time was a little over but no worries I was just excited for my food to arrive. I had to set to be left at the door which didn't happen but not a huge issue I just answered and was given good customer service. The problem happened when I opened the box.. the pizza was very dry and cold and the wings were so small so smalll and lacked sauce .. you could literally see the breaded meat. This has caused me to not want to order here anymore.. it makes me fearful that all my orders will come like this. read more

I tried ordering online but couldn't because the restaurant was closed. But the hours listed said it should be open. So we decided to go eat at the restaurant. Prices are way higher than what's posted online. And those prices were already high. We ordered cheese in the crust charged an extra $2 and if we wanted the crust to be the tasty buttery crust that's an extra $2 almost $3. On top of an almost $20 pizza. Order here one Sunday evening because that was the mr wanted was stuff bread pizza.. Well when I order I asked for the dipping sauces for the cinnastix well I was told I would get two dipping cups . Well Hour later my cold food arrived. And I got no dipping sauces. So I called got the manager who said she was the one who made my order and she knew she put the icing dipping sauce on the sticks will that now how it appears on the website when you look it up you should get the sauces well she said she will have the guy bring some.. 30 mins later I get my sauces two phone calls to the manger and I just get my sauces and IOU . The doors are your first clue - I don't think they had been wiped down in years. Greasy hand prints all over. Floor was dirty - don't think it had been vacuumed in over a month. WHY DIDN'T I JUST LEAVE? Because I was meeting a friend there. Pizza was ok. Went to pick up the jar of crushed pepper and the grease on it almost made me drop it.
