Called at 9:45 am on the day before Easter(today) & they were able to put me down for 11:00 am which was perfect! They were wall to wall busy but still got me seated in a pedicure chair in under 10 minutes. Gel Pedicure was wonderful, quick, and affordable! There was a bit of a wait for the manicure... I didn't mind because they were so busy and the gal before me got the cutest intricate design so it extended the wait a bit. (Also, it was my fault for a last minute appointment!) As soon as it was my turn the manicurist who has been in the business for 10 years took great care of me! I love my manicure & he suggested the white polka dots! In total my visit was $91 with card & $20 for cash tip! (Basic gel pedicure & acrylic overlay fill) Next time I'll be sure to bring cash for payment as it's preferred but luckily they accommodated me! At small business I prefer to pay cash anyways! If you are like me and forget to schedule nail appointments and need a place that welcomes you like you're a 5yr regular this is the place!!! So I needed one nail fixed, and I needed it quick because I had an office party. I usually go to Nail Addiction. I went in fully knowing I would not get the same quality. I told them, " I know my nails are long just match the length and do a red french tip. No art." One of the workers says yes I can do. He starts and is inspecting my nails and asks where do you get your nails done. I told where and his attitude completely changed to annoyed and bothered. He had already started and started yelling in his language to other workers. I start to notice that the nail tip he put on me is supper curved, so I ask him if it'll be curved. He doesn't answer. And starts laying down acrylic. I ask him again will the nail be curved, and he gets mad and like drops my hand quickly and rudely and says loudly I can't do this. And proceeds to pull the acrylic he just laid down, and use his nail to take it off, and in the process rips my actual nail. I get it, I wasn't expecting the same quality of work but I did not have to be treated rudely and he could have simply said no to fixing my nail instead of placing a curved nail that did not match at all. read more

I has services done at this nail salon "dip nails" yesterday. The customer service was great but the quality was horrible. I get dip nails every month in fresno and they last me easily 3 weeks. But yesterday I didn't have time to go to Fresno, so I decided to try this place a second time (I've should have known better) that same evening a nail chipped, today their are chips on the edges and a cracked on one. This guy didn't even soak my acrylics, he forced them off with a tool. He also cut up my cuticles on every finger of my left hand and filed down my thumbnail on my right hand so far that it bled as well. Horrible nails & the owner thinks he's the best! But, he definitely is NOT, wish I could give half a star!

I love this place, I have never been dissatisfied until today. I arrived at 4:30, asked for a full set, they immediately sat me in a chair. However, it felt very rushed even though there was only one other girl getting her nails done. When the lady in chair 5 did my full set, she never pushed back my cuticles, and applied the nail tip to the very very edge of my nail, when I explained that it felt like my pointer finger nail tip was barely on, she looked at me and said "ok here" then proceeded to add more glue... but that wasn't the problem, the nail tip was barely hanging on. After that, she then proceeded to apply acrylic on the nail regardless of my concern instead of putting on a new nail tip. I also was concerned about the acrylic that had gone underneath my nail during the application process and when I tried to remove it myself... (cause clearly voicing your concern doesn't work Lol) she raised her voice with me and said "No no no!! I'll file it down!" But she never did, see picture below. As I go to take pictures of my nails, I also just noticed the nails on my thumbs are two differentI felt like her demeanor towards me was very negative and inconsiderate, especially being that I was paying her for my nail service, I voiced my concerns and they were not taken care of as they should've been. I paid her what was due but I did not tip her as I normally would've given at least another $5-$7, even after paying her with cash she never said thank you or to have a good day. I've never had a problem here before, I'm a common customer and normally love this place, but I'm very unhappy with how my service today went. I will never go here again after being hurt during my pedicure today. Vee was the woman who did my pedicure and I actually yelled out in pain because she stabbed me so hard. She was cleaning under my nails and the sides of the nail bed with the tool, she was moving too quickly, wasn't paying attention and stabbed me extremely hard with the tool under my nail bed. I'm not one to get upset easily, but I yelled out loudly because it hurt. I almost started crying. She kept apologizing and let me put my feet back in the water while I calmed down. I decided to finish the pedicure since we were half way through....but now I wish I had walked out. It's been an hour since the pedicure and my toe is still throbbing and in pain. I have tried this place 2 times. Both times I have been disappointed. The pedicure feels rushed....lasts 20 minutes or less.....the first time my feet were hardly scrubbed and the second time one foot wasn't scrubbed at all. If I wasn't in pain I would have said something but I just wanted to get out of there. My toe nails weren't shapped or filed, only trimmed and the tops buffed. The polish job isn't good either the edges of nails look like the polish doesn't go to the tips. The only reason I gave this place a second try is because it's clean compared to other places I have been too. For this reason I give it one star. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm certainly in pain and hope I don't get an infection. I did discuss my concerns with the owner and was offered a free service but I do not wish to go through this pain again and will find another place to spend my money. read more

I do not recommend rose nails Today I went in for a fill . I am one day shy of 7 weeks of having my original set on . this was my third fill today with my last fill 2 weeks ago . When I signed in, I made it very clear that I wanted to fill . When I went to the older lady's techs station, I told her I wanted to fill. She proceeded to look at my nails and tell me that I need to get a new set. I told her no but I only wanted a fill this would be the third time getting them filled. She told me that my nails looked horrible and they were going to fall off and that I needed to get a full set. I told her that it was not in my budget to get a full set. I asked her how much it cost she told me $45 plus an additional $10 to take off my nails. I told her I was not asking about a full set. I was asking about a fill she then repeated herself quoting a new full set I had to tell her it was not in my budget to get a new set. Besides, this would only be the third time getting them filled in seven weeks. She proceeded to tell me that it would be $35. I asked if that included gel nail polish, because it never fails. They always add extra fees in at the last minute and I wanted to make sure that it fit my budget. She then proceeded to tell me that they accept credit cards. If I didn't have enough money, I told her that I only budgeted $40 and I only wanted a fill today. My nails were fine she proceeded to pick at my nails telling me they looked horrible they were going to fall off and she would not be responsible if I went home and they fell off during the whole process. She kept making comments about how horrible my nails looked and how she didn't do them to begin with. I told her I understand that and I would be careful. She then proceeded to say that I was going to get fungus on my fingers because I decided not to get a full set if she had not already filed most of my nails, I probably would've walked out.. also, I told her that she could shorten my nails if she wanted to because most nail techs always want to do that she said that that would be an additional $10 if she had to cut them and reshape them. I told her that was fine just to leave them the way they were. I also asked her if she could file my real nails underneath as that's what most nail techs have always done she insisted that she didn't want to file them because it would make my nails weak and because I did not get a full set that it was my fault if they fell off .I have never had somebody so aggressively. Try to get me to get a whole new set instead of allowing me to fill them . Only having three fills in less than eight weeks. I don't see how that could not be healthy. He was very friendly, interesting to talk to, and did an excellent job on my full set of acrylic nails. I went here for my first mani-pedi with a co-worker. They took us in right away which was nice. Salon looked fairly clean, staff was friendly. The pedicure was great, but the manicure was so-so. I had to file away all the rough edges on my nails when I got home because she only used the rough file and didn't bother to smooth the rough edges down with a finer nail file. Personally, I can do a better job at home and prefer to round off my nails a little rather than file them straight across. The one thing bothered me a little was that the lady doing my mani-pedi seemed a little more concerned with getting through my appointment and getting back to whatever she was doing on her laptop rather than doing a quality job. Granted, she only charged me $30 instead of the regular $32 but I would rather pay more for quality service. These guy make three times as much in less than an hour than most people out there, I wish they wouldn't rush so much. read more
