I brought my 4 month old in with me on this recent visit to USA nails. She's my easy baby, luckily I was able to leave my high energy 2 year old home with her dad. I am glad I found USA nails and Steven. The salon staff were all friendly and the salon was nice & clean considering the exterior of this shopping strip. I walked in on a Thursday morning around 10 am. Steven started working on my nails right away. He took off my old set and gave me a new one within an hour. He was gentle with the take off and new set. He did NOT drill down or file my nails down all thin. I was pleasantly surprised. Some places are rough and leave my nails in pain. (Awesome on the service time). Steven was very professional and knowledgeable on the CnD products he carries at his salon. How cool is that he's a brand ambassador for CnD products. They have sooooo many colors to choose from. The nail color swatches are easy to look through and aren't all bulky and labeled clearly. Oh and not to mention this cool nail polish mixing machine. They have different washing scrubs at the sink & lotions at the front register for you to try. They smell good and left my hands sooo soft. Ming brought me a small bottle of water at the beginning of my service. He is personable and friendly as well. I was able to squeeze in a pedicure while I was there since my babygirl stayed calm. The massage chairs were strong and relaxing while I got my pedicure. My pedicure polish did chip at the tip with a day but I didn't have time to go back in for them to fix it. ( I like regular nail polish on my feet and gel on my fingernails). Yay for this mommy pamper time!! I was very happy I was able to get in and out with no problems and I didn't even have an appointment. Thank you Steven and the staff at USA nails. I will definitely be back! Establishment looks clean at first, but when the pedicure lady started taking off my old polish, there were used cotton balls on her tray with another polish removal on the cotton ball. That grossed me out a bit. I went on and sat there. I had acrylic nails that needed removal as well. Let's just say she had foil squares on her tray that were really wrinkled. I sat there not even sure what to do. I think she recycles the foil squares for customers. Overall, nail fungus or lack of cleanliness doesn't give me a good vibe and I won't be back.

Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days.
