They had it ready to go. When I got home my sandwich looks delicious. It tasted fresh and can't wait to go back to try one of there new toasted subs. This place is constantly running out of ingredients. Twice I've been they ran out of bread, and another time they ran out of chicken. How tf does a sandwich shop run out of the most important part of a sandwich!? They're inconsistent. Forgetting items, and doing whatever they want with your food. You could be the ONLY car in the drive-through and the service will still be slow. They'll add things you don't want, and leave out things you asked for. I'm convinced all the employees are high af while they're working. Final straw was today, I called to make sure they weren't out of any of the food I was going to want, the woman on the phone said they were not out of anything and I was good to order whatever. I immediately placed my order for pick-up and drove straight there, they conveniently JUST ran out of bacon ffs. Also I've never in my life asked for toasted bread, I hate toasted subs. So of course, not only did they toast it, they burnt the hell out of it. Whole staff needs to be replaced. Never tried Jimmy John's sandwiches. I did today. I'm glad I did. I ordered the regular gargantuan. This sandwich came loaded. Very good. Had their bbq chips with it. The staff was very friendly. Took a while to get my order. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was because of the long wait. I went through the drive thru. Place was not busy. It makes me wonder about Cassa grande, giving such low ratings every chain restaurant that there is it sounds like the whole town's full of complainers people which is fine fault, and every single thing trying to make everyone else's life miserable I mean I see some legitimate reviews were people are disappointing with your food and things like that but I'm and I'm sure something goes out occasionally wrong. But I seriously have to wonder if some of these to the tone and some of these reviews it's obvious that some people just have unrealistic expectations especially with some places totally busy and slammed and three people called in sick and one person doing the work of five. My wife ordered online about 15min before we arrived for pick up,we went inside and the order hadn't been started I could understand had they been busy however there wasn't a single person inside. I asked the how long it would be guy said a few minutes so we went back outside came back in 5min later one sandwich had been started but left to sit another employee got off there break and finished what they other employee started only took a couple minutes as it should. When we get home my wife noticed she was missing bacon and another ingredient that she paid extra for so I called and asked what could be done and was hung up on. Usually, I'm satisfied with this place. I don't know what happened today but my order is less than satisfactory. I ordered a #5 to go. Got home and they didn't add any onions. I specifically asked for everything on it. I asked for a chicken ranch wrap. Got home to discover it was a sandwich instead of a wrap and it was lacking in sufficient chicken pieces. Had issues about a year ago with customer service but today we decided to give it another try because we love the food. The girl who took our order, Adrianna, was obviously not listening to us because we very clearly told her what we wanted. There was only 2 changes to each of our sandwiches. We got home and both sandwiches were wrong, so we called to get them fixed. Upon returning we checked one sandwich in the car and it was fine so we assumed that they were both good. We were wrong. When we got home, the other sandwich was still wrong. This is for sure an issue with lack of listening and paying attention as when I called and was telling them what the sandwiches should have, the girl kept talking over me. I love their online ordering feature. I order online and it's ready when I get there and I can even go to the drive thru to get it. Perfect for those Arizona hot days. It's in the frys shopping plaza, so I can go grocery shopping and then pick up lunch and it's ready for me! Or get it before grocery shopping so I don't shop hungry. That's always a problem for me. This location is always fast and I've never had problems here. I ordered today's order online while I was at Starbucks and drove over roughly 5 mins later and my order was ready for me. Things I don't love: I don't love that they don't add anything (like mayo or oil and vinegar) to the slims. They will give you a mayo packet however to add yourself but not oil and vinegar. I really like their turkey slims, but I have to add cheese to it for 99 cents, making it virtually the same price as subway without all the fixings. I do love their bread and their meat quality though. They also charged me for water cups when I went through drive through. I found that strange. I do understand that they pay for cups, but at $1 a piece that's a huge overhead and wished they would have warned me. I tried their new Frenchie sandwich today and it was delicious. Thinner then their slim, slathered with butter and a great combination of meats, and it even had cheese. It's inspired by European sandwiches. I enjoyed many sandwiches in Europe similar to it in train stations numerous times. I loved it. My husbands go to is the Vito, and mine is the turkey slim with provolone and now the frenchie. I love the jimmy johns chain! It's fast and reliable. I'm usually debating between the big john which is roast beef or I get the tuna sandwich. I often accompany my sandwich with either BBQ or jalapeño chips. So I drove around one day and saw this jimmy johns. I couldn't believe my eyes because I didn't see it checking yelp on nearby restaurants. I even asked google to find it and it didn't find it. So today I drove past again and pulled in! I was surprised to see that this jimmy johns had a drive through! That was a first for me. I decided to dine in though and ate outside. The umbrellas are so new that the tags are still hanging on them untouched by weather. Everyone was really nice and friendly inside and the store was very clean. Also, another perk to this jimmy johns was the cherry coke option. I rarely see that I other fast food chains. I'll definitely be checking in here again! read more

Staff appear lazy and incapable of reading simple instructions. We ordered through the mobile app, were specific with our orders... what we received appeared to be 3 half made sandwiches missing more than half the ingredients.... Literally all we got was meat and lettuce. It was ridiculous for the price and will never return. Nobody was in the drive through and the store was dead so it wasn't like they were in any way busy. Took about 5 minutes just to place my order and another 5 minute once I got to the window. I've eaten a lot of sandwiches in my life, everything from Subway to Quiznos to Firehouse. We flew in to Phoenix and needed to grab a quick bite and the consensus was to try Jimmy John's. The bread was one thing people raved about but I found it too tough for my liking. If given the choice between Firehouse and Jimmy John's I'd choose Firehouse; if the given the choice between subway and Jimmy John's I'd choose Jimmy John's. It's fast food but it's still pretty good, far better than most fast food places out there just not my #1 pick for a sub. My biggest gripe was they don't have salt packets, yes I'm going to die because I use salt I've accepted that...now let me season my food to taste. read more

I come here for take-out almost weekly; I work right across the street. For every visit, the service has been consistently exceptional. I've seen the same workers behind the counter almost every visit, which tells me the company either treats their employees quite well, or they just really, really like to make subs. Either way, the staff is on top of their game and they normally have my sub out in under minute after ordering. Perfect for when I just want to go "grab a sandwich" This location delivers, although I cannot comment on that service because I've never ordered delivery. This location does have a drive through however, which is unique for a sub restaurant here in CG -- the service is just as quick, too. I just wanted to describe an exprience i had at this location several years ago that has definetly still stuck with me today. It was almost 5 years ago but my friend and i had stopped in for lunch the atmosphere was incredible and the employees very friendly. What caught our attention though was before we entered the manager was talking with a young kid explaining to him how if you always put your best into everything you do it will always make you feel good when you complete your project. The manager had told the young man how he had to support his family when he was a young man and now he loves his job and is excited to come serve and teach young people like him. We havent seen the manager since but i have been to this location several times in the last 4 months you can definetly see the store doesnt have the life it used to have i wish you guys could bring back the two gentleman that were managers we will never forget the two of them johnny and vidal really brought the store in casa grande to life and made it feel like home read more
