Called in to order , left on hold for 12 minutes. Took order said 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and she hands the pizza but not my breadsticks or salad. I ask for the rest of my $80 order and was told it's coming. 14 minutes later we finally get the rest of our order. Get home and the pizza is Luke warm probably because she left on the counter while they cooked the breadsticks. Didn't seem to care just gave excuses about being busy, but only had 2 tables dining in and 3 receipts for to go orders. Just tell the truth and do something to make it right for your customers Also, server set pizza down on wrong table, picked it up and took it to the order table. YIKES!! What happened to the meatballs?! We ordered two sandwiches to go. Got home, looking forward to their usual great food. Oh my goodness, I'm glad this is the pizza place I ordered my pie from. Deep dish half Italian Sausage and pineapple. Pepperoni on the other half. I was nervous about the depth at first, then I grabbed my first slice. The cheese stretched longer than arm could expend. The structure is fantastic, the crust throughout the entire pizza works only to compliment the amount of cheese and mouth watering toppings it's holding up without any effort at all. It's truly worth the little additional wait do to the thickness. If your in Prescott, Az and your thinking pizza, you will only be disappointed in your stomachs ability to not hold more. read more

Alright, I was on the fence to try Rosati's with the wildly disparaging reviews, but I decided to give it a try. Put in my order at 9:08 PM, and it got here about an hour later as expected. I haven't ever tried Chicago-style deep dish before, and the only other place in town I've ordered similarly-expensive pizza from is Two Mama's so I'll compare some with them. I ordered the 14 inch "Pick 4" deep dish. Oddly enough, the website let me pick 6 toppings before it started charging me more. So I got Ricotta, Chicken, Garlic, Extra Cheese, Onions, and Mushrooms pie-cut in 8 slices. That with a $3 2-liter of root beer and a 20% off coupon for making an online account, tax, $3 delivery charge, and auto-12% tip ($3.24) came out to $29.80. A bit more than a large pizza from one of the three big chains, but not unbearable. Similar cost to a specialty pie from TM's. It arrived hot, and the first bite was pretty good. The cheese was flavorful, and the crust was an interesting texture. Sort of between a biscuit and a cracker, but not too dry or hard. I made it through two slices before having to pack up the rest, and that's insane for me. I can usually eat at least half a large pizza on my own, but this is a dense and heavy pie! The mushrooms turned out great, but the garlic and onions still tasted a bit raw/strong. They bake the deep dish for 40 minutes, but you can't get the best flavor and caramelization of alliums without exposing them to heat AND air. So unless they precook those ahead of time, they'll have a stronger taste cooked inside the pizza. The ricotta was also disappointing, but I've honestly never found a pizza place to do ricotta better than TM's. I don't know if it's the brand or the preparation, but biting into a dollop on their pizza is pure bliss. Overall I enjoyed the food and have leftovers for another couple meals, so I'm happy with the experience. I don't like them near as much as TM's so I can't give 5 stars, but they didn't mess anything up to earn less than 4. Hope this helps with your decision to give Rosati's a try at least once to see how you like the food personally. read more

I've been enjoying Rosatti's Pizza since 1965 and my wife since 1975. I grew up with the family when they had only 2 stores. I know pizza, and you can't beat a good Chicago's Pizza, and in Chicago you can't beat a Rosatti's Pizza. When we moved into Prescott we were thrilled to see Rosatti's Pizza restaurant right here in our beautiful town, but after trying it a couple of times, I have to admit we were disappointed, at least compared to what we were used to back home -BUT WAIT! THERES MORE! When we heard that Scott and Linda took over ownership of the Prescott Rosati's Pizza, we gave it another try and OMG! It's fantastic! It's like being in Chicago. It is a Chicago-style pizza eatery that serves both regular pizza and Chicago deep dish pizza. We had the spinach and tomato breadsticks and a combo deep dish pizza. I don't have a desire to go back. Mediocre at best. Not bad, I've had way better. The service was weird. The waitress came to our table after the pizza was served and asked us how we liked it.
