As part of the purchase of the home this company was supposed to make certain repairs which they billed the previous owner for and that clearly were not done and some were done but were done badly. I asked the owner Robert early on to schedule a meeting so we could discuss upgrading the system to an app remote based system. He was too lazy to come out so he said he would provide me with a quote within a couple of days which was 11/27/23 and never got anything from him. Sam the guy that actually serviced the pool for many years didn't do his job and did the very minimal and basic scooping debris out and such, very lazy! I also requested to change the service day to another day besides Wednesday and the owner became upset and asked why, when I explained that the pool needs to be serviced after the gardener does his clean up he refused and told me to have my gardener work around the service guy's schedule. I called another company to come out since I needed the system update and they proceeded to show me leaks and many other issues that the service guy should have caught, fixed or let us or the previous owners know instead of just letting the problem get worse which he didn't do. When I spoke to the owner again this morning he was extremely rude, unprofessional and a real jerk. I again told him I needed another day for the pool to be serviced he started yelling at me and ended up hanging up on me! I've owned and run two corporations for 20+ years and would NEVER treat a customer as he treated me. He had the nerve to ask me to pay him for 4 service days when he only provided 2, when I asked why he was charging 2 extra service dates he told me I had to pay for vacation time for his employees which of course I refused. I will pay the services I was provided. Do yourself a favor and find another pool company because this one is a joke. Took about 5 minutes and Guaranteed Pool Service did it for less than HALF the price than the current weekly pool service quoted. Robert Scully was an overall pleasure to do business with by phone but I urge you to get his and any other work quotes in writing BEFORE THE WORK OR SERVICE CALL to avoid any future billing surprises. This review…read moreis for a recent project Crevys did for me regarding an old leaking pvc pipe that carried pool water to my solar panels to heat my pool. Had the old thermometers on them that were of no use to me because the previous owner had installed an electric panel to control the solar and heat for the pool. Leak got so bad that I had to have Crevys remove a portion of both pvc pipes and replace them. What an amazing job he did with the pipes. Now I don't have to worry about any leaks or replacing the thermometers later on down the road. Next year I plan on updating the solar panel and getting the roof pipes updated along with it. Big mistake... within just a couple days the pool turned green (see pic). Ace Pools came out a day after I called to give me a quote to get us back on track. We ended up needing to drain the pool and do an acid wash for the staining that had happened. They were able to get it done quickly and the pool was brand new again! We also signed up for their pool service. They come out weekly to check/adjust chemicals and handle all the other pool maintenance. We are still working on getting rid of the pigeons :( but our water stays beautiful with their help and all we have to worry about is our tan lines. Totally worth the money!

The day I moved in the heater was non-functional and I subsequently had two companies evaluate. Both have determined that the spa heater has not been functional apparently for a long while. The heat exchanger is completely disintegrated with corrosion and chemical damage. There is water leaking onto the igniter and onto the base of the unit. Depending on this inspection has resulted in a large financial loss. I would not recommend.

Adam is doing a very good job maintaining the pool and its chemicals. We also asked him to supply and install a new gas heater as well as a pool robot. Both work great. While many larger services use employees who often do not care, Adam is the owner and the technician in one person. This way you can be sure that the works are done with extra care. They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened. Nevada law says 10% upfront only and every time they did work for me they wanted 100% upfront. What a disappointment and betrayal of trust! Karma will get these two!

The pool smart team gave me practical advice on how to do the repair economically, and was even cool with me shopping for parts online. No upsell or up charge pressure at all! It turned out to be a really complicated replacement, due to a lot of difficult job site conditions that weren't expected at the beginning of the job. The pool smart team completed the repair the same day, and everything is working perfectly. Solid choice. Look no further!
