Service is slow. Almost empty place and took.10 minutes to get seated Bruschetta was good after 20 minutes of waiting for it. 9 bucks for an over salty beef with cheese. Fries are extra. Plenty of distractions all.around the restaurant. ADD nightmare. 32 bucks for are tea, soda, 2 beefs, Bruschetta, and 2 fries. Seriously garbage on a plate. BWW of pizza places. Horrible service. We were there over 2 hours, just 4 of us. There were only a few people that came in after us and they weren't very busy. Waitress finally brought food and asked if we needed anything. We told her silverware and she repeated it like she didn't understand what we meant. We sat with our food in front of us and she disappeared to the back. I got up and asked hostess for silverware and brought it back to our table. Currently waiting 15 min for our check. Food was ok. I'm done with review and she still hasn't brought it. Won't be back anytime soon. read more

Best pizza in the area HANDS DOWN. Obviously very high quality ingredients. This is REAL Chicago Stuffed and Deep Dish pizza. More expensive? Sure. However, nothing touches it. All the other pizza places in Ottawa use that cheap cheese and sausage. You get what you pay for. GREAT TASTE and no subsequent oily gas and heartburn afterwards. read more

Went to this pizza/sports bar December 23rd 2019. The pizza is amazing! The place is clean and the staff in the ball and friendly! Our waitress Alyssa J. was great. Checked on us regularly and kept our drinks full. The only minus for me was WAY to many TVs going, very distracting and a bit annoying! I guess it's a sports bar so I can understand having TVs but this was over kill.. Thanks for a good experience I will definitely return and recommend them to as many as I can! read more

The new owner of this place is absolutely atrocious. You can not get a slice at this place. It used to be you could get a slice at just about closing time. Yet here I am at 6:30pm, and they're done serving slices for the night. I loved this place, and I've given this new owner a few chances before reviewing. I've been to many Rosati's locations and enjoyed the pizza. This one, however, is terrible. Bianchi's and Sam's, here in Ottawa, are both better quality and cheaper. I gave this location two chances, once with carryout and once with delivery. The deep dish sausage I've gotten from Rosati's in the past have been my favorite. What I got here was dried, stale crust, half cooked toppings and extremely salty sauce. It was so bad on both occasions that my wife and I had one piece and threw the rest out. When I called for my delivery order, the kid was a complete moron and I had to repeat everything two to three times. My recommendations to Rosati's are to retrain your staff/ hire a more competent staff and maintain better quality control of your ingredients at this location. read more

Last weekend at Rosati's was a major disappointment but I'm not really that surprised. The last time I came the service was horrible. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar like we normally would and we were served by the bartender who took our drink and food orders. Well it took forever to get our food so long that they served our appetizer with our entrees. We ordered the garlic wings but we weren't sure if they were right because they didn't taste like garlic at all so we asked our waitress about it and she said, "it's my second day, I don't know" So I suggested that she go ask the cook then if she didn't know. So she came back with an answer that the cook said they just don't have a strong garlic flavor. (We didn't taste anything..but whatever) after that our waitress never came back to check on us. Her and a bunch of other workers seemed to be too busy talking to really be taking care of customers. We sat there for a good 10 minutes or so and had to flag her down for our check. As we were walking out the young girl at the counter told us to have a good night and my boyfriend replied, "worst service ever!" To which she responded, "I just fold boxes" Ok, then? We won't be back ever again. On a side note the food was ok..I'd recommend going somewhere else for pizza and wings and skip this horrible service. read more

Live review: so far it's easy going, place looks neat and there are flat screen TVs everywhere... Like just an insane amount of TVs lol. Waiting on my food, still... But not to long. I read the reviews about some waitress who hates life that works here, I have yet to meet her. However if I do I'll be sure to show her that she's been mentioned in past reviews :)) (crossing my fingers) the front desk people were young and friendly like youth normally is. The bartender was a little bit more no-nonsense but I expect that from bartenders to a point. Update: Just got my wings, they're good. Update: Still waiting for main course and now it's been a lengthy wait. Update: calzone taste pretty good! And fresh. Bigger than Pizza Huts too. Update: all done, couldn't finish it all. Side note: I've worked with the public for many years and that would include the food industry. This place is 3 to 4 stars easy. The one star reviews are to harsh in my opinion. read more

Thought we would check out the new place in town. Set up is comfortable with center bar and lots of tvs. However the sun shining in eyes since they don't have blinds was rediculous. I see other reviewers have commented too. Go buy some window film or something until u get proper window coverings! Food took forever to get... appetizers and salads, too. Waitress was attentive and friendly so must be something in kitchen slowing things down. Overall, it was just okay as far as I am concerned. My advice ... skip this place and go to R Grotto! read more

If I could write this with zero stars I would. The service was awful and very unfriendly. If the waitress were to smile her face would crack. Problems: a forgotten appetizer, a pasta dish that consisted of pasta and cheese (forgetting the marinara sauce) and another order completely neglected. 1 star for poor service. Appetizer took over 25 minutes, pizza was wrong. Waitress Was rude & not attentive. When asked to speak to manager about our wrong pizza (since our waitress had no idea what to do or say when we told her it wasn't correct) he came out but did not offer to take pizza off our bill, only agreed to do so when we suggested the idea. Never have been to a restaurant where we weren't overcompensated for actually complaining to a manager about poor service & poor food. Bad service and long wait for food. The place wasn't even busy. Once I got my food it was good. And the magician they had for entertainment was good. Other then that it wasn't worth it. Overpriced, inferior ingredients. Soggy crust is so thin you can hold it up and count your fingers through it. Ordered extra cheese, am not sure we even got regular amount of cheese. Some slices had NO cheese. It was grainy and put in the middle of those that did have it. Too much acidic tomato sauce. Dog, who loves Sam's and Bianchi's, didn't even enjoy it! Wound up throwing 1/2 away. After waiting so long for it to open, was terribly disappointed. Will continue to give our business to Sam's and Bianchi's, and never go to Rosati's again - it was THAT bad! read more

We decided to have dinner here on Friday. The restaurant was clean, nice looking, with 1000 televisions it seemed. Nice place to watch a sporting event. The waitress was very nice. None of the restaurants we have been to I ottawa have much of a dinner rush compared to more populated areas. I ordered chicken parmigiana, and my son ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Meals were served very quickly and efficiently, both plates of food came out piping hot. The only complaint we both had was that there was more sauce than pasta. My son thought the sauce tasted like it was from a can. Overall, the atmosphere was great, service was good, sauce needs some work. We will try their pizza and see how it stacks up. read more

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly service when you are seated. Flies are everywhere. Pizza oven broke during the dinner rush but that wasn't explained until we went to place our order.
