I went in here with a friend today during her appointment and was just appalled at how unprofessional this place is. My friend had Gina as her nail tech and Gina got up and chased after 2 different people for tips. One of them being with their entire family and already out side having exited. The other was trying to get get a cash tip from her vehicle (disclosed to tech earlier) and Gina left my friends service to get rude with this lady about adding a tip to her card. She was super dismissive when the customer told her she didn't like to be chased down for a tip and they they had messed up her service. Had my friend not already been in her service we would have left. Gina got up half way through to walk around and check on others. A gentleman ended up finishing my friends polish. He said something to Gina who walked over and took my friends hand out of the dryer and put it back with out saying anything to my friend that she was going to touch her unexpectedly. I was super unhappy and uncomfortable just to have to witness her behavior repeatedly. I've already spoken with my friend and we will not be coming back to rose nails. She was nicked multiple times because Gina was looking elsewhere. 9 of her nails are super round and one is almond; almond was the requested shape. The bottom of the nails are rough and unfinished. Everything seems rushed but took us forever today and honestly no one looked happy when leaving here today. Just a fill took over an hour and 15 minutes. They only offer a gel fill not acrylic, and the menu says $50 and she was charged $55. The nails themselves look okay, still not what requested. Don't waste your time or money. I had been going to the same nail lady for 2 years out of a private 1 on 1 salon and she is moving so I had to find a new nail place. I came into Rose Nails for a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. They were very pushy on me getting gel nail polish on my toes again and I had to tell them 3 times I just want regular polish. I was charged $6 to remove the current gel nail polish on my toes. I picked a deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage, only 1 of my legs received the hot stone massage. It has been 1 week and all of my gel nail polish on my fingers is gone, when my gel manicures used to last 2 weeks. My fingernails are very brittle from them leaving the acetone soaking on my fingers the whole time they did my pedicure and then proceeding to the use the drill to remove the remaining gel. They did not push my cuticles back or cut my cuticles, only turned and filed my nails. Everything was very rushed. They were talking quietly between themselves the whole time, with the vibe of them talking badly about me and other customers. I walked out of there after spending $100 with a terrible gel manicure that lasted only 1 week and a terrible pedicure with the bottom of my feet now peeling unusually and only half of my toenails painted fully (it looks like a child did it). I do not recommend giving salons like this your money. Find someone local who you can make an appointment with and actually cares about your nail health and doesn't rush you so they can get to the next customer and their money. I am now reminded why I found a 1 on 1 salon 2 years ago, I will not ever be back to a salon like this. read more

absolutely ridiculous after spending 2 1/2 hours there spending $111 my nails look like shit!! I remember now why I left a one star review two years ago! And then when I said something to Kevin at the end about my nail polish wrinkling up because he put the dry oil over wet nail polish. He wanted me to sit back in the chair and repaint them. I was supposed to pick my kids up an hour ago. I don't have time for that when I said that I didn't have time the guy actually got up stormed out of the salon, went and got in his truck and let a cigarette and zoomed off came back as I was pulling out cut me off in the parking lot and turn his music as loud as he could all the way up!! while I was sitting there waiting for two hours with my brother, who went in there for a pedicure only and his feet look just as they were when we came in he decided to look at the reviews not only did we get a reminder of my last time there, but we got some insight on Gina, who also realize he was reading the reviews she got up from doing service on the ladies hands to walk behind my brother and start reading his phone. I couldn't believe it , extremely unprofessional way too long and way too expensive for crap service Vickys I'm so mad I didn't just wait the hour I still would've been out in on time to pick my kids up!!! save your money go somewhere else I personally recommend Vickys. Stopped by here today for the first time after being treated very rudely at Andy's nail. They were able to get me right in for a pedicure. Pedicure was great and the 10 minute back massage at the end was awesome! I've never been to a nail place that did that before. Not sure what my girls name was but she did a great job. I have gone to Rose nails twice. I thought I really liked them the first time when I got IBD gel nail polis done which was my first them getting them done however they didn't last very long. I then went to them a second time for dipping powder which I have had at other nail places and they have always lasted at least a week, usually they last three weeks however when I had them done, they didn't even last a week before breaking and chipping. My job is a receptionist so its not like I have a job where I might break my nails often and I have had them last a few weeks with my current job and more involved jobs where you would think they might break. Also, the one nail looked bubbled and the nail tech tried to "fix it" but it still looked bubbled. The other nail was faded in some spots the same day I had them done but I said they were fine because I was just ready to leave.  I am very disappointed and will not be returning to them. I should have read the reviews before going! I'm so frustrated. The polish is cheap it doesn't stick or dry properly. The nail tech I had must have been a new hire or something, she got nail polish everywhere including my flip flops. She spoke little English so it was very hard to communicate that my nails were not filed properly or cleaned for that matter. After all of that she put 5 coats of color on one nail it was so thick and sloppy. Asking for help caused a scene as other nail techs came over. She simply walked away no apology or anything. All of my nails had to be repainted and they smeared anyway before I left after drying for 10mins under the fans. But to avoid any issues I paid and went home to remove the polish and start over. Typically we love Rose Nails. But as of late, its getting more and more disappointing. They must have increased prices because its the most expensive place around, imo. I had gotten my nails done a few weeks ago, beautiful set. I went to get them filled and it cost as much as the set. The guy who did them wrecked my nails. The polish looks like my kid painted them, and 4 are cut too short with one being squarish, while all my nails are more almond. Unfortunately, ever since that original visit I've been increasingly disappointed and now will not return. On subsequent visits, the cuticles on two of my fingers were cut. This is awful and painful. This is by far the WORST pedicure I have ever received. I basically paid $35 to have my toenails painted. The pedicure lasted only 20 minutes and my heels were never touched. The manicurist "mike" put 1 coat of polish on my toes and I had to ask for another coat so that you couldn't see my nail bed. To make this worse he also cut the cuticle on my toe causing me to bleed. I also had two other people with me that had similar experiences with with " Julie and Jen". We went back the following day to express our dissatisfaction and were mocked and told that they wouldn't comp our services and told us they didn't know when the manager would be available. Nice big bright space, but that seems to be the only thing good I can say. I got the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had (and that's a lot). I asked the technician to cut my toenails a little shorter and she refused (yes, refused) and said that she would file them shorter. She did not. The polish on my fingers was lumpy -- it looks like something an 8-year old did. It started peeling on second day. I was so embarrassed I took it all off, only to find that my cuticles are a mess. My daughter's polish was the opposite -- polish coat was so thin it was streaky and splotchy. Unless they're thinning down the polish or using counterfeit polish (it was a good brand name) then it had to have been the fault of application. The technician scolded me because of my callouses on my feet (I thought that the purpose of a pedicure was to help me with that). And I have a scab on one toe where she scraped me somehow. That night I went home and one of my feet itched like crazy and was red and inflamed. I hope that it isn't something that's going to cause me long-term issues. I did not see anyone scrubbing out the pedicure chairs or disinfecting them. I should have watched more closely. We went there on a whim (not my usual place and it was my birthday). I really feel like I wasted my money and I'm just heartsick over it. It wasn't inexpensive and I can think of a lot better places where I'd like to use my money -- in fact, I feel like I was robbed. Perhaps if the technicians had been more pleasant, it wouldn't have been so bad, but we were treated as if our presence was completely ruining their day and they couldn't wait to be rid of us. read more

I have been to NUMEROUS nail salons throughout my life and have pretty high expectations. Tried to go to Vicky's nails and there was a 40 minute wait so my mom and I decided to try this place instead. No wait, they took us right to our pedicure chairs. They do a lot more massage and hot towels than Vicky's nails. My nails looked great, got a basic pedicure, they even did a shoulder massage while our toes were drying. Staff was very nice to us and the place was nicely decorated and very clean. Total cost for the pedicure was $25 per person which is very fair. Total time for the pedicures was 30-40 minutes. Overall super happy with the whole experience and result of our pedicures, will definitely be coming back in the future. read more

Well to make a long story shot I too had Mike and he too cut my cuticles on 5 toes. When I went back they made me wait because he was busy 45 minutes and in that time 5 different workers came up and of course in their language more or less said I was full of it. This was a horrible place! I wanted just a full set with a clear coat. They looked ok when I was in the salon but when I looked at them after driving away and doing some shopping I could see my nails under the set. They looked horrible! So I decided to go back and what a scary experience that was! I showed the guy that you could see my own nails and I realized that he had not fit the set properly. He asked if I wanted them taken off and started snorting at me!! I said just color them to hide my nails. He literally tossed the colors at me on the counter! Then he sat down and then got up and walked away The older lady sat down and the guy came back and was pacing behind her almost snarling at me and staring me down.
