The ladies who work here are literally the sweetest people alive. I walked in at like 6pm and they greeted and sat me down in less than 5 minutes. The ladies here make quiet small talk with you without making you feel overwhelmed. Christina, I think was her name, was so gentle. I like to be at a nail salon and not feel like my fingers and toes are getting amputated. I got the basic pedi for $25 and it came with soak, cuticle stuff, dead skin stuff, salt massage stuff, and so much more. Decided to try this place out, saw the 10% off on yelp check in (which by the way they DO NOT HONOR - so if you're looking to use it, don't bother). I was really interested in the Cat Eye polish. The ladies did a great job on my mani pedi, I have no complaints. She took her time even though they were getting busy (I walked in at like 10 something). There's a hair salon attached as well if you need a 1 stop shop. I love the way they have the colors organized as well. I am very happy with the results! I got powder nails, and they turned out great. I didn't catch the name of the artist, but she was very nice. She made a good amount of conversation without being overly talkative or nosy and was very friendly. Everyone else I came into contact with was also nice! I had a 11:30 appointment for a pedicure. At 11:40, asked the 2 nail techs where was the tech for me? I was told would be coming in about 2 minutes. 10 minutes go by and I ask again. She calls the tech and said another 2 minutes. At this point, I said when a customer schedules an appointment, the tech shouldn't be 20 minutes late. I was then told she was stuck in traffic. Great service, quality and attentiveness...but a bit pricier than what I am used to paying. I moved a few miles from my home salon where for $50 I get a pedi, shellac mani, salt scrub, paraffin, hot stone massage on my feet / legs and a shoulder arm massage. Here a shellac mani is $30 and their basic pedicure is $30 too....well I had a crappy last couple of days so I opted for their top pedicure ($60) for some extra pampering. She basically sold me on a 20 minute massage on my neck/shoulders and feet. So all in all it was $115 ( $5 added for French on shellac) plus a $20 tip. Only time I have spent close to that is at isle-pedi spa. I would go back but not get upgrade pedi as it looks like everyone gets paraffin anyways.....I can get all this at my old place for $50 with a shorter massage time. read more

First time here and ever at a nail salon. Shocking, right? I was never a big fan of nail salons, the etiquette or spending money on nail treatments when I can do it at home. I was meeting up with my parents and bf for lunch and wanted my mani/pedi to look nice. I thought maybe I'll give it a try. I am not knowledge on nail terms etc except nail brands and how to paint both left and right hand. I walked in and got greeted right away by the manager, Rachel. I explained to her this was my first time here and ever at a nail salon. She educated me on nail terms, types, etc and help me choose a nice red for my pedi. I opt for dipping powder ombré for my mani since I saw a Pinterest pic and I really like the style and simplicity of it. I had two nail techs; one for mani (Rachel) and the other (Danika) for pedi. Danika was really soft and took time on my feet. I was so glad they offer the cuticle remover for the basic package. I can never get it done right at home. The scrub and massage was nice too. Rachel did a dipping powder ombré on my pinky and ask how I felt, i thought it was too thick for my preference so I decided on thin regular ombré, but the nail specialist for that was busy with a customer. No problem, but since I was on a time crunch, I opt out again for French mani shellac. Rachel took time, perfect each nail and asked for my opinion before we dried it with the machine. The nice hand lotion and massage was nice too. Coming for a new timer, I enjoyed my "me" time at the spa and liked every moment of it. Small talk was said too, but it wasn't too much where the nail techs got distracted. I would def come back for them both. However, the price range was high but I wanted to spoil myself for the first time at the spa. I would probably do everything basic next time. I did want to write a bad review on this place, I used to always go here because they are good but my visit yesterday was somewhat good. My pedi was great but I think I had a new person with my full set. She listened to the thinnest that I wanted them to be but she cut 3 of my fingers, she claimed it was because of dry skin. I've had dry skin on my cuticles before getting my nails done in the past no one ever cut me. Now my finger cuticles hurt so bad and it's been less than 24 hrs, I hope my fingers don't get infected. If you go here stick with your same person or to the people that's always been there. Oh and with their pricing make sure you get every detail too I was told $40 for full set but at the end they charged me $45 "because of the length" new person said if it was short cut then it's $40 but I had them cut a little longer so is $45 what kind of * is that. So on thursday 1/25/18 I went here for a hair cut since I work down the street I sat with Jennifer I explained I wanted long layers with a V shape she said okay no problem but when she was done I looked at my hair and it had no shape all she did was cut off a bunch of my hair but no style. I was PISSED OFF she clearly shouldn't be working at a hair salon she is clueless and cutting is easy but its styling that takes skills and this place doesn't have any.. The spa is clean and the ladies are friendly. My pedicure specialist was thorough and paid attention to details. She spent 20mins giving me an amazing massage and scrubbed my nasty heals. I also had a dip manicure done. The nail specialist was in a rush and caught my cuticles numerous times on her nail drill. My nails were simply dipped and nothing else was done as a manicure. She was in a rush to speak with some sales men and didn't even finish my manicure. The pedicure specialist finished up with a clear coat and cuticle oil that I asked her to put on my nails. I then showed them the yelp check in discount that they honored but then they told me they didn't charge me the right amount so I paid $5.00 more without the 10% discount. I paid $96 with tip and could have gotten the same service down the street for cheaper. I will try this place again because the ladies were kind and the reviews are overall good. Hopefully, next time I will receive all my services with attention and care. read more
