She didn't ask me how my service was or invite me back or to re-book. I'm hoping she was just having an off day. That said, my pedicure was absolutely wonderful! My nail tech explained all the services they offer, she did a very relaxed, caring and beautiful pedicure and it's holding up incredibly well. The nail tech was friendly and so sweet. She made me feel like I was getting a pedicure from a friend, not a new stranger. That said, she didn't overdo the conversation. It didn't feel forced or sales-y. We had a great conversation and I will definitely be booking all of my pedicures with her from now on. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me. I've already scheduled a facial to try their facial services out and look forward to that. The young woman who did my pedicure also does facials (but unfortunately her schedule didn't work with mine the day I needed it to). I'm hoping I find a second rock star at this place. I simply wanted someone to run thinning shears through the bottom of my hair--a quick touch-up that would likely take only a couple of minutes. When I called, Kelly answered the phone and was dismissive, telling me no one had time to help. When I called back to ask for a manager's name, her attitude changed and she suddenly seemed more willing to help, but it did not feel genuine. I was repeatedly told that everyone was booked, despite my request being very minor. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and willingness to accommodate a long-time client. I wasn't asking for a new appointment or a lengthy correction--just a quick adjustment following a recent haircut. I would have expected a salon of this caliber, especially with directors such as Amy on staff, to make more of an effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Facial was OK (but she was SO kind and caring). Unfortunately she left exfoliating cream all over my neck. I was wiping it off all the way home. And my face felt so oily (I don't have oily skin). The staff were all INCREDIBLY nice and it was a VERY clean facility. The staff was absolutely the best part of the experience but I'm so so so disappointed that my toes look like this for my wedding. I should just redo them myself since it's another 60 bucks to redo them somewhere else. And within a couple days of my wedding is a huge stress. For $210 a person before the tip for the 3 services (plus a jacuzzi bathtub stint) this left me a little disappointed.
