We'd heard about Rosati's and really wanted a deep dish pizza. We felt super welcome the minute we got there. Got a little tour of the menu and we ordered our pizza. As a nice surprise, They brought out some pizza dough bread stick snackaroos with some marinara sauce for dipping, saying that the deep dish pizza takes more time and thought we'd enjoy the snack...(also some honey at the table which was an awesome flavor profile as well). Went there to eat in. We were the only ones in the restaurant. 5 pm in Saturday. The service was horrible. Inattentive and had to get up and ask for order to be taken. Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken wings. The wings were so smothered in bbq sauce you could not taste the chicken. The pizza was nothing special minimum flavor. I am giving this pizza restaurant a 4 because the food was good and the server was great. However, the gentleman that took our order messed up and gave us a meatless/cheese only pizza by mistake when we ordered a Classic all meat pizza. It took about 20 minutes to get the pizza. When we asked the server where the meat was she said it was buried in the cheese. After rechecking the pizza we found no meat and asked for what we paid for. They apologized for the mistake and said they would expedite the correct pizza. We ended up waited at least another 45 minutes for the correct order. He blamed it on the computer....... he offered no discount for all our inconvenience. read more

Worst place ever! Owner was out yelling at us not to park in his parking spaces because he thought we were going to the place next door. We had pizza that was completely burned and had char on the bottom but the toppings were undercooked. When we brought it up to the server they said that the back must have cleaned out the oven. first of all, I am and have been for over 20 years and added Rosati's customer. I probably order One pizza a week typically I will order with extra cheese because of late. I have noticed that the contents on top of the pizza have gotten lighter and lighter. It's possible because of the economy they're trying to make up for cost. So the other day we went to Rosati's and this time we did dine in typically we order delivery. This time when it came, there was so much cheese and so little sausage which we had asked for extra we asked the waitress to bring the manager over so we could ask them to compress the pizza and then make a new one and we would pay for the new pizza. The manager came out and argued that since extra cheese was ordered it was made to perfection. Basically it was a sucks to be you, but it is what it is. I've never been more disappointed in a place that I have.. Patronized. for years. It's really a shame when you used to good service and good business practices. I guess they didn't know that the customers always right. It really was disappointing to be told. I was wrong and they were right. There was a time when they would've replaced it and apologized. I guess those days are over as is my patronizing Rosati's. It might just be this Rosati's here in Prescott, Arizona. I don't know. What times are changing? Stopped in with my wife around 7-715 this evening. Greeted as soon as we came in. Our waiter was laid back and very courteous, even though he was running his a** off. Tried their deep dish Chicago style pizza. Overall very good. I have not found any other location that comes close to their deep dish pizza. I ordered it to go, I asked for reheating instructions, the person who helped me did not know the answer, but made some suggestions. Ultimately what I found was to reheat it at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. The cheese will ooze out while being heated, so I line the pan with parchment paper which allows easy removal, cheese and all. You can taste the different in quality here and the taste is always great. The price is a bit higher than most places but once you taste it you will see why. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS RESTAURANT. As you see from many other reviews, do not order delivery from them. We have been loyal customers for 5 - 6 years, and have always enjoyed supporting a local pizzeria. But we noticed in the last year that the Customer courtesy has gone down and the food quality is pretty lousy. There are new owners. But, we felt we could trust them to send us an order tonight since we had our little cousins visiting. After the delivery was an hour late, we called. They apologized and said it was just coming out of the oven. We said, no problem, we understand. They lied. Another hour later, still no delivery. We tried calling them repeatedly and no one at the restaurant would pick up the phone. Finally, we drove down to the restaurant, and the people at the front desk said, sorry, but we were busy and don't know anything about your order. I asked for a manager, and he told me he couldn't help, maybe the order will show up. WOW. I said find my order and credit my charge card now. I'd been wanting to so one day while driving around during lunch decided in. The owner Scott grew up in the Chicago area but very friendly and helpful anyway. They have a large, seductive menu but I chose to try his double dough 14" Monster Pizza and I'm still eating it 6 days later, it's fantastic and as will most Italian food it gets better the next few days. Somewhat small for a potential sports bar but if my pizza is an example of his menu I would suggest not going when your hungry but about 1/2 hour before as it will be busy for dinner. The best thin crust pizza in Chicago is now the best thin crust pizza in Prescott...but it wasn't always that way. Under the old owner, the pizza didn't live up to the reputation. They skimped on everything and the owner didn't manage it. The employees refused to follow even simple instructions like, "a little extra sauce". We were giving it one last chance at the same time Scott and Linda took over. They listened to us, cared about our satisfaction, and followed our simple instructions - "a little extra sauce". They also didn't skimp on the toppings and OMG!!!! I was back home in Chi-town, rolling my eyes back into my head with each bite. I'm getting hungry just writing this and I just ate! Now we take all our friends and the reaction is the same AND it is weird: a table full of adults rolling their eyes into their heads and making mmmmmm sounds with each bite.
