If I needed this worthless visit, I could have made an appointment for the in-network place. Also, while waiting in the small room, I could hear patients in the next rooms since they didn't have private rooms. This assistant guy was so loud. I had to cover my ears. Couldn't stand it. The music they play is not relaxing. It's like clubbing music. I'm Never going to this horrible place again. I've already made an appointment somewhere else for a massage. I was SOO happy with Tasha during my 1 hour manual therapy appointment. She carefully reviewed my injury, how it happened and what my goals of recovery were, etc. She provided me with practical stretches to use at home, proper ways of rehabbing and suggestions about support/braces for when I start playing sports again. During the session manually massaged my ankle/leg, used cupping and stretched it out. It was like a was playing for the Wizards. I was blown away with how individualized the appointment felt. It was as Tasha said "hurt so good". The range in movement after my appointment was more than I could of imagined. Stephanie is very welcoming and attentive to her customer's wants and needs. Her calming presence makes the experience comforting from the start. For a "standard" package, the massage is top quality. I struggled to stay awake and couldn't be happier. Stephanie excels in both soft and deep tissue massage techniques. I typically enjoy a large amount of pressure and she was able to find an excellent balance to resolve hidden tensions while also avoiding pain. When I arrived, Bethann asked me lots of questions and was very knowledgeable and really took my concerns and answers into consideration.
