Well just as you order a deluxe pedi, and begin to start the decompression process, a short 15 minutes later you will have a bill placed on the arm of the chair. I cannot say I received bad service, I CAN say that I bought a deluxe pedicure and was walking out the door a short 20 minutes later. This is my second time coming here during "2020" covid when nail salons were able to open up. I called ahead to see for an appointment. I was able to get in within an hour of my phone call. The salon is clean, the staff are friendly towards myself and other customers. They also have plenty of colors to choose from, which is great. read more

In walks two ladies and they are taken back to a pedicure station. They told me that pedicures were by walk in only. No appointments for pedicures. I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister because she's too nice to say anything bad about the nail tech. My sister went and got her nails done at this business. She went in for gel polish and a simple design on her fingers. She showed the woman who did her nails around 3 reference pictures but the woman was unable to do any of them. The first was a simple cow cloud print but after attempting, it was obvious that the woman couldn't do the design. My sister tried showing her another reference but again the woman was unable to do it. Finally the lady asked if she could do hearts instead so my sister agreed because her other options hadn't worked. The woman put a heart on two nails on each hand. Hearts, how can you mess up hearts? I don't know, but that's exactly what this woman did. If you were to compare the hearts on each opposite hand you would see that they're not even symmetrical or aligned. There's not another way to describe these nails as anything other than awful. My sister got charged $40 for this terrible design and so the next day she called the salon and the same woman who did this bad job answered the phone. She told her to go to the salon the next day to see what could be done. I went with my sister and the exact same woman who did the nails wanted to fix them. If she messed them up before, why would she want her to do them again? We asked for a refund but the woman wouldn't give it to her. My sister didn't want another shitty design and so we simply left. The fact that this woman cannot do simple nail designs is probably the reason for which she was at the door greeting people and not doing anyone's nails! I cannot recommend not coming here. Seriously terrible nail tech and customer service. I'll be posting the final result compared to the references to show how bad the final nails were. read more

I can acknowledge that every salon has good and bad nail technicians. Every woman is usually searching for that one meticulous nail tech that does a better job than others, except it's like chasing the dragon once you find that person. This nail salon was not a place where you will find that one. This was the worst pedicure of my life, even counting a 4 year old painting my toes once. The salon lacked decent polish, most we're old and gummy and the color selection sucked. Went to get a pedicure during my lunch hour, the technician upsold me the hot stones, mask and longer massage but she rushed through the whole thing, not worth the extra 10$! Then at the end I see that the polish looked like a kindergartner polished my toes. I mention it to her then she goes in the back to talk to someone. That someone came out to try to fix her polish job but I told her to stop because I had to leave and it needed to be completely redone so I'd come back at 6. I paid my 30$ and for the first time ever, I did not tip her. When I came back at 6, that someone said she would repolish my toes. I let her. She tried to fix it but the first chick cut my nails super short, didn't trim the dead skin of well so even with her trying to fix it, the pedicure still looked like hell. The second chick also lacked polishing skills. I tipped her but when I got home and looked closely, I was just as disappointed. I would find another place to go if you want a good pedicure. It was a waste of money and time. No one seemed to care about my complaint, they still rang me up and took my money with no problems. Fuck this place. I won't be back. read more

I arrived without an appointment looking to get acrylic coffin nails and a pedicure. They sat me down almost immediately which was nice. But the acrylics seemed pretty rushed, considering the fact that the finished look were too thick and seemed as the nail would lift upward off from my finger. Plus the lady was coughing the whole time, and paused for a minute to get a cough drop. She also cut off too much of the nail, they were too short, I originally wanted them long. All in all my acrylics took 8 min, very bad job. My mom also got acrylics that were also too thick and too wide. The pedicure was much better, the lady did finish quickly, but she did a great job. Awful place! Terrible customer service! I went to have my eyebrows done, while I was having them done I told the lady the wax was too hot and it burned terribly. She assured me it was not to hot and that it was fine, the stinging and burning sensation would stop. After I left I knew it was not suppose to hurt so much;((. The worst nails I ever received! They will not listen to what you want, they will do what they please and even when you tell them you want it a certain way or color, they will still do what they please. For the price they charged me for my acrylic nail, the work was sloppy and completely opposite of what I asked for. $60 for short acrylic, plain color & no designs? Ridiculous, i don't mind paying that much if the work and the finishing is good but my nails looked absolutely ridiculous and ugly. The lady who did mine was very aggressive with the filling as well & kept telling me what i should do instead when I had already told her many times what I wanted, i have been to many salons and home nail techs, this was my worst experience. ZERO STARS! I highly recommend anyone who is considering coming here, don't! Their work here I guess you would say is 50/50, could be a hit or miss but my reasoning to this review isn't real towards their work but their stations. I only came here because a lot of the other salons I usually go to were super busy and I was desperate. I read some reviews and I thought "ok maybe I'll just try this place". Let me tell you.. instant regret once the lady started to do my toes. If you get pedis often, you'd understand how most salons run it for the safety of their costumers. First off, they used the same nail filer on me that they probably used on other costumer and I can literally tell because it's a black nail filer and you can clearly see whatever dead skin/nail they scraped off of other people on it. I'm assuming their buffers and heal scrubs are all old as well. Normally salons would put new and sanitized nail clippers/ filers in a sealed sanitized bag. Mind you she busted everything out from a bin and you can clearly see they just use it and put it back in the bin for the next costumer. It seems as if she just dips it on my pedi water and calls it a day. She had a client right before me and I didn't see her clean anything, I didn't see her grab anything new besides maybe a towel. The only "clean" thing there is probably their tub bc they use little baggies over it. As I'm getting my toes done I'm observing the area and I sat by the sink, you can just see gunk everywhere on the corner of the floors. The sink looks nasty. Parts the walls on the sides were nasty. This place is just overall nasty. I was just praying she wouldn't cut me because if she did, I most likely would of gotten an infection. If you're looking for a pedi, I would suggest going to a more reputable salon unless you want your toes to fall off. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed here and will not be going back. While the woman did a good job on my eyebrows, her commentary while doing them was not appreciated. She noted four separate times how hairy my eyebrows were. She then began to prep my lip for waxing, and I told her I did not want it waxed. She then said "Oh really?", and I said "Yes, only eyebrows. Thank you". She then went on to continue with my eyebrows to say that I wouldn't believe how beautiful she was going to make me, and I smiled politely. She then said I would be beautiful and the lip would be done too for only $5 more. I said no thank you, just the eyebrows and she made another comment. These nail techs do not do what the clients ask for, they do as they please which is complete bull**** when the money is coming out of my pocket. I respectfully asked the lady at the front desk on the left hand side to file down 2 NAILS for me because the length was extremely off and she refused to. She thought it would be best to file the rest of my nails once the acrylic was applied. I am a full time student and do not have the time to sit there for 3* hours. The lady who did my nails was really nice. But she did a terrible job. She cut me on each finger on my right hand. It hurt but I didn't think she cut me that bad. When I went next door to shop I noticed how bad my fingers were. I couldn't even wash them or else in stung. The quality was crap. I ended up spending $102 for cuts and infected toe nails. Speaking of the pedicure it was relaxing, loved how they used the "hot" stones. They were more like Luke warm, but none the less it was a nice touch. I had got gel nails on my toes a week prior (at a different place) so I didn't want them to be changed or touched just more of a clean up of my cracked heels. The lady commented on how gross my feet were and that a lot of dead skin was coming off. It wasn't just one comment it was multiple comments, which made me feel embarrassed since there was a full room of people getting pedicures and everyone heard. Some how the next couple days I ended up with two swollen toes. Maybe the tools weren't clean? Or she just didn't know what she was doing. read more
