The way I have been dreaming about this meal since I experienced it last week. My husband and I both had the day off so we decided to grab breakfast in the morning and he surprised me by taking me here! It wasn't too busy however it was a Friday morning. When I've been here in the past, it's usually a lot more crowded. The inside is so dang cutely decorated and super welcoming. I love that they had old cartoons on the TVs while we were there. They also do have a small patio, however it was way too hot to be out there this day. We were seated immediately when we walked in. I knew I wanted something sweet for breakfast because I'm pregnant and that's all I've been craving lately haha. I got the nutella pancakes with strawberries added to it and a side of the sausage links. Then my husband and I also split a churro waffle. He got something on his own, too, one of the skillets and really loved his meal. He said it was delicious. I've been low key dreaming about these nutella pancakes for dayyyyssss now. They were SOOO FLUFFY and they were stuffed with nutella. I definitely think I'm going to need to go back here again and get this ASAP. The churro waffle was also incredibly delicious and something they're known for. I liked that the sausage links were a big size, too, and came with two. It was good to get a little protein on the side with my sugar haha. Our server was so sweet and took such great care of us! I definitely would come back here again and definitely recommend this spot. There's so many items on the menu to choose from. And I can't wait to try their breakfast cocktails after I have this baby haha.
The food was really good here. I was recommended by a coworker and we really enjoyed our food. The coffee was really good as well. The service was great, our waitress was very attentive. The only complaint, is it does get pricey. My little one got the pancakes and she wanted a side of bacon it was about 6 dollars just for a side of bacon. I felt that was a little excessive. Ultimately I would come back though. The restaurant was very nice and clean, the decor was super retro and cute.
So so so cute in there!! The cocktails look very fun! All seem very sweet so if that's you definitely go give them a try I just had some coffee which is real espresso so that's always great! As for the food. It was okay honestly. Breakfast is hard to ace. The burrito honestly tasted like nothing. Very blain. The pancakes are good. But I was expecting fluffy by the looks. But they are very dense and almost like the texture of cornbread.. still good though and not overly sweet! The Monte Cristo was good but my issue is not every dish goes out the same here. There isn't consistency which concerns me. As I walked in I saw a Monte Cristo and that's what intrigued me to get it! When I had gotten mine there was literally like no cheese on it and. The bread seemed Burnt, the ham was like cut into pieces. As it almost seemed like scraps I was Heavily disappointed as the one I saw was oozing cheese and had a different color. Luckily my bartender was amazing and so sweet I had asked if they could melt some more cheese on it. And instead they actually made me a new one! Which I'm thankful for because It was day and night. More Ham. Whole slices. Oozing cheese and a nice lightly toasted. I wish I got a photo of the second one to show the absolute difference
Beautiful place for brunch in a strip mall with high ceilings and the walls remind me of the poster art of Camille's mom's house in Sharp Objects. Quirky designs and very fancy brunch tables for you and your girlfriends to sip as you get together away from the kids. We were enticed by things like the brown butter foster and the other amazing pancakes, but you know, they were just pancakes. The all lady crew was friendly and it's definitely a place to visit at least once.
As Summerlin resident and a bit far... For me... but worth it. Especially if you taking a ride through Red Rock Pass as I did on my way back. Michele F was wonderful I let her know I was a first timer and what did she recommend? Many tasty recommendations but today I went smaller but still good. The place super friendly and food was delicious that Lemon poppy pancake was great. Now the best pancake still goes to DuPar just being honest. But this pancake was as stated i is super fluffy. The The McLovin sandwich i would done double...double meat and double cheese. The hash brown was not fresh tho... Felt a bit hard and cold. But besides that Michele and her partner were fun and smiles. The place is beautiful inside clean
We had such a wonderful brunch here! The service was fantastic from start to finish. The patio is dog-friendly and they brought out a water bowl for our dog. Everything was delicious and they were super accommodating when we asked for extra strawberries on our waffle. Pro-tip: Join the waitlist ahead of time since it does get crowded on the weekend!
Early Birds is one of my favorite brunch spots in Vegas! The service was friendly, and while it can get pretty busy. We waited about 30 minutes for a table, but the food was absolutely worth it. Definitely a great place to visit when you have time to enjoy a delicious brunch.
This was probably one of the best brunch spots away from the strip! My cousin and I were able to get seated quickly. It wasn't as busy for a late morning on a Saturday thankfully. The inside looks like an aesthetic pinterest board in all the right ways. My cousin and I got drinks to start off with. I got an Aperol Spritz and she got the Bird Bath. Both drinks were delicious but they're well known for the Bird Bath. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Holy Cow benedict and she got the Strip sandwich. Both had steak and it was so tender. The breakfast potatoes and chips were so good as well. We also got Taffer's Banana cakes to share and this was probably one of the best pancakes i've ever had. They were fluffy and surprisingly not too sweet. I cannot wait to go back again and try their other dishes!
My daughter and I went to early birds for brunch one day on our last trip to Las Vegas. It's a very cute atmosphere and we didn't have a very long wait time. It gets pretty busy around meal time, so it's best to go in between. Plenty of parking. I got the classic French toast topped with strawberries and when I asked, they brought me a dish of whipped cream to put on top. My daughter got the griddle griddle sandwich and said that was also very good. The wait staff were very attentive and we will definitely go back next time we are in town!
Recently stopped by Early Birds and had a great experience. We went on a weekday morning, and our server was incredibly friendly, walking us through seasonal specials, personal favorites, and drink recommendations, which made ordering easy. With their $10 Cakes All Day seasonal special, we went with the Ube Pancakes and the Lemon Poppy Pancakes. Even with a group of six, our food came out quickly. Ube Pancakes (4/5): Soft and fluffy, drizzled with ube cream and topped with toasted coconut. The flavors were rich and unique, though the coconut could be a bit overpowering at times. Lemon Poppy Pancakes (5/5): My favorite of the two. Light, soft pancakes paired with a sweet and slightly zesty lemon poppy drizzle and fresh blueberries. Each bite felt balanced and refreshing. Overall, a great brunch spot with friendly service and a solid seasonal deal. I'm not usually a big brunch person, but I'd come back for the pancakes alone.
Way over priced though for what it is. 14$ for 2 pieces of French toast and 4$ for 1 hashbrown is absolute insanity. The place is very modern and open, they have 90s cartoons playing which is really nice. The French toast and pancakes both were very good, super fluffy, nothing insanely unique or spectacular though. The hashbrown was inedible, there was no potato in it, just a burnt husk of coding of some type. Overall good breakfast. Nothing amazing but decent food. Cute brunch place with a sweet staff! I came here with my girlfriend for some girl talk and it was amazing! The staff was friendly right when we came in. There was no wait for a Monday brunch. I loved the big glass windows and pretty wallpaper. There are a lot of tables inside along with high top tables as well. I ordered the Early Birds Benny and my friend ordered the Lolo. The benedict was amazing! I love smoked salmon! They gave me big pieces and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. I do wish the egg was a little more runny. It came with roasted potatoes that were delicious! My friend said the Lolo was perfect size for her and it came with homemade potato chips. The sandwich has big chunks of avocado in it. I can't to come back here and try their pancakes. They looked fluffy and came in a variety of flavors. Can't wait to have another brunch here.
Long time readers of my Yelp page know that I love a good breakfast. And it is always fun to find a place that not only fires on all cylinders when it comes to decor, service, food, and presentation. Early Birds knocks it out of the park on all counts! From the moment you walk through the doors, you get this awesome friendly vibe. The decor is elegant, beautiful, but not highbrow and stuffy. This is the kind of place you can hang out for a while. Make sure you look at everything very closely, the wallpaper is this beautiful floral pattern, but if you look closely it's got gold lemay security cameras and razor wire. Absolutely hilarious. The TVs on the wall when we were there. We're playing Saturday morning cartoons with the sound down. Really added to the ambience of the place. In the center of the restroom was a giant skylight looking thing that had a beautiful that blue sky and clouds. Not to mention the gorgeous chandeliers. Service is a big thing for me, and this place delivers in spades. Crystal was absolutely amazing, she was funny, informative, helpful, and checked in on us from time to time. Definitely not overbearing just the right amount of check-ins. The coffee here is amazing and served in big cups. I like big cups and I cannot lie. One or two cups of this coffee was all I could take as it is high powered. Super tasty. Not like the weak coffee you would get at someplace. Definitely worth the second cup! We both ordered breakfast sandwiches. Mine was a strip psych sandwich that came with homemade chips and an amazing Worcestershire aiolate. It was so good. I was full after eating the first half but I had to take it all in, I didn't want to waste a bite. Monte Cristo out, and the bread tasted like French toast. It was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. One thing that definitely stood out was the milk. Usually when you order a glass of milk either that's what you get. A glass of milk. My milk came out in a pint carton shaped glass. It was the perfect whimsical edition to the food. I got to say, if I could give this place a 10 I would. I cannot say how much I enjoyed my meal here and would absolutely come back again and bring some friends. Bottom line? If you have not eaten here, you need to add it to your short list of breakfast places in Las Vegas. Again, if I could rate more stars than a five, I absolutely would!

Don't sleep on the BACON FAT SMASHED POTATOES! It came with the Steak & Eggs, and it was chef's kiss! J couldn't stop talking about it. lol! It was busy on a Tuesday morning, but we got seated within 5-10 minutes. My ex took me here for my birthday a couple of months ago, and honestly, I hadn't heard of it before this, and it was the right choice! Stunning interior design, I was commenting on everything! So beautiful and everything went so well together. Comfy chairs, TVs with old school cartoons, big windows, natural lighting, different kinds of tables and seating, gold silverware, etc everything worked so well together. We got some wellness shots to start with! (sorry forgot the photo) Healthy & delicious. Large bowl size lol bottomless coffees - bold strong flavor, but I wish I went for the espresso or tried the cocktails, I needed more caffeine that morning! I will order it next time. Ordered: 2 Steak & Eggs, with the BACON FAT SMASHED POTATOES! - also comes w/ toast (we got sourdough) Sides: Avocado & Thick Sausage Links It was a lot of food for me, and everything was onoliscious! Our server was great; I forgot her name. Looking for a brunch spot in the Spring Valley area. Reviews on Yelp made Early Birds seem a good choice. And they were right! Located in a strip mall, there is ample free parking in front. They have a wait list which helps with the wait time for a Sunday brunch. They have a large menu of breakfast and lunch items with some unique offerings. My daughter chose one of those with an Oreo Pancake ($14.50). A huge stack of -yes- Oreo flavored and colored pancakes with icing on top. I got to taste it and it was as good as it looked (thought more like a dessert than a breakfast food). And way more food than one should eat in one sitting. I went more traditional with a Cowboy Scramble ($16.50). Served in a skillet it is a large portion of potatoes mixed with ground beef, bacon, peppers and melted cheese. Tasty. My wife went with the Let's Shroom omelet ($15.50). Comes with potatoes and toast. Very tasty. A little on the noisy side when it was crowded but not too bad. Attractive inside. Good service, fair pricing, and pleasant ambiance. read more

I was really disappointed with the matcha yogurt. The portion was incredibly small, especially for the price. It had almost no flavor, and I couldn't taste the matcha at all. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the cost, and I wouldn't order it again. read more
This place is so adorable. The service is fantastic, the food is great, the 80's cartoons are a nice touch. Even the seating is comfortable. Large portions and not overpriced Try the breakfast burrito or the cinnamon pancakes! Heck, try them both. read more

This is a beautiful restaurant. I love the theme, the decorating and the vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean. We enjoyed our breakfast. I got the tree hugger and if you like a lot of potatoes this is the dish for you. I added bacon to it and I loved it. My mom got the classic and we shared a side of French Toast. They were very good. They were soft, fluffy and the taste was wonderful. You almost didn't need syrup. The original coffee was ok. I didn't like the roast and it was not as hot as I like it but someone else may enjoy it. It was just okay and that's okay! I feel like the service was good, but our server was a little too busy to be attentive for things like refills, and asked if we needed any condiments when the food had dropped (or even within a reasonable amount of time). I had the breakfast sandwich and it was just okay. It was filling but i wasnt crazy about the hashbrown it came with. My friend's pancakes looked amazing and she said they were good, so that's a plus. Can't say i'll drive out of the way to come back, but definitely wouldn't turn it down if it was on someone else's dime. read more

Bottomless mimosas is Saturday- Monday. We were a little disappointed about thought but we ordered a flight inside. They were very yummy highly recommend! The food was so good! Caesar salad was everything we asked them to fry the chicken and it was so perfect. The potatoes that came with the steak and eggs were fried so crispy A+++++ the pancakes were so thick and delicious definitely made for sharing. Our server Zach did great he we very patient with us. The inside is a vibe & has different seating areas that all bring a different vibe. Only complaints are the don't answer the phone & it's cashless. Besides that it's a really great place read more

Incredible ! Great service from our server Crystal. I never had to look for her she was always refilling my glass. A perfect experience truly than you. Our cocktails were perfect as well. Thank you to Akisha the bartender for serving us drinks with love. I haven't had an espresso martini this good in years. Everything we ordered was a 10 out of 10 And the vibe was just right. First time trying this place and I can't wait to go back. Their menu says they have the best pancakes in Vegas and I must say I do agree with this. Everything on the strip for breakfast was packed, so we decided to look off the strip and WOW I am so so happy that we did. The decor inside is so cute! very interesting choice to use surveillance cameras as birds on the wallpaper haha, but I loved all the colors and the frames, everything really came together. We started with coffee- much needed. The serving sizes were pretty large and definitely filling. I had the local moco, but we did get a pancake to share. I do think the pancake is a must and that's saying a lot coming from me (I'm not a huge sweet breakfast person)! This place was recommended to me by my brother & it was the perfect stop before heading back home (CA)! We stopped by on a Monday morning around 10am and there was no wait! It's located in a plaza and there was plenty of parking! The inside is so cute! They have tv's that are playing clips of older cartoons (can't remember which at this moment). I got the cinnamon honey latte with almond milk & it was good but it was on the stronger side. Next time I'd get something different. For food, I asked our server what was most popular. She said they were known for their pancakes but some popular dishes were the lolo, the bodega bagel sandwich which she said comes in a paper bag like in NY!!! Which is quite cool. She also said her personal favorite was the cowboy skillet. Ofc we had to try what she recommended!! I ended up getting the Lolo sandwich & added salmon which came with potato chips! The bread was perfectly toasted & all the veggies inside paired so well with each other! I love cucumber in a sandwich for that freshness. The chips, well they're chips and reminded me of the ones from Panera!! I did just salt but they offer 2 other seasonings for them. The skillet was great. My boyfriend thought it was a bit salty & maybe it was but I only took a few bites & thought it was yummy. Our server was great! So friendly & welcoming. I'm sad they're only in Vegas but now I know where to find a good sandwich & next time, we will be trying their pancakes! They looked so good!!! read more

So glad we left the strip to try this breakfast spot! We were greeted when we walked in mid morning on a Saturday and were sat right away. I was surprised we didn't have a wait. We ordered a vanilla latte, the Griddle Griddle sandwich, and French toast. The sandwich had a fried egg and bacon between two pancakes and was served with syrup and a hash brown. This was the perfect meal for a slight hangover. My mom also enjoyed the strawberry French toast, although they did charge for a small side of whipped cream, which I thought was a little silly. Service was attentive and kind. We enjoyed the unique decor too and cartoons on the tvs. Would definitely recommend! read more

Cute spot to grab brunch with friends and family! Very open space with nice lighting and a fake sky window on the ceiling. I ordered a Top of the Mornin' benny, and for dessert we shared tiramisu pancakes and churro waffles. RSVP recommended as they can get pretty busy and service might be a little slow. read more

We can't stop bragging about their pancakes! Super fluffy and somehow amazingly moist. Very delicious and addictive. The salmon lox is very good as well, comes with cream cheese, salad, and everything bagel. The only thing not that impressive is their skillet. The cowboy ground beef is a bit dry and not very flavorful. It's a beautiful brunch spot with open bar. Their matcha and latte are around $9-11, and cocktails are $14-15. Very beautiful presentation. We will definitely come back for more (other) flavors of pancakes. Make sure you utilize their waitlist on their website, on a Saturday brunch, we didn't have to wait. read more

I've been wanting to come here on my next visit to Vegas and finally made it in. The breakfast we ordered was not only beautiful, but the food tasted great. The decor is absolutely stunning and I loved to look around while I was sipping my coffee. The wallpaper was so interesting, and they had older cartoons playing. The waitress who took our order was very nice and helpful. I would recommend trying this place out. read more

This is the perfect brunch spot! The space is large with homey wallpaper and frames all over. The staff were amazing and although we had a wait person if you needed something everyone was helpful. I had the bodega breakfast sandwich which arrived in a paper bag (it was like getting a breakfast sandwich from a bodega in the Bronx or any borough in NY). Cute & although my plate was glass it looked like a paper plate. The sandwich was an everything bagel with turkey bacon, egg, cheese & a hashbrown patty...delicious. We had the ube pancakes for dessert & they were good but a little dry! There was a coconut syrup in between the pancakes which was so good but I wish there was more. It soaked into the pancakes quick. They had all kinds of coffees and drinks as well. Definitely a must try if off the strip in Las Vegas. read more

Wonderful decor on the walls, and comfy booths all around the restaurant. The decor is cute too. We started with wellness shots, that actually were great and spicy, and had earl grey tea in them. I had the bottomless coffee, which I would not recommend. Tasted old or burnt, not sure what was going on there. I got the country fried steak, which was a miss. Too crunchy, not tender inside. However, my friend's steak was awesome, perfectly cooked, and the eggs and potatoes were done really well. Staff were polite and kind. read more

Stumbled upon this place while staying in Vegas. We decided to try it out and were so happy we did! Super cute inside with a chill vibe, service was on point and very friendly. Enjoyed it so much we went back the next day! They are definitely known for their pancakes (somehow perfectly round, fluffy, delicious). The cocktail I ordered was very good (blueberry basil spritz), the coffees were yummy as well. The first day I ordered a mushroom benedict (holy cow) which tasted good, the steak was tender, but it came out somewhat cold in temperature, also didn't really care for the bacon fried potatoes. The second day I ordered the avocado toast which was delicious. Pro tip - if you want to avoid a longer wait, put your name down on their website about 15min out and you'll pretty much be seated right away! My favorite order was the coffee cake pancakes, just divine. read more

This breakfast spot was highly recommended by a good friend of mine, so I was really excited to try it out. As we're walking inside, I noticed the restaurant had a very eclectic, yet modern flair that's quite cozy and inviting. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated, maybe 10-15 minutes max. Our server greeted us immediately, but we did have to wait quite a while for our food and drinks to arrive. I ordered a caramel coffee with The Cowboy Skillet and the coffee was absolutely delicious. It came out so beautifully and it was my favorite part of the meal. The Cowboy Skillet tasted good but it was a tad bit on the drier side, so ordering my eggs over medium actually helped with that. My husband got the I'm Basic Benny which was okay, but the hollandaise needed more flavor and the potatoes were a bit overcooked. Between the cool vibes and the yummy drinks, this was an overall decent dining experience. read more

I'd been wanting to check out this place for a while but held off until the hype died down a bit. My friend and I finally made it on a Saturday around 9am with no wait so we got seated right away! The menu has a great range: skillets, breakfast burritos, pancakes, waffles & something for everyone (trust me, my friend is a picky eater & she enjoyed this place and the variety.) As a huge fan of The Bear, I had to go for the Bear omelette, and it did not disappoint. The creaminess inside was perfectly balanced. It was rich but not overpowering and the potato chips on top added this unexpected crunch that just worked. Chef's kiss. The space itself is large and airy with plenty of seating. That said, service was the one letdown. We waited a while just for water and were never offered coffee or any other drinks which, at brunch, feels like a miss. A little more attentiveness from the staff would go a long way. Overall, the food is the star here and worth a visit. read more

We currently offer a few gluten-free selections rather than a full gluten-free menu because our kitchen isn’t fully gluten-free. That said, steak and eggs- omelettes, Matcha bowl, açai bowl or a few options

We actually don’t take reservations unless it’s a holiday. You can always add yourself to the waitlist before you leave the house if you’re concerned about a long wait. You can do that from our website.
