Terry is the most professional, hospitable, and friendly person in this industry that I have encountered. I have previously had my eyeliner done (actually twice to my nonliking) previously. Terry explained what she could and could not do and did an amazing job of correcting what I already had done. She took her time and explained after care as well as sent me away with post procedure items to take care of my eyes. She also didn't skimp on the time to let the anesthesia set in.
