Was so excited to try this place since we've never been here. The menu makes the food look amazing. Can honestly say I won't be back. They had the inside blocked off for some paint night thing, so we had to sit outside where it's impossible to avoid the cigarette smoke. Our waiter was super nice but seemed more concerned with vaping with the smokers than waiting on customers. Two of us three never got refills, as a matter of fact he never came to our table again after taking our order. The only reason my daughter got a refill was because of the sweet girl who brought our food. She is a hard worker and needs a raise. I had to go up to the bar to ask for our check after waiting nearly 20 minutes for him to come back. We took our leftovers to go and promptly threw them in the trash at home. Came in to have dinner with family that came up to visit and when we arrived we were seated and we placed our order. Then about 20 minutes before our order was ready we we're advised that if we stayed pass 6:00pm we would need to pay a cover fee for the UFC fight. No one advised us before we entered or ordered that we would need to pay a cover fee.. so we decided to take our food to go. When I get home and get ready to eat I notice a hair in my salad. Stopped for some take out on our way into town. We went here because it was the only non fast food place nearby that was open at 10pm at night. We ordered the 3-cheese penne pasta, the dough bites and the side salad. The pasta was bland and was def not Italian. Hardly any flavor. There were more dough bites than pasta- they're small pieces of fried dough. Very, very greasy and also lacking in flavor. We wanted garlic knots but this place didn't have any. How can that be? Anyway the side salad had more cheese on it than anything else although it was fresh so that's good. They didn't have any utensils so ended up giving us some metal forks from their kitchen. All in all it was a very very disappointing experience that was a waste of $28. $28?!?!? How is that even possible? About half ended up in the garbage. Sad. read more

Zero Stars- that bad. It's supposed to be an "Italian Place"- offers Spaghetti AND MEATBALLS as a daily Staple on the Menu. My wife orders THREE (3) Orders of Spaghetti AND MEATBALLS- $51.00. I go to pick it up, bring it home- none of the THREE orders has Meatballs..... Fine- stuff happens. Wife calls to have it rectified- was told the Manager wouldn't come to the phone. (Really?). The young lady on the phone was stressed and couldn't figure out how to get the Meatballs delivered "for free" (Double- "REALLY"?). I saved 'em the hassle- took it all back and got a full refund. Side Note: The Spaghetti- even with Meatballs- from looks alone wasn't worth $51.00. I should've gone to the Store and made my own....half the cost with LOTSA Meatballs. :) I'm sure the Cooks are in the Group who demand $16/hr.........Riiiiight. read more

Every time I come to Rosati's, the servers are always so nice and friendly. They are very attentive to my needs whether it be for food or drinks. I tend to get free appetizers in my messenger from time to time. I was there for a comedy night and decided to grab some dinner while I was there. The place is it yourself, I had to flag someone to get a menu, then after a little bit a server finally came by. I finally got my wings and pizza placed. Then food came out when the comedy show started. there was so many people there they start gathering around the booth and I can barely see the stage. The PA system there was not so great as well too. the service was very slow but the food was actually really good. read more

Rosati's is the closest I can get to authentic Chicago pizza, so with locations disappearing left and right I didn't mind going out of my way to stop here. It was under new management, and staffed by some teenagers. The server was new, and it was quite possibly her first job ever, so I'll try my best to be forgiving! "We're just really backed up, yours will be ready soon!" Having like two take out orders and one other table isn't THAT bad. My apps took almost as long as the pizza to come out. Over 20 minutes for mozzarella sticks? Get real! I got the deep dish to go, and was sorely disappointed to see the bottom was burned. I would totally give this place another chance, but not until they get a real manager who gets it together! If I could leave less than one star I would December 30 we order 4 Pizzas and 2 dozen wings We went to pick up order at 30 per instructions and it was not ready. But the pizzas came out 10 later, fine. My wife and I asked about wings and the young lady said they were in one of the pizza boxes. She proceeded to open the boxes in the lobby. No wings. She ran back to the kitchen to ask and said they will be right out. After 10 minutes I had to ask to put pizzas under a warmer. They put them on a rack and promised they would be warm. Another 30 minutes later the wings came out. Before the wings came out I asked to talk to the manager and was told no. He would not talk to me. They tried to give me a $25 gift card. I rejected the insult as the total bill was $106 and now the pizzas they promised would be warm were cold. When we got home the wings were made wrong. I contacted the restaurant and Rosatis corporate with no answer. They owe me $106 read more

Super shitty costumer service. My husband waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone and so he grabbed the order himself. On top of that our order was completely messed up and when I called the lady who answered was horribly rude and refused to speak to me or try and fix the issue at hand. Drove up from Dove Valley to try this pizza with new owners for the business. I got there and waited and waited. Finally walked to other area by bar and was acknowledged and told be right there. Another minute and someone did come. The pizza that has been sitting on the shelving behind the check out the entire time - that's correct- not a warming shelf- was mine. Needless to say it had to be heated up when we got home. Pizza was ok but not great and was on the more expensive end. Hopefully they are just working out the details but we, unfortunately, will not be back. read more

Multiple bad experiences here and New Anthem Rosatis owner doesn't care. Wasn't concerned about quality of his product or his custormers. It was more important to him to call my wife a liar, than fixing the issues. When shown the picture of the last pizza we ordered being burned, he informed me that he was too busy to make it right. He also left a voicemail saying that because so much time had past since we ordered, he wasn't going to replace the pizza. He didn't care that we called within 10 minutes of being home and discovering the burned pizza. He didn't care that this was Monday, and we ordered the Pizza on Saturday. He acknowledged he was told on Saturday we had issues with the burned pizza. I was hoping this business might succeed, but Anthem deserves better than this Owner. read more

Long story short. Nobody has bothered to call me back which clearly shows their lack of customer service. My daughter and I spent many days and hundreds of dollars on games at their Game On addition and with only a 3 day notice via Facebook which I didn't even know about until a few weeks ago, they took all the video games and kids games out to be replaced by pool tables and dart boards. My daughter had over 10k tickets saved up to buy something "big" and she is heartbroken that they just up and shut down the kids games and ticket redemption. Although their food is pretty good their customer service needs A LOT of work. Told 20-25 minutes for pick up and total time since placing my order was 40-45 minutes. Then getting home to find out our pizza is cold and needs to be reheated so it's a little frustrating to pay for something that doesn't meet expectations. PLEASE NOTE - they now serve the chicken wings in french fry bags without any sauce, so naked wings to-go. Then they put the sauce on the side in small dressing container for you to mix and put on at home! More on this fiasco below. . . Last night arrived at the 30 minute mark after ordering by phone to find that the back counter is now a solid wall so you can no longer see into the kitchen. Based on experiences here since October, 2018, probably do not want anyone witnessing the constant chaos in the kitchen and lack of qualified staff OR someplace for the so-called typically non-existent Manager(s) to hide when they screw up your order, etc... Walked in, small host station at the door is now the pick up location. No one was there, not for up to 5 minutes as I stood there yet I had 3 waitresses walk right by me and not one even said hello, someone will be with you, not a word! I did see a bag sitting behind the station and thought to myself, gosh I sure hope those are not my wings I ordered... FINALLY up trotted a young girl, took my payment and disappeared back into the kitchen. She returned with a pizza box and no wings so I knew the bag that had now been sitting behind the host station for the 10 minutes I had been there was mine so my wings are now cold! She grabbed the bag and confirmed my fears. I had to request dressing for the wings as well as peppers and cheese for the large pizza, WOW - horrible customer service here. Got home and was horrified to discover the 12 wings we ordered were sitting in 3 french fry style bags, cold as ice and they included ONE dressing size container of BBQ sauce. I had no idea this was the manner in which they were now serving wings. I put the sauce on the cold wings, stirred them in a bowl and only about half of them were slightly covered, I was pissed! These 12 wings were half of my $44.00 order which included 1 large pizza so half of my order was a bust! I called the restaurant to share my frustration. I asked the girl about the new manner in which wings were served and she replied that they were trying this out with to-go orders as people had complained that the wings were mushy. Funny, I live 16 miles away (yes I drive over 30 miles round trip to go here) and have ordered wings here pretty much every time we've ordered take out and not once were the wings mushy or cold. I asked to speak with a Manager so I could share my dissatisfaction and ask for my money back or a credit of sorts. I was left on hold for over 5 minutes and when the girl (Nicole or Nadine was her name) finally came back to the phone, I was told "they will have to call you back". I asked who is "they" and she tripped over her words and finally said that they had 2 Managers on duty, both were in the kitchen working because they were so busy. I thought, you mean, once again you are short staffed, hence the new wall hiding all the shortcomings of this place! She took my name and number and as of this writing, no phone call back and frankly, I don't expect to get one. If they were at all concerned about customer service, one of them would have taken 5 minutes to speak with me. THIS SPOKE VOLUMES TO ME AND CONFIRMED THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN! My take, they have added the new game place next door, done some remodeling and now have to pay for it some how and at the expense of poor service, sub-par product and just being cheap. They run this place with a short staff (clearly under qualified or not trained), make to-go order mistakes pretty much all the time and now they are making you take home your order and put it together at home while your other food gets cold, OH and they are going to short you on fixins to save money. Yes they tout they are doing this due to mushy to-go wings, somehow I doubt that! Thank you Rosatis of Anthem for saving me Friday gas money as our family will not be traveling there for food any longer. I've been a devoted customer even with some of the basic short comings but after last night and you ripping me off and not showing once ounce of concern for customer service, I will find another pizza place to make our new Friday night place to go. Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations include toppings such as tomatoes, vegetables, cheese ...... we ordered bruschetta at Rosati's and got toasted bread with a cup of pickled vegetable/tomato bits. The whole point is that the bread is flavored by the toppings when served. This was not that. We also had penne pomodoro with Italian sausage. It was dry and the sausage had an underlying camphor taste. The calzone was acceptable. For an professed "Italian" chain, this left much to be desired. read more

Don't go on Tuesdays! The place was completely dead when we arrived (6:45) and we were told we could sit wherever we liked. Picked a booth with a tv, as we had two kids (5,8) and again, the place was empty: one two-top in the dining area and maybe 7 people in the bar. After we got situated, our waitress (same person who yelled at us when we walked in "sit where you like") told us "no - there's Karaoke tonight, could you move?" Ok - we started to move but she ended up saying you guys are ok, it is still a ways off. Have a seat, no worries. Good service, good food - no complaints. Why the two-star rating then? She may have thought it was no big deal for us to sit in the booth, but clearly the Karaoke guy did not get the memo... Starting at 7:45 this squirrelly little guy kept poking his head out from the bar area looking at us. Need to set up a speaker? No problem, set one up. Want somevspace to get ready? Cool, we can move. We're chill, but one thing that will bug anyone is some creepy little guy staring at you and your family ever other minute or so... I don't fault Rosatti's for this, but need to share the word of caution. This is Anthem. Things close early, I get it. There are close, almost cult-like groups of regulars at the bars here - get that too. What I don't get is why anyone would run out a $70 plus cover for a few BMCs at the bar looking to sing... You never get what you order. I went to pick up my call in order and it wasn't ready. I decided to have a drink at the bar and after ten minutes waiting for service I gave up. I asked the wait staff who the manager on duty was and they said that there wasn't anyone managing the restaurant tonight. How do you run a restaurant when there is no one in charge. I picked up my pizza and got home only to find that the pizza I ordered was not the pizza I got. How does Rosati's corporate allow this franchise to stay in existence. read more

We used to love rosatis. It seems like over the last year thier customer service and food quality has really gone down. The last three times we have gone there they have messed up our order. When I got carry out last time i realized, in my car, half my order was missing. When I told the cashier, after she found the rest of my food, that i was disappointed in the level of thier service lately she said "oh ok". read more

Skip the Anthem location and go somewhere else. They will screw up you order half the time or forget to put part of your order in.

Okay, we havent been here in over a year. Last experience was awful, we didn't care to go back EVER! A couple weeks ago, we decided to give this place another shot, since it's been redone and the atmosphere on the outside bar seemed great from all the posts on our community's Facebook pages. However, it was closed. So, in keeping with the shopping local, we gave it a shot this weekend. The outside bar is huge, I mean, monstrous. The kitchen was closed since it was so late, and so was the arcade, but the atmosphere was great, people that were there were great and the bartender (Joey) was awesome, personable and attentive to our beer. Since weren't able to try the food, we will be going back to try it. Wednesday is karaoke night, so we will be checking that out as well. I highly recommend checking it out if you havent been here in a while. read more
