Was great when Chanel was here but now ... the acting manager is rude. Our tub was resurfaced and less than a week later, it was bubbling and we told them. We are expected to move our whole family (toddler) plus pets. They are offering us $150 dollars. I don't know of any safe hotel we can bring our pets to stay for a period of 48 hours that will cost 150 dollars. This is just ridiculous. Sad bc we love our community but this is just sad this is how they handle their mistake when we have been reliable tenants for over 6 years. Do better. read more

My experience since moving was not great. I kept having to follow up before my move date. I did not hear back until a day before I moved in. I received the apartment in horrible conditions!!! The apartment was not clean. It was horrifying how they left the kitchen. I am surprised there were no roaches. See the photos below. The blinds were broken (STILL ARE). The dining room has paint on the floor and footprints of paint. Paint on other parts of the apartment floor. I HAD TO PAY to have a cleaner come. They reimbursed me a portion after I tried reaching out several times. Stove was so bad inside and out they brought me a new one. The counters have this pink mold stains that they didn't bother to replace or clean. They do not respond. You have to keep submitting tickets and email the property manager over and over over and over again. I have been waiting to have the heat fixed in one of the rooms, and it's now been 3 months, and I haven't heard back. They keep claiming someone is coming, but they never show up. They brought me a portable heater "to help." It's cold, guys! Prioritize fixing the heater. At this point, I have decided to leave a review because they do not handle anything correctly or on time. I really hate to do this, but I'm incredibly frustrated. Maybe this will get them to get back to me? read more

Zero heat in this apartment with a two month old daughter and they illegally refuse to address the situation in a month where temperatures are consistently hitting 40 degrees sums up this apartment. Massively expensive utilities which they illegally refuse to show where the numbers come from. Refuse to fix broken windows. I've watched them spill water from the garage ceiling that flooded and destroyed sentimental property. Refused to inform us on days when they had a man in a gas mask come spray chemicals directly into our open windows. Highly suggest staying away from this apartment complex at all costs. read more

The move in was great! We got a 2 bed 2 bath and it is perfect. This was the first place we toured and we are so happy we were able to get in ASAP. Chanel was so great and patient with us due to some delays. A nice small/medium intimate apartment complex. The views around our apartment are great. Love being able to take our dog on a walk around the neighborhood. Neighborhood can't be beat. I love the area we are in. read more

I've moved in here 4+ yrs as it's close to my work, affordable rent and very convenient geographically wherever you go in the Westside of town. This place is quiet and safe with designated secured parking space and space for visitors which is very rare in West LA. Management response with short turnaround for any maintenance repairs or any questions at their website for tenants. In addition, employee Serafin is so nice and very helpful in quickly following up on all the repairs in my apartment. He always keep the courtyard clean and tidy. read more

Great place to live! The area is very nice with friendly neighbors. Building: always kept very clean and lobby always smells fresh. The courtyard is very unique and quiet. It's got nice community feel and it never gets too loud. Parking: secure parking garage with a gate and remote control access. I also enjoyed the storage closet in the parking garage! Laundry: two laundry facilities with four washers and dryers each. Always kept clean and working. Each apartment is given a locker so you can store your laundry detergent and dryer sheets! Apartment: one of the best paces I've lived in. It is very spacious and has a neat layout. I enjoyed the balcony and the sliding glass doors. All appliances are Stainless steel. The floors gave the apartment a sleek and modern, yet warm, feeling. The fireplace was a nice cherry on top. The management was always approachable, available, and responsive to my questions. Again, one of my favorite places I've lived so far. If I come back to LA, I would definitely run back here and hope there's an open unit! read more

I've been living here for about 11 months now and I have enjoyed every bit of it! The unit I moved into was newly renovated, the best part was definitely the kitchen and its new appliances. The apartment has a really nice spacious balcony, one that my dog loves to hang out in. Everyone is very friendly and it seems that they all say hello to my dog Pablo everytime they pass in the courtyard. The master bedroom is very spacious, and I just love having the mirror sliding doors for the closet. It makes the room look amazing. It's strange to see other reviews stating that it's a very loud complex since I hardly hear a peep from the courtyard. I really like the neighborhood, very clean and safe, a great place to go for walks or a run. I really like that there is always street parking. Parking has never been an issue when I have friends or family visiting. My previous apartment I had an in-unit washer/dryer, so I was a bit scared of how the washing situation would be. But the laundry rooms are located really close, and to my surprise I have never had a situation where the washers/dryers were swamped. Even on the weekends the laundry rooms always seem to stay available. The interim manager Toyia has been the best. Toyia's great mood is contagious, and her attentiveness to tenants is unmatched. Anytime I had concerns or questions about our unit she made me feel like it was at the top of her priority list. She really runs the apartment complex very professionally. Her warm welcomes and attention to tenants really makes this place that much better. read more

We have been living here for a bit over 4 years and have decided to move out because of Covid (we need more space as my partner and I are both going to work from home from now on). This is a safe building, with a nice little courtyard where children can safely play. It has a really nice community feel. The maintenance has always been on top of our issues every time we signaled something and the facilities have always be clean. The apartment itself was quite modern with nice wood floorings and brand new appliances, and very cozy carpets in the bedrooms! Also a nice balcony with enough room for cozy couches and plants. On top of that, the manager Susana has been very understanding and accommodating with us moving out. Our new place is located in Altadena and is a bit under the Bobcat fire threat, so we had asked to stay a bit longer than our original end of lease date and she's been very understanding and agreed to it. I highly recommend this place and would have definitely stayed longer if the pandemic hadn't happened! read more

This apartment at first seems like such a nice apartment but don't judge a book by its cover. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything. I was able to hear my upstairs neighbor snoring. Or even someone whispering in the living room when I'm trying to sleep. They have this stupid bill called AUM bill. Which makes you pay for "energy" when you pay for electricity seperately. I asked the property manager what that was and she didn't even know. She never had an answer for any questions. She never put in our money for the bill or she put in our money late so we were charged a late fee for four months. She's horrible at her job and is NEVER at the office whenever I go to talk to her about soemthing. Did I mention the master bedroom had a bathroom fan but no window and some how MOLD formed. It kept coming back even though they cleaned it several times. On top of that the manager NEVER picks up her phone but when I call her with no caller ID, she picks up. She's unprofessional and should be fired. She's fucked up on our bill multiple times and yet she still happens to fuck up even after we moved out. Do NOT live here. U pay for electricity and gas and AUM(ONLY FOR AUM is $100+). read more

now. It's not bad not a good place to live. Lived in a lot of apartments to know it's pretty average. Management can be rude at times. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. One family plays outdoors loudly and the father has a deep voice so you can hear his entire phone call conversations outside. Walls so paper thin that you can hear poker chips from the neighbors playing poker across the hall. Don't expect to sleep on some Fridays and Saturdays, because neighbors will have a party. At least it was quite at the beginning of covid-19, but now it's getting loud again. Every single morning around 10:30 am they vacuum clean the fake grass in the hallway... Yeah you read that correctly it's fake grass and they vacuum clean it daily. Almost like they just want maintenance busy. Oh they'll repaint the steps to the garage unnecessary every couple of months. Literally because of a small scuff mark, but repairs inside an apartment they'll do, however not well enough, because a week later you'll end up with the same problem to the point you just deal with the issue because you get tired of calling maintenance for the same exact problem. Don't think my fireplace ever worked, but didn't really care, it's southern California and a fake fire place. Oh plan out when to wash your clothes, because at times people will use up all the washers and dryers with no curiosity to anyone else who lives in the complex. Best bet is at night. Oh they use shit paint and your paint will chip within a year or so. Lived here for 4 years, but that's only because I'm a simple man who hates moving and I don't get bothered much. If you like peace and quiet this isn't a place for you. If you have kids, don't mind the noise, and looking for a cheaper place to live you found home. I don't recommend living here. We had yellow water coming out of the kitchen sink. It took over two months I complaining before they finally fixed it. We were there for about six months and kept the apartment in good condition, but they still kept all of our deposit. The manager was never helpful and would forget our requests and to return our calls. read more
