I'm Extremely impressed because I was given multiple options and Elya took the time to discuss benefits and prices of each of the different extensions suitable for my hair type. Ultimately, I went with the keratin permanent extensions and couldn't be happier - the photos speak for themselves! Chemicals were dripping onto my face, leaving stains on my forehead, and when my hair was washed, the water was cold and splashed everywhere. A few days later, after washing and styling my hair the way I normally do, I noticed how off the balayage looked. My roots already appeared very grown out--almost halfway down my head. I understand balayage is meant to grow out naturally, but this looked like it had been done months ago when it had only been a week. Even my family commented that it looked grown out. I called the salon to see if they could fix the top portion, and I was told my stylist, Angel, would call me back--but I never heard from her. Overall, I'm really disappointed. Then there was another wig that she let me try on, and we still didn't like that one either. She mentioned that I can only try 2 wigs. Long story short, she went to help another customer and here comes this wonderful, upbeat, happy, remarkable, helpful, kind hearted, nice lady/employee by the name of Janella. She was very wise, keen, and knowledgeable. She let me try few other wigs and we both came to a common liking/decision. She was not pushy, nor was she forceful to sell me my 2 wigs that I purchased. I was hoping that the wigs would come with a brush, but apparently everything is sold separately. The store is a bit narrow, yet easy to navigate the aisles. They have many different kinds, styles, colors of wigs, weaves, cosmetics, hair accessories, eye lashes, skin care, extensions, hair dye, jewelry, gels, creams for your skin and a lot more stuff.. It was a fun and happy experience. Janella spent a good hour w/out any sign of feeling overwhelmed, or tired. Loved her from the moment she approached to help me. Made it up for the other employee.
