If I needed this worthless visit, I could have made an appointment for the in-network place. Also, while waiting in the small room, I could hear patients in the next rooms since they didn't have private rooms. This assistant guy was so loud. I had to cover my ears. Couldn't stand it. The music they play is not relaxing. It's like clubbing music. I'm Never going to this horrible place again. I've already made an appointment somewhere else for a massage. She carefully reviewed my injury, how it happened and what my goals of recovery were, etc. She provided me with practical stretches to use at home, proper ways of rehabbing and suggestions about support/braces for when I start playing sports again. During the session manually massaged my ankle/leg, used cupping and stretched it out. It was like a was playing for the Wizards. I was blown away with how individualized the appointment felt. Stephanie is very welcoming and attentive to her customer's wants and needs. Her calming presence makes the experience comforting from the start. For a "standard" package, the massage is top quality. I struggled to stay awake and couldn't be happier. Stephanie excels in both soft and deep tissue massage techniques. When I arrived, Bethann asked me lots of questions and was very knowledgeable and really took my concerns and answers into consideration.
