They had a great variety of products - from fresh fruits and vegetables to artisan bread, honey, hummus, spices, and more. We picked up a fresh loaf of pesto and mozzarella sourdough (totally worth the wait since there was a line), and it was absolutely delicious. We also tried the butter mochi and banana bread mochi, which were both incredibly soft, chewy, and flavorful. Lastly, we grabbed some mango butter and furikake chips. The chips were crispy and not too salty, and the mango butter paired perfectly with the fresh sourdough. We'll definitely be back to see what other goodies we can find!

There were a few vendors on the sidewalk selling homemade jewelry and other crafts, plus a Dj playing some good tunes! We came for the fresh produce. Once inside there were only about 5 vendors. 5 Star for the actual produce, but only 4 Stars because I was hoping for a larger selection. Was a bit disappointed, but glad I went and got to see what it was all about. I will definitely go back as I ate a nice lunch at home with all my fresh produce. Doesn't get much better then home grown, organic food from the earth! Check it out some Friday if you have the time, free parking and plenty of spaces.

Cluck It Farm is a great local source of produce in the valley. I recently signed up for their 1/2…read moreproduce share CSA spring program and am loving it. The produce is fresh, tasty, colorful, and wholesome. Clearly quite the step up from what you get at the grocery store. You can get eggs too. On Monday afternoon, the website opens for orders for 24 hours and then you can either pick up your order or have it delivered for a nominal fee which is super convenient. If you miss the order window, it's ok as they will make choices for you. They ask that you enroll for the entire 12-16 week program so that they can plan accordingly for the season. There is a cancellation fee which is completely appropriate and fair. They accept credit card and SNAP through their website. If you need to hold on an order, they will allow for it a handful of times per season with adequate heads up (by Saturday) which is nice. If you're looking for a variety of fresh produce to be provided to you and your family on a weekly basis at a reasonable price, I'd strongly recommend that you consider Cluck It Farm's CSA program. With covid, it was great to see that Vegas Roots was still allowing small groups. We were greeted by David, who took us on a wonderful interactive tour of the space. We loved hearing about the processes and best practices for gardening. We dove in and got our hands dirty volunteering and learning great tips and tricks. Since then we have continued to come back and each time my team members are letting me know what a great experience they had. We are so grateful to be able to be in this beautiful healing space. It's a test field for creating better crops for arid regions of the world that do not need to rely on as much water in order to create better production. A family member of mine, got her degree as a Master Gardener and did a majority of her time working at this place. So knowing family was here, I'd say it's a valuable location to come to. Let's say you are wanting to know how to get a garden growing in your yard - you have tried and everything has turned into charred leaves and stalks with no crops or flowers. Well - you can learn from the Master Gardeners just how to make that backyard garden flourish and thrive with productivity or even just to keep it alive! Spend a little time working with these folks, you can learn how to DIY your own backyard to make it a thriving location and learn when the best time to pick fruits and veggies off the vines and trees. In addition volunteering with these folks you can take fresh produce home (they will be bird pecked or bruised, don't expect perfection) at no charge. And even if you don't want to vounteer your time, and just want to pick up some nice fresh produce - well you can certainly buy what they have in supply as it is in season. Don't expect to just pick it yourself though. They are pretty restrictive about that. Prices for their produce are fairly reasonable. All proceeds from the food sales are directed back into the costs for all the work involved in keeping the farm running. Cash only. Their hours are restricted to Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will know if they are open when you see the gate open. You have to park on the side of the street as there is no true parking lot.

This specific day was an Easter egg hunt along with pancake breakfast for all visitors. They have plants for sale and can give you advice on how to grow certain plants here in the desert. Very beautiful garden, a nice little waterfall as well with some pedestrian bridges. Drop on by and volunteer when you have free time. I look forward to bringing my family here on a weekend and spending some time getting our hands dirty.

And, Aaron with Lost City Mushrooms has made me a loyal customer. There are usually 2-3 food trucks and live music. There are vendors that sell hand made jewelry and art. You'll find delicious baked goods, mushroom coffee, Hawaiian snacks, popcorn, and much more. They just started in September and keep growing.
