After researching whom some of the resort properties were using, I found Quality One and Gary came out. He and his team has been absolutely amazing! They undertook a major renovation which involved filter replacement and upgrades, chemical automation and upgrading to smart pumps. The savings alone are worth it in the long run for us and they have always steered us in the right direction! In the past we had closures just about every other week. Since engaging Quality One, we have yet to have a closure.

Pool was blue and clear. No problems. At Christmas I even gave Mike and Jeremy 60$ . Jeremy came in and timing was consistent. When he left everything fell north. Pool was green week after week. I gave them 2 months in hopes they would fix the problem. Excuse after excuse. Working 2 jobs and a single parent ..I got off work a little late and didn't have my dogs in before they came. Mike (suppose to be the manager) knocks on my door.. And before my daughter got to the door..she hears him comment " and he gets on my ass about being on time" my daughter., scared then just left him pouting and ranting outside. For some reason Mike couldn't get the flow of pool correct and blamed it on the pressure pump. Never had a problem with that in the past 18 years I've lived here. He tells me he knows a guy. So he sent -Ino from Valley wide leak detection who charged me 200$ just to blow some leaves that was stuck in the bend of pipes....fine..done. Ino also said. I have a small leak that I should take care of soon. After he left i checked it ..no leak at all.. Scam going on with Mike and Ino. When mike came back he says pool flow is good and we'll have it blue again. Still green so I got rid of them after a month later. I took a water sample to a professional and he told me that there was so much chemicals. In the pool. I filled the pool last year after the re-plaster.. The professional. Said they had so much chemicals in there it was 3 years worth. Also.. One of them turned on the pool heater and I feel just to get at my dogs. 2 days later I did all the chemicals and cleaning myself and my pools back to blue and clear and no BS! Bottom line..they don't check the ph balance or do any other test. Don't go with this company ....they will hurt your pocket book, pool and pets.. They need to go out of business or at least get a new manager who knows what they're doing. I've contacted the BBB and awaiting their response..

Dennis arrived on time, was polite, professional and prepared to determine the problem at hand. Within minutes he discovered that a small crack in the front pump housing was the culprit. We discussed several ways this crack could be repaired as a temporary fix, however, together it was decided to replace the front end of the pump as a more permanent repair. He then left indicating he would get back to me with all information for the replacement part later in the afternoon. For the past year and a half, he has taken care of the pool and kept it in working order despite the difficulties the tenants left the pool condition in on a weekly basis. He is knowledgeable on the difficult water conditions that are present in the Las Vegas area and uses that knowledge. And experience in maintaining the pool. Speaking with him following the tenant departure, he expressed the challenges he faced in removing rocks from the pool and the vacuum, clothing items left in the pool on top of the normal dirt that the Las Vegas winds were putting in the pool. Bo made recommendations on items in need of replacement or additional servicing, such as the pool filter cleaning or the skimmer basket needing replacement. Given the condition the house was left in following their departure, I can only imagine the work he put in to keep the pool functioning and in good working order. I only personally have dealt with Bo on a few occasions to provide service while the house was vacant but in speaking with him and learning who he is as a person and business provider, I highly recommend him as his knowledge and work ethic are invaluable.

They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened. Nevada law says 10% upfront only and every time they did work for me they wanted 100% upfront. What a disappointment and betrayal of trust! Karma will get these two!

The pool smart team gave me practical advice on how to do the repair economically, and was even cool with me shopping for parts online. No upsell or up charge pressure at all! It turned out to be a really complicated replacement, due to a lot of difficult job site conditions that weren't expected at the beginning of the job. I paid $125.00 to diagnose why my spa was not heating. The tech tested the heater relay board and…read morethere was no power going to it. He called Tiger river spa and confirmed that it was the board. The board goes for $169.07. You can purchase it on Amazon or many other sites for the same price. Jeff wanted $450.00 for the board and $850.00 for a pressure switch and sensors. Plus $275.00 for labor. First of all, I just needed the heater relay board. That was confirmed by the dealer. I asked Jeff why he was charging me 3 times the amount of the board? I do not mind him making a little profit but, at that point I felt that he was just ripping me off. He reply was that I needed a motherboard as well. That was a lie! He was just adding more things to increase his price on items that I did not need. Please beware! He is a scammer! I ordered the relay board on Amazon. I installed the board myself and my spa is working fine! If you want to be overcharged, then go with VIP pools. I would have paid him do all of the work if he was reasonable but, to quote me these prices on items that I did not need was insulting my intelligence. Also he wanted all of the money up front! I do not pay anyone the full price until the job is done. He also wanted me to pay for the diagnose fee before he diagnose the problem. I would not agree to that.
