The dentists don't stay long , so if looking for a long-term dentist, not the office for you. I have had 4 dentists in last 10 years. During a tooth extraction, the dentist cracked the tooth next to it. A filling fell out after only a couple years. They are very focused on the financial aspect of treatment, however, very difficult to connect with financial person (always too busy while there in person and does not return phone calls) for estimates, etc., so treatment delayed. If you complain, you will get no response - poor customer service. Finally wising up and going to a new dental office. read more

Our family has been using you guys for around 20 years and I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN YOUR OFFICE EVER AGAIN.... I was scheduled for a root canal this morning and as my wife (who took the day off today to help with transportation) drove me to your office I took two 0.25mg Xanax...to help with my extreme anxiety. I properly disclosed that fact to the asst and was told that I couldn't have the procedure done because of my having taken Xanax, even though the time of onset for that drug is 45 minutes +/-. YOU GUYS ARE THE PROFESSIONALS so it it requisite on YOU to inform your patients of this type of policy. The fact that you didn't makes me wonder what else you guys fuck up. I'll tell everyone in my sphere (+/-10,000 local Austinites) about this extremely frustrating and, frankly, incompetent situation so that others might avoid the IMMENSE inconvenience borne of your shoddy and unprofessional operational policy. The good: Dr. Espinoza was very good, answered all my questions, performed a thorough exam on me after it had been a long time since I'd seen a dentist and took good care of me, got me in and out very quickly. She appears to be the exception rather than the rule. The bad: My two cleaning appointments have both involved delays before I actually get back there, I don't know if they need to schedule longer appointments or what. But I'm always early for any kind of appointment and I sat in the lobby for a good 10+ minutes each time. The horrid: I had to get my wisdom teeth out and decided to just get it done here. On the day I came in for my consultation, I literally sat in the lobby for 47 minutes after my scheduled appointment time just to watch a freaking video about the surgery. After the 11 minute video, I sat for another 22 minutes before someone took me back to the surgeon whereupon I waited another 6 minutes to actually talk to someone. I GUESS I can understand people running behind or what not, but the wait to watch a video was inexcusable. And, not one person ever gave me an update or anything, the receptionist gave me cow-eyes the one time I asked her something so I just ignored her. Then the day of the surgery, it was close to two freaking HOURS after I was scheduled to start before I actually got back into the room. It's annoying enough to do that to me, but what about my ride who gave up her time to deal with me and then couldn't leave the premises once we were there? She ended up getting hungry and having to have Jimmy Johns deliver a sandwich to her car in the parking lot. Now that I've gotten it done and just need routine cleanings the rest of the way, I'm in the market for a new, time-competent place. read more

The said my wife needed a Root Canal and schedule it at their Angus location on March 1. Before the procedure during a teeth cleaner she was informed the canal could be performed at the Slaughter location as the person comes to them on Friday... So Rose Dental changes her appointment to March 11 at Slaughter. At which time my wife was informed that they do not do that procedure at the Slaughter Location and she need to go to the Angus AND they charged her $150.00. The used to be a friendly business ... now they are just making up ways to make money .... go some place else ... read more

I went to see Dr. Shelton based on the other yelp reviews, as well as the fact that my childhood dentist had the same name.. and he was awesome, so maybe they were related?! Regardless of my (eventually unfounded) dentist superstitions, Dr. Shelton was great. The office itself is gorgeous, relatively efficient, and up-to-date. The part I went to for my exam had mid-level windows, so patients can actually be gazing outside while getting their mouths poked around in- very nice to have the distraction. The assistant (I think I had Angie too) was really nice and professional, taking x-rays right from the dentist chair. She was super-apologetic that I had to wait about 15 minutes for Dr. Shelton, but she consistently checked in on me. When he did come, he was very friendly and consulted about how I felt about my teeth and what I was looking to have done (nothing major). The only, very minor, downside I would report (and has more to do with the admin who made my appointment than the rest of the experience) was that I thought I was getting a cleaning that first visit, but it was just a "meet the dentist" time- kind of annoying to take off the afternoon of work, drive all the way north, for a 15 minute consult, and have to return again two days later to actually get the cleaning. Maybe this is standard dental protocol, and I just have not been in so long that I didn't know, but word up to yelpers. In regards to the cleaning I got a couple days later- stellar! The hygenist (a guy, not sure of his name) was super friendly, and gave me the quickest yet still efficient cleaning of my life. 2 stars to Dr. Shelton. I feel like I can trust him to not unnecessarily drill or exaggerate the condition of my teeth. I feel he does good dental work. He's the reason I've kept returning to Rose Dental Group. 0 stars to their equipment. Every-single-time I visit their office a computer is down and they can't access my files, or the x-ray machine isn't cooperating, or the machinery to create whatever it is I need for my mouth isn't operational, or the hygienist doesn't know how to use the software and has to wait to ask someone for help. 0 stars for the hygienists. This is the _only_ dental practice where I've felt my teeth look consistently worse after a "cleaning" than before my appointment. I'm convinced that the first time I visited the hygienist damaged a tooth while "removing cement probably left over from braces [well over a decade before]." There's been a dark spot there ever since that gets darker every time one of the RDG hygienists scrapes at it more. I also get tired of being lectured on flossing and shown videos. If I haven't been a good flosser in my 30+ years of life, then I'm /not/ going to change my ways because of a frowning lecture and an instructional video. To the staff in general, neutral. I once scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance and they assured me they'd give me a reminder call. They did -- ten minutes /after/ the appointment was supposed to begin! And that was more a call to tell me that they'd be charging me for missing the appointment! The front desk gal has a few toys stashed behind her desk that were helpful for entertaining my child when I was unable to get a babysitter, but overall it's a very child-unfriendly office. So, all in all, I'm still "at" RDG, but I'm hoping to find a Dr. Shelton equivalent elsewhere. Unfortunately, a tooth is aching a bit, so I may have to come back. read more

I usually never write negative reviews.. and this is probably my first time. I am having to write this after going through so much frustration and disappointment with Rose dental. I had the worst experience at Rose Dental and I do not have enough words to describe the ordeal during the whole wisdom tooth removal for my daughter and subsequently the way they dealt with me to sort out the cost associated with it. They suggested wisdom tooth removal for my 17 yr old and they used a surgeon in another Rose dental location who apparently was out of network coverage and I was never told about it. I have one of the best insurance plans, but the whole thing made me pay a huge amount out of pocket. I had to pay about 60% of the total cost. What bothered me the most is that the entire communication around this was messed up. Initially, the lady at the front desk told me they will work with the insurance to sort this out. so I did not take any action. I did not hear much from them for a few months on this (but they say they tried to contact me.. I still have the same address and phone number. I do not remember a single phone call to discuss this issue!!). A couple of weeks ago my girls had their bi-yearly appointment which usually we schedule 6 months in advance. The appointment was confirmed via email and text messages a few days before, but the day before the appointment right before the close of business day, I got a phone call saying the appointment cannot happen because I have an outstanding balance!. Why in the first place they made me confirm the appointment twice? The lady was rude and says that is their protocol. But what they do not understand is that their protocol creates so much inconvenience to their clients. My daughter had a swollen gum and bleeding and I was going to check that out during this appointment, since they canceled it last minute I had to look out for another emergency service. I paid the money in full right away since I did not want to deal with this anymore. I do not ever run away without paying my dues. What matters to me the most is that the rudeness and negligence to create inconvenience for their clients is unacceptable. She was ZERO apologetic for anything that they did but reasoning out their actions. My family was going to Rose Dental for over 10 years and this is what I get being a long-time client!! read more

I had two appointments with the dentist here and I had to wait over an hour for both. I can understand waiting for a real doctor who might have been tied up in the emergency room saving someone's life, but this guy clearly didn't care about anyone else's time/schedule. Once my appointment began, all he did was talk and talk and talk, and even made me watch some useless videos about teeth and stuff I'd need to buy and spend money on or risk having a terrible mouth. (Making anyone after me also wait an hour). FYI, I have perfect teeth and no cavities, with a celebrity smile. Clearly I know how to brush my teeth and don't need to buy anything to "fix" my smile. So why the videos? The duration of my appointments, including the long wait times, cost me an entire afternoon. Twice. (I forgot his name, but I'll try to get it and update this review). Separate from the terrible dentist experience, I did go in for a general cleaning that went well, which is why I even bothered to give this place a star at all. I saw Shawn, and he was very polite as well as on-time/punctual. (I only waited about 4-5 minutes). He was knowledgeable and professional, and the cleaning was great. I will add that the office has high-tech equipment and is kept clean and welcoming (free tea and coffee available in the waiting room) however, I won't be returning to see the dentist here because I'd rather bring my own tea and have my appointment be on-time. read more

This office has almost made me look forward to going to the dentist, which for me, since I have to go often, is a great thing. I have terrible teeth, and no amount of Sonicare, flossing, mouthwash, or anything else has ever helped. I drew the short straw in the dental genetic lottery. (Hey, it's alright- I win in other ways.) Anyway, top it off with not having any insurance for 7 years, and you end up with a very bad toothache, a few other cracked fillings, and in general needing A LOT of work. Then, enter my social worker's salary and state insurance, and you can see where I worry. I called Rose to address a gnawing off and on toothache I'd been trying to ignore until my insurance kicked in, and got an appointment the next day. Dr. Potter didn't shame me for not going to the dentist for years, and has been nothing but very patient and caring through a root canal and 4 crowns. I'd recommend Rose to anyone, especially those of us a little nervous at the dentist. I don't worry half as much as I used to. read more

Do not use this company! The office manager, Courtney, was dishonest, completely unhelpful, and rude. She told me she called my insurance company, who allegedly said they would cover around 50% of a procedure which by the way was approximately $1200.00, but they did not. The insurance company also said they have no record of calls from anyone at Rose Dental. Courtney is practically impossible to reach, avoids calls, and does not return calls. She claims to have left several voice messages for me, but I have zero record of any calls or voice messages from her. Stay far away from this company. read more

I hate moving and finding a new dentist, doctor, hair stylist etc...the first visit is always a little nerve racking.....will I have be in the waiting room for an hour? Will they do a good job? Will this one be the one or will I have to keep looking? etc My first visit here, July 2013, was ideal. I will definitely be going back to Dr. John Potter and his amazing staff (Linda is fabulous!) Every staff member is professional and friendly from the receptionist, to the x-ray technician, the hygienist and Dr. Potter. They never once left me alone to sit and wait for 20 minutes which most of my dentists and doctors have done at one time or another. You know the standard "the doctor will be right with you" and you don't see another human being for half an hour even though you were on time for YOUR appointment. I showed up at 11:45am for my noon appointment. They got me in at 11:50am and done at 12:30pm for routine cleaning with all the x-rays and no problems that came up. I am very impressed with this practice and highly recommend them! Side notes: coffee & cookies in the lobby, a bit hard to find when you turn in but just drive around one time in a circle and you will see it, takes BlueCross BlueShield PPO as of July 2013, encouraged me to floss without making me feel bad about skipping it here and there, encouraged questions and let you know what they are doing each step of the way, have updated technology so the x-rays are painless compared to the old-school ones you have to stick far back in your mouth. DR. Potter and staff rawk! I have been coming to this a dental clinic for 10 years or so. I have always been treated with respect and greeted with a smile even when I walked into the wrong part...it easy to get turned around there but its like getting lost in a nice friends home. Today I want to specifically giving thanks to Dr Potter and his assisting staff for helping me with my crown and subsequent cavities and nasty decay underneath. I know it wasn't pleasant ask. Permanent crown installed... then had other teeth checked out (very sensitive.) He had to resin 5 teeth - - one being to the right in front and did a GREAT job - I've had this done before and you could always tell... not with Dr. Travis. VERY VERY happy. I think they'll stick this time. I'm going back for cleaning and 3 resins on teeth on other side to help prevent cavities (since already a little sensitive and enamel going away - I grind my teeth really bad.) Careington Plan helped me save money. Cost is $130 a year for dental and eye (negotiated discount rates likes Sams Club or Costco). Resins are either $51 or $64 per tooth, prophylaxis is $29... (so had a full check up today, hygienist checked to see about health of gums, x-rays, etc.) I asked for all the services... they did not try and over sell me. I've used resins in the past... but it's been over 10 years since they were placed on and so I expected this. read more

Sometimes you need to be a rebel and stop going to your dentist for two years and then come back to get the service you always yearned for but didn't get (which was why you were a rebel in the first place). Before January 2013, my last visit to RDG was in 2010. I had to receive a deep cleaning, spread over two appointments. I got a lot of lectures about flossing and brushing. I had to make cleaning appointments every three/four months instead of every six. They wanted me to get a surgical procedure done to shave off some excess gums from when I had my wisdom teeth out as a teenager. They recommended I get an electronic toothbrush. I got tired of the lectures, so I stopped going. But I did act on their recommendation and got an electronic toothbrush at Costco. It stopped working a few months ago and I didn't replace it. Being pregnant, my gums started bleeding. I have read that can happen when you are pregnant, but I also knew my secret of being a bad patient that hadn't been back to her dentist in nearly three years. So I made appointment after emailing the office manager. She said I would need to get x-rays because I had been gone so long. I just needed an authorization letter from my OB/GYN. I didn't want to get x-rays done because they can be harmful when you are pregnant. It's unlikely anything bad will happen but it's better to avoid getting them if you can. I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I had Paul as my hygienist. I prepared myself for the lecture, but to my surprise, I didn't get one. Apparently, the electronic toothbrush had been my saving grace. He said my teeth looked great (no cavities); I just needed to focus more on my gums. I had a couple of bad pockets, but nothing too terrible. I was so inspired from my visit that I went out to buy a replacement electronic toothbrush shortly afterwards. The best part was he said I didn't need to get x-rays done. That made me so happy! He said they tell them in dental school it's okay for a pregnant woman to get x-rays, but when his wife was pregnant, he did not want her to get any done, so why would he expect me to get them? Right on, Paul, right on. The dentist, Dr. Mueller, was nice enough when he made his appearance. He did push a little for me to fix a tooth that has always been a little damaged and discolored. But because I have a crossbite where that tooth is located, he couldn't immediately figure out how he could fix it without it getting messed up again. I'll just ignore him when he brings it up again. :) I have lived 40 years with that tooth; why fix it now? (Plus, no one can really see it when I smile.) If I had known I would have gotten as cool a hygienist as Paul, I would have come back a long time ago. Other changes: they moved the reception desk and the checkout desks. Before, the checkout desk was on the other end of the entrance, so when you left the building, you were on the opposite side of where you parked, or you had to walk through the maze of the office to exit out the front door. read more

I highly suggest anyone considering trusting this place to continue your search and look else where and find a more reliable and trustworthy place. I went in for an initial exam , received X-rays and was told I had a cavity and needed a deep cleaning. I was prepared to hear a lot worse considering it had been quite some time since I had health insurance and visited a dentist. They suggested a treatment plan (they didn't discuss pricing upfront)and then did a poor job with a basic cleaning on the surface and my cavity was not filled nor addressed anymore. After they were done, they sent me to another lady who then gave me a break down of what was recommended and their pricing was astronomically higher than I ever paid before even when not having insurance coverage. I declined to schedule a follow up as I wanted to research other options but unfortunately didn't get around to doing so. A few weeks later, I was experiencing some tooth pain and felt like it was the cavity which was not previously addressed so I scheduled an appointment to have it taken care of. I told them what I was experiencing and that I feel it's the cavity they mentioned and asked to have it filled even if it wasn't the issue. They did another exam and then said they can't pinpoint why I was having pain but suggested I pay their ridiculous prices for other services. I declined again and I left disappointed, still in pain and still no cavity filled. The next day I went to another local dentist who didn't even accept my insurance and told them what had been done at Rose dental and what I was experiencing. The new dentist was immediately able to find the cause of my pain (without needing an X-ray) - a cavity needed to be filled and what do you know, once completed, the pain went away! I followed back up a few weeks later for my deep cleaning at the new dentist and paid less than half of what Rose quoted even though Rose Dental Accepted my insurance and the other dental office was 100% out of pocket. They have called me several times and even recently tried sending me emails to schedule future appointments even after I told them I wouldn't be returning and to remove my info from their database and to never contact me again. My conclusion is this company is a money hungry and highly unethical establishment. They don't really care about your dental health, just your money. I recommend finding a good local dentist that truly cares about their patients! read more

I was sent a list of dentist that accepted my insurance. Thank goodness Rose Dental was one of them because all the other ones had terrible or okay reviews. I came in for a cleaning and not only did I get a great cleaning from Caprice, I got some great information and realistic tips to help keep my smile shinning. I have a permanent retainer on my lower set and I must say I have never felt those teeth so clean before in my life. She didn't cut corners, was gentle, yet fast. I am very happy with their work and staff so far can't wait to see how the wisdom teeth removal goes:) Also how could I forget Amy, she took my X-rays upon arrival. The only reason I went here was because it was the only place even remotely close to my house (it's not) that my sad insurance plan would cover. (Too bad too - there's actually a dentist at the end of my street. Alas, it wasn't meant to be.) I saw Dr. Ana Espinoza and as fans of the show Alias will know, there is a character with the same (though spelled differently) name. So, I was expecting a tall, intimidating spy. (Yes, I did just reveal the extent of my dorkitude.) Instead, I got a really nice, rather quiet, very tiny dentist whom I love because she told me I have no cavities. (Yay!) When I went back for the cleaning, I saw a very nice hygienist who made me think my cleaning was going to be much worse than it was. (I guess she wanted to prepare me for the worst, but seriously! It was fine! Don't freak me out!) One free toothbrush and less than $20 later and I was on my way with squeaky clean happy teeth. read more

Rose Dental is the friendliest, most organized and helpful dental practice I have ever experienced. When I had to schedule oral surgery for my teenage daughter's wisdom teeth to be removed, they came through after another local practice was rude and unhelpful in working with me with insurance, costs and financing. The day of her surgery, everyone from the friendly receptionist Charlotte to the surgeon Dr. Briggs, took a genuine interest in my daughter. They made the paperwork easy to complete, carefully explained the procedures, and the surgery was flawless. They called after the surgery to check on her - which went the extra mile. The offices are comfortable inviting and everyone on the staff is super-friendly. I was so impressed that I set up my checkup and cleaning with them too! And they laugh at my corny jokes! read more

I came in for an dental exam in January. After the exam I set a reminder for a teeth cleaning in 6 months. They call me in 6 months but I'm out of the country. I return home to find a bill from them for $50. I call and ask about it and they say it's a missed appointment fee. What? I explain I thought I had scheduled a reminder for an appointment, not an actual appointment. They decide they will waive the fee if I make a new appointment. So I make a new appointment. I show up to my new appointment on time and wait 30 minutes to get in. The receptionist lady apologizes for forgetting me. So I get 30 minutes of cleaning, I pay, and I leave feeling gypted because I didn't get the full 60 minutes of cleaning that I paid for. Their facility is very nice and the people there are friendly but something about the place is just off. The staff feels fake. The cashier lady has a creepy stern look. Everyone working there has a name badge with their first and last name except for the cashier lady...her name tag just says "Sarah." Makes me think they omitted her last name to protect her identity because people are leaving there irate. I dunno, just a guess. Anyhow they seem to do ok work but I don't feel comfortable there so I'll be searching for a new dentist. read more

I do not recommend using Rose Dental Group. I call and planned ahead to schedule an oral procedure. After send all the required documents and scheduling I was notified the doctor I was going to see is a new doctor and the office was unable to confirm the doctor accepts my insurance plan. I specifically communicated numerous times in speaking with specialist I need to see a surgeon who accepts my insurance. After requesting my x-ray and referral form be made available for pick up and confirming they would be available, I went to the location where I dropped off my documents and they were there. I had to return the following day due to poor communication from the staff. I have never seen such poor communication and customer services in all my years of visiting a dental office. read more

I had been a patient here since 2012 and had been through many changes with them. About every year or so, I suddenly was assigned to a new dentist. I wasn't thrilled about it because like most people, I prefer to have care that isn't constantly refuted or questioned by the next dentist. It doesn't feel great and it doesn't instill confidence in the level of care received. However, I kept going here because it was convenient and the hygienists were nice...except for the one who rested her hand on my face for my entire teeth cleaning. I mentioned it to the staff and they told me that this was a temp. None of these things led me to write a review until I received a call the week of my next appointment, to confirm my appointment and telling me I was in collections for something from 2016. It was apparently their policy to not provide care if there was a balance. Naturally, I was shocked since I had not received notice and had been there in July 2017 with nothing mentioned. Guess this is a new policy. I actually received refunds from overpayments and then was asked to pay again but I digress. Regardless, it turned out that they were sending things to an address that I had not lived at since 2014. I had given them my new address and it was on my drivers license, but somehow it failed to be updated in their system. Supposedly, they called me asking for an insurance update, but that isn't the same as notifying me of an outstanding balance. I discussed it at length with their manager and billing team members as I did not have an issue paying what was necessary. I simply felt that it was not the right way to do business with long standing patients and those who came in frequently. I was met with what was basically "sorry not sorry" response. At my last appointment and prior to being sent to collections, I even met with a billing/estimate person who ran my account when they were trying to upsell me a mouth guard. Obviously, I cancelled my appointment and will never go here again. In summary, if you enjoy seeing YOUR same dentist, receiving proper and organized notifications to your actual address, this isn't the office for you. I like the overall atmosphere of this place. The receptionist is always nice and has a bright smile when every patient walks in. It doesn't feel forced or fake. They have complimentary "comfort" items to make your experience better. They provide headphones, blankets, neck pillows and a couple other things. It's a nice touch. My hygienist answers every silly question I throw at him. I don't feel like just another number to them. They make me feel like they actually care about the health of my teeth. read more

I've gone to the dentist every six months for my entire life. I HAVE NEVER HAD A MORE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE DENTIST. I waited for an-hour and a half before getting into the back of the office, and when I did... there was nobody there. Not another patient in sight. I'd been setting at the front door and hadn't seen anybody come or go the entire time.... and I still had to wait 1.5 hours. I won't even start on the results of the exam or the ridiculous recommendations or THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. What really kills me is that I chewed their butts on my way out the door, and they are still calling me to schedule another appointment. I've chewed at least three different people out over the phone because they called to collect $80 or to schedule another appointment. If you're looking for a decent dentist STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

I love Doctor Rose, she's sweet but firm enough to tell it how it is. I'm not a fan of Anna, the lady in charge of billing. She's short with you and condescending. For my first few appointments I thought it was just me being edgy after a stressful procedure but I can now safely say that even for routine procedures she's neither friendly nor respectful. 5 stars for the work done. read more

My family and I have been patients of Rose Dental- Round Rock for many years. Let me explain the 1 star rating so others can make an informed decision. Like other reviewers have noted - if you appreciate building a rapport and/or relationship with your dentist - this is not your place. I think we have been assigned a new dentist every year for the past 5+ years (they don't stick around long). This was not reason enough for me to leave because we never have had any significant dental issues, just routine cleanings. BUT, yesterday's event was a deal breaker. I arrived with my twin sons (age 17) for their routine cleanings. Before we were lead back, the hygienist assigned to one of my sons stated they would be taking xrays. I advised that we just had xrays last year, and I did not want him to have xrays for this appointment, just his cleaning as there were no changes to his health, etc. (side note, neither of my sons have ever even had a cavity). I have medical reasons for not wanting him xray-d every year (I am cool with every 2-3 years, unless medically necessary) as he has had a history of sinus CT scans due to numerous procedures. His medical doctor has advised me to monitor any continued exposure; however, I was not even asked why I did not want the xray, I was interrupted and told that they would not clean my sons' teeth without it - "standard of care". I have done plenty of research to know that even the ADA states healthy teeth only need xrays every 2-3 years. We were denied the cleaning in the lobby, in front of other patients. I will be looking for a new dentist and wanted to warn others. It is my personal opinion, based on the fact that we are well established patients --with xrays on file with them, they are strictly a machine looking to make as much money as possible and could care less about their patients. read more

I was nervous and had not done any dental work for years. Today I saw Dr. Potter for a cavity, crown and bonding for front tooth. He and his assistant were wonderful. They were patient with me and explained every step. Highly recommend them and their staff. read more

I've been coming here for many years (almost 10 now?), and always have a good experience. I've had routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, and wisdom teeth removal, and it's always been done by first rate dental professionals, and I've always been happy afterwards. Dr. Crow is absolutely wonderful and skilled - as are the hygienists. They are very friendly, warm, and good at what they do. If you look at the negative reviews on here, the people doing so are clearly having a bad experience because of their own stupidity or lack of understanding. If you're a normal, well put together person you'll really love Rose Dental Angus. They never try to sell you products, and are always honest about what needs to be done to keep your mouth healthy. They care about their customers and are proud of their work. read more
