I've always enjoyed this place, which is why I made the 40 minute drive. I walked in at 1:45 PM, 15 minutes before the posted 2:00 PM closing time. I completely understood that food orders had ended, but I was surprised to be told I couldn't even order a coffee because everything had already been shut down. It's especially confusing when "All Day Cafe" is displayed all over the windows and menu. If you're open until 2:00 PM, customers should be able to order something as simple as a coffee until then. If service actually ends 15 minutes before closing, the posted hours should reflect that. Really disappointing after making the drive. read more

When running a business, it goes without saying that you should make a business plan, name your business something that is relevant to your mission or you, and execute it. For example: If I was to create a business where I made "Bespoke" dishes (i.e. from scratch, custom created) and wanted to name it Bespoke Cafe to loudly proclaim from the get-go that my dishes were all well-thought out, original dishes made from scratch then it would be to my great benefit. What does NOT come with a great benefit? A kitchen that is anything but bespoke with poorly delivered dishes with confusing policies and service. I'm also a bit confused because I feel like the experience I had a few years ago here was really quite decent. But THIS new identity is... odd. You check in on yelp and they seat you but you order at the bar and then they sit you? Really odd setup. Service at establishments with setups like this are usually shaky on service and while everyone was friendly not a single person came to follow up on service or a manger to check on us. The ONLY compliment I will give the establishment is that the line moves quickly. As far as the aesthetic of the establishment it feels like they said yes to every idea and threw it in there. The music, the art, and furniture adds up to be an incoherent mess that has no real identity nor place. Now for the important part: The food. Paolo D, you were absolutely correct. The Shakshouka was a terrible attempt. Rather than start with a plain tomato sauce and build the wonderful levels of Middle Eastern/African spices, it started with a MARINARA SAUCE that already had salt and some spices that were the completely wrong profile. They then added MORE salt and had some sad little eggs sitting in the terrible, salty sea of tomato gone wrong. I had the "Let's Break the Fast" and it was forgettable. The bacon was not evenly prepared so some was soggy, some was crispy, yet all of it was greasy. The potatoes had NO seasoning whatsoever. They were crispy, well-cooked, and flavorless. Our drinks: He had a latte where ALL of the syrup sat at the bottom so it was not well mixed. My cold brew was fine. Probably the only passable thing on the table. Now here's the kicker: You're going to name yourself bespoke. But even the PASTRY we split on the counter is purchased elsewhere! We thought we'd have a cheese danish to split and it was very obviously reheated and set out, probably purchased from a supplier. Not freshly made. An absolute disappointment, the whole experience. We were immediately greeted upon entry and sat at a table just as quickly with menus in hand. We were instructed to read the menu and then order at the counter, which I thought was odd.... But it worked quite well! The menu had extensive options for meals as well as drinks, with the exception of sodas -- the only options were Coke or Sprite. The menu choices seemed to be more of the fresh & healthy side, but they did have breads, bakery, and croissants at the register. I had an açaí bowl.... It was DELICIOUS! My husband ordered an omelet that came to the table looking more like a taco and also has a sales with croutons on the plate that he didn't order. He left the salad but enjoyed the omelet....even tho he was surprised by the corn in it. The staff seemed to be a well-oiled machine... everyone had a place and did their duties quite efficiently! Tables quickly seated & bussed after patrons excused themselves. Our servers, Angelica, Marissa, & Lyrall were all readily available if we needed anything. I had a large party come on a Sunday morning brunch at around 11:30 am. It said I was 12th in line on the waitlist but we were seated quickly even with 11 people. Pro tip - if you have a party over 10 (we had 11 people), make sure to flag down the person checking everyone in and let them know about this so they can change the number of people for the reservation in their system. We also had a friend in a wheelchair and they were so accommodating, placing us closer to the bathrooms and ensuring that she had enough space to move around. Ordering is done through the counter, which makes it easier to split costs and get our food faster. I ordered the breakfast burrito while my hubby got the berries, banana, and ricotta cheese toast. Honestly, you can't go wrong with brunch. Everything was delicious. They use the are generous with their portions, and someone on the table who ordered the burger mentioned that their bacon quality is superior to other burgers out there. The smashed potatoes next to the burritos were so-so. I wish they offered different sides for the breakfast burrito but the burrito was so good that the potatoes felt like an after thought. I really could rant and rave about this place. It was the first restaurant I've visited that wasn't on the LV strip and my goodness, what a relief that was (I don't like the crowdedness, or the prices on the strip -- I generally try to avoid it if I can). I came here for brunch on a weekday and it was PACKED, but the line moves pretty fast and the servers do too! The prices aren't bad either, I ended up ordering a croffle with ube cream, the shakshuka, and a mango Bellini. I was very hungry that morning but GOSH I was full by the end -- even the shakshuka alone (which comes with four good sized pieces of bread) had me very full, and the croffle just that much more so (totally worth it though - the bananas on top with chocolate and the ube cream was just *chefs kiss*). I spent like $35 in total which I really think isn't bad at all for a full brunch experience in a sit down place. The decor is also very floral and summery and cute. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot outside too but be mindful of not parking in one of the pick up only spots (15 min or less). The bathrooms were also immaculate. When you're in Vegas, it's hard to find good hidden gems eatery floating within the chaos of life and entertainment. Tucked along the side of the I16 freeway pretty close to Chinatown and definitely on one of Vegas main route Sahara Ave, you'll find this establishment has all the fixin' for an All Day breakfast joint. Bespoke All Day Cafe is just constantly moving and busing what seems like all day even though we were only here for about 1 hour. Parking is a just shared in this complex among the other shops in this plaza. Like any other places in Vegas, parking is at your discretion. I'm sure most of you know this. But just in case. Wink wink! The location and entrance are easily seen from the parking lot and street. Upon entry, you'll be greeted with a sign that signs "Please wait to be seated!" Roughly making eye contact with one of the waitress, she got us seated right away. Walking through the fields of seated patrons across the restaurant, I could make out about over 2 or 3 dozen tables seating anywhere from 2-4 seats per table. There are some seats along the side of the restaurant acting like elongated bench while there are some standalone tables scattered throughout. Eventually we got our seats. Our lovely waitress got us seated and proceed to advised us to review the menu, taking our time to look through, and when ready, head up to the counter near the entrance to order our food. After ordering they will give you a table number so they will bring the food to your table when it's ready. We ordered the usual and wanted to see what the hype. First off, the breakfast burrito was amazing. Not too big and not too small. Just right! The mini pancakes were almost delightful and very tasty. The French toast was also just amazing. The way the egg fused with the brioche bread makes for a very tasty and delicious breakfast meal. All in all, our order came in at roughly under 20 mins from ordering to dishes coming out. This place is very packed yet constantly moving. Because they are packed, if you're done eating, best to head out. As I was completing this review after finishing the meal, one of the owners was staking vacant tables and respectfully asked if we were done as they just had a resurgent of guest waiting outside. Sure enough, we cleaned up, and walked outside and saw the packed crowd. Like they say, the crowd leads the packed and a packed crowd has the good vibes. There's good food here and good vibes!! Bespoke has been on my radar for a while, finally made it in for my first brunch of the new year. Located in the strip mall across from Palace Station, this cafe is cute with plenty of plants. I love how there's a system of organization here - you can make a reservation ahead of time, you're seated by staff upon entry, and then you queue up to order along the pastry case and pay at the counter. A little unexpected but it works to prevent people from having food without a place to sit and eat it, as has happened to me elsewhere. Also makes it easier for groups so you're not having to figure out split checks. Menu is surprisingly large and diverse. Friend and I ordered lattes (taro and pistachio, respectively) and entrees (breakfast sandwich for her, avocado toast for me). Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, portions were generous and everything was very fresh. The avocado toast sounds deceptively simple, but includes a mountain of arugula and an entire avocado, which was surprising for the $14 price (can add on protein if wanted). Very good coffee. When you walk in, it's like walking into a rain forest. Beautifully decorated inside. Lots of seating, very nice music in the background. You order your food at the counter and then you're given a number on a metal stand for your table. Food came out quickly, piping hot and with very kind service. The staff are very friendly and genuine. We were seated right away, no waiting. But it was midweek. Several people had already been seated. But still plenty of seating. I looked around to take photos, had a chance to see some orders of food come out from the kitchen. I especially liked, when you are seated, you are given a little brown paper sleeve with your silverware. I thought that was a nice touch to the ambience. I had the loco moco and my wife got a reasonably healthful spinach/jalapeño omelet (tons of cheese on it, came with a side salad); she was delighted and full. The eggs, rice, onions and gravy on my loco moco were wonderful; the burger patty was a little odd in flavor/texture - very good dish overall; filling and . . . well, it was very good but not great. Tip: Do not neglect the cookies and scones. You'll be full, but get one of each to take away and eat later. I came in with a group of 3 around 10am and we had been placed on the waitlist for around 20 minutes before being seated. Once inside, the interior was very put together with decor and sunlight through the windows. The tables are well spaced with various seating choices. It was busy, but we were tended to in a timely manner and helped with questions. With the food that arrived, we were given one wrong order once and it was returned. My order had also been incorrect, but I had already realized after finishing it, so I did not notify staff. Service: you need to order at the register yourself before getting seated Food: the potatoes were fried so well! Also really enjoyed the steak and eggs. Cooked perfectly at medium rare. I was able to make a reservation through text! I love that. I had a party of 9, texted in on Tuesday for a reservation on Friday. We were seated right away and given the menus. You order at the counter yourself & they bring the food to your table - super convenient for groups. You don't have to split the check when you order and pay that way. The hosts and servers were still super attentive. They filled our waters when needed & made sure to take our plates as soon as we were done. The food was great! I think my favorite thing we got was the breakfast burrito - the cheese was still perfectly melted 10 minutes in. But if you're feeling like having something more sweet, the Bespoke bacon pancake stack was really good too. My 1.5 year old loved the zucchini fries. read more
